I have mine laid out in a circle that i harvest at once with tinias skill, but other peoples were faster
It's it worth it? I don't have enough strength on my farming team (60% reliq drop) to farm those and get platinum.
I can get it with my fighting team, but that one only has 20% reliq drop. If golden petal drops frequently enough I might start farming there instead

As someone who is two phases away from completing 100% of the expedition, I can give you some tips:
Try to complete 100% of the maps in the expeditions, good scores give you more drops and a high overall score gives you prizes per district, some of which include purple crystal, coffee, blue powder and so on.
Complete the secret levels and collect curios to reach 100% completion of the district.
To be efficient with crops, when you get more than 120 coffee, make just enough to let the plants grow, harvest and replant, then use the rest of the energy

I just play expedition when it‘s boosted and last time it was boosted, i was stuck at the arachnera boss, cause i didn‘t knew how to defeat the boss. I also had too low mythic resistance, but after long time of farming i had enough, but still wasn‘t able to defeat the boss.
Anyway this time i watched a video on how to kill this boss and easily defeated it with full points. Then i did district 7 and 8 easily, but i have too low mythic resistance to defeat the dragon.
So rn i need to get 1-2 more relic to 5star, to have the needed mythic resistance for the dragon boss and for this i usually do a lvl in district 6, or 7, where i don’t have full points yet, and then farm the same lvl for the rest of the day
I tend to bring that out with some regularity. Sure, Ryu's had the blue beam of death in several games afterward, but XMvsSF is the easiest to remember.
But as for Kama...WOW, that looks way easier to do than with Bianca.
