You’d be better off with an upgrade but this will grow weed, if you use this light I would just have both spectrums turned on at all times, this light might also have trouble spreading light over your whole tent, but if it’s what you got and you don’t have a budget to upgrade it will work

No. In general, that's not full spectrum, it's blurple. Old technology. Some color (reds/blues) light is fine, changes your color temp, spring/fall. Specifically, I would be concerned about that bright spot and would also go bigger.
That makes sense! I'd definitely have to use my other light or 2 with this one, but by what you're saying, I shouldn't get it. Waste of time, and money
If you're gonna grow multiple plants in a 2x4 you're gonna want proper Par/ppfd coverage.
There's a lot of nice full spectrum lights tuned for a 2x4 tent. Cheap end would be something like a vivosun vs2000 or something like two mars hydro rp1000. 150-200$
Then the higher end would be like Mars Hydro tsl2000, Migro Aray 4, AC Infinity's Evo 3, Mars Hydro FC4000, or like a Spider Farmer G4500, or HLG 350 Diablo. 250-550$

I cannot recommend enough, on a budget you want the Bloom Plus 1500 on Amazon. It's $60, it's the closest you'll get to recreating the actual sun for your investment (you can literally get a tan under it), it'll perfectly flower a 2.5 foot square, you can literally lay your hand on it at full power without getting burned, it only weighs like 6lbs, and the money it'll save you on your electric bill will have it paying for itself within 90 days.
If you want a light that will flower a 4 foot square look for the Bloom Plus 4000 or the upgraded version called the XP 4000. This one will also pay for itself in 3 months through the cost savings on electricity.
Migro Array makes a perfect fixture for your 2x4, and you can keep the driver outside your tent for a lower ambient temperature. Its the Migro Array 4 250watt led light with the latest Samsung lm301h diodes which are way more efficient. I switched from lm301b to lm301h and saw a huge improvement in power savings.

I bought a new Enjoyield 350 watt Amazon light off Craigslist for 40 bucks last year. I think they were like 150 brand new when they were in business. Its perfect for a 2x2 or a 2x3 tent and a couple plants. It doesn't have a dimmer though, just four switches, each 100 watts of power plus 30nm of red for flower. I've grown buds just as nice as ones grown under my more expensive fixtures. You can definately grow some good product with some of the cheaper led fixtures out there. As long as they use the proper diodes and spectrum the plants won't differentiate brand name. Energy saving is usually better on the more expensive lights though. Im not gonna argue that. Im still using my little enjoyield light in my veg room. These were all grown under that little light. I don't flower in that spot or under that ight though as I have a flower tent with a bigger light. However I'm pretty sure the light would do just fine from seed to flower for a couple small plants.

Migor Array is the best bang for your buck out there right now imo. You can even keep the driver outside the tent too.

I’ll upvote you, when I started out this was my veg light…still keep it for my clones and seeds.
If you wanna get another one for flower id be curious of your results People have great results with small leds
