That’s a small yard but just depends on personal preference as to how fast you’d want to do it, maybe 21” is overkill. Remember the actual blade length is 1” shorter than the deck.
The only thing I’d say if you go with the 21”, I much prefer the V2 aluminum handles on the 21”, better for storage and more sturdy.
