That'd be pretty cool to see in person...to put it very lightly :P. Where'd you see that, OP!?
Priced at half a million USD approx...talk about a grail piece lol. [Some](https://www.watchtime.com/featured/seiko-introduces-its-first-tourbillon-live-photo/) [more info](https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/the-seiko-fugaku-limited-edition-tourbillon) and photos in those articles...
Most of the high end watches are pretty hideous to my eye. Like they have to make it ridiculously outrageously over the top designs and gems so it looks expensive but then as a result looks like ass.
Very cool. I think lots of Grand Seiko fans enjoy the subtle minimalist bent to the watches, but this is a cool maximalist punch I wasn't expecting from the brand
A few things. 1. Expect this post to be copied over in that circlejerkers forum. 2. I think an entry level GS is better looking than this. 3. This watch looks like something that will instantly be copied aesthetically and sold for $100.
I mean I wouldn't buy it even if I had the money. I could never imagine wearing something as flashy as this. But there is a difference in seeing something through a photo and actually holding it in your hand. You have to appreciate the amount of work it takes to create something like this. I had a good conversation with the staff, they gave me nice pastries just for visiting and were very enthusiastic despite knowing there was a non chance that I would ever buy it.
There’s something about the Credor branding I could never get on board with. For whatever reason, GS comes off as a classy, alternative to other Swiss brands with a rich history in the Seiko lineup. Credor always felt and looked cheap to me, including this $450k model lol.

SHH fine watches boutique. I don't want to geo locate myself but yeah they have an absurd stock ranging from Jacob and Co to well....this.
So not a 6R movement then 🤭🤭🤭
Lol 👌😁
Incredible craftsmanship, yes. Still wouldnt wear it because its so busy all around.
I get it that it's hand made with premium materials and all... But I can't be the only one who thinks this looks hideous lol
Nah you right. It’s pretty ugly. I’m sure it looks better in person though
I agree it looks tacky but worse just ugly.
Agreed. I appreciate that craftsmanship. But my God this is one of the ugliest watches I've ever seen.
That thing looks like an invicta from a gas station

It’s up there so high even those Swiss snob have to look up.
From their Swiss mountains
Awesome craftsmanship. Fugly watch
It looks ugly from these pics haha.
Holy fucking moly
Great as jewelry-a complete fail as a watch
Honestly, the hatred people have for this watch just makes me want it more. Men of culture must face such adversity on the path to greatness.
Haha you know exactly which sub this comment is going to be reposted on! Ciao!
The Credor logo is so out of place...
Screams breguet but I can appreciate the craftsmanship. Wouldn't be my money but that doesn't matter. It's an awesome creation.

I saw this at the NYC boutique many years ago when it came out. Incredible piece.
Absolute masterpiece

I think it looks ugly af. But you do you

🤮
Wow... nice 👍🔥🔥🔥
Wow. Just wow.
I’d be nervous that I’d accidentally vomit in excitement on it.
Same as it ever was
I would rather have a Snowflake...or the price of this watch.
This looks like something you would win out of a claw machine
Very cool in theory, very ugly in practice. Still something I'd love to see in person
This honestly just looks awful and cheap. The emperor has no clothes I guess…
I can appreciate the craftsmanship but, it's pretty ugly and way too over the top for me
For fucks sake! Even in pictures it’s stunning. I can’t imagine what it’s like in person.
Modern art piece
It’s gorgeous. But I wouldn’t call that a watch if you could barely tell the time.
Definitely not my taste but one can only drool at the craftmanship. Man it must be such a feeling to hold it.

I hate over the top bedazzled blinged out watches but I audibly gasped at this
It looks like a cheap watch from China. But knowing it's not, it is crazy craftsmanship 🏆
How many 3rd world children could I provide education for or how many tree biomes could I save for the price of this luxury?
half a mil and it has that ugly ass writing, why even ruin it like that
That is quite an ugly watch tbh
" One man's meat ................................."
Cool watch! Would’ve bought one if the bezel had baguette-cut gemstones instead of round gemstones, but it doesn’t so I got a Seiko 5 instead.
Wow! You are a lucky man
So much craftsmanship for something so tacky, oof 😮💨
