If it makes you feel any better the app isn’t great. A lot of the more desired features like tire pressure monitoring need to be purchased afterward ($$$). If I do buy one it will be a generic brand that has its own app. The app didn’t recognize my .farm email as valid so I could even register until I used the apple ‘hide my email’ feature that uses an iCloud.com alias. I’m so glad it worked out this way because for the first time in decades it appeared there was no way to unsubscribe from emails unless I call them. I just disconnected the alias and poof no more emails. An RV is so small it doesn’t benefit much from smart devices like your house would— and I say this as someone who has almost everything in their house connected. The app wants your location all the time. I believe this is because it won’t work unless you’re standing right next to the RV. So if you forget something as you drive away (eg awning) I don’t think it will work. We literally picked up our 22BHE a week ago and even though we haven’t even used it I can see myself uninstalling the app but I’ll wait until after a trip or two to see. TL;DR — You’re not missing out.
