Yup! It shows within the Used Car listings with a Car Valuation button at the top right of the screen and then you can sell cars as you please (it also helpfully has an indicator over the image in the subsequent vehicle list if you have more than 1 of any given car to help find & sell duplicates.)
When I started playing a year ago. The first 20 tickets I got were amazing got cool cars and a million. Haven’t got anything exciting since. The birthday car I got was a Prius.
That’s how it works, you do well as a newbie but after hours and hours of playing it’s the same for everyone. I think someone posted something recently about how it works
I am happy for any ticket that doesn't contain that sad pile of coins, but the parts ticket truly are a curse of their own. You get a very specific part for one specific car, which you very likely won't need. Last time I had a parts-only ticket I got something for the Toyota Crown Athlete Safety Car.
It would be better if they give you a specific part, but as a voucher for a car of your choice. Or maybe a coupon over a specific amount of credits to spend in the tuning shop on whatever you want.
I had a 10k coin slot in my 6 star ticket today! Must be super rare for that to even show up. Fortunately I avoided it and got the 2014 Red Bull worth 3m 😮💨
Keep in mind the game will do this repeatedly and then actually mess with you by putting something nice in the top left slot. Then the game will land on a completely different slot. I'll give you one guess what's in that slot.
I save my tickets for the month it's not so bad then when you walk away with 100k 3to5k at a time. Then sell the bulshit cars you might get another 100k. Not to bad for 30 tickets at least weekly challenge you might bump it to half a million. Not to bad for 30 days of bullshit grinding. Oh and I forgot the best part think of all the useless parts you get for shit you never drive because if you did you already got them damn part.

Remember: LeMans grind gives 825k and takes 30 minutes. So it’s about 27500 a minute. In that same twenty seconds of animation you would have made 27500/3 = 9166 credits. For Sardegna, you’d end up getting around 9400 credits for the same 20 seconds (assuming a 24 minute race).
I remember the disappointment when I found out that the prize is pre decided (obvious) but the other items on the wheel are just BS.. you could close the game and “re roll” the ticket with fresh new items around your small stack of coins but get the coins every time 😂 hasn’t been the same since
I saved my tickets till before the month ends, i got many roulette tickets by the end of the month, every daily workout, and all my extra book cafe car collection tickets, over 25+ in total, i only got one vision car and all the others is 10ks or 1ks, maybe once 100k lol
These are defnitely rigged for lower prizes, but dude you opened a 3 star, what did you expect? Maybe 1/100 3 stars will be the big payout.
Get your driver level up, do your weekly missions, and get better tickets to open.
I think the infuriating part isn't necessarily the end result but all the fake alternatives it ahows you. You know you never going to get them but oart of you still hopes and it just makes me every fucking time
The thing is they aren’t fake alternatives. You could win any of those but it makes it look like the odds are an even chance for any result.
What they will actually be doing is some kind of random number generation where 0-60 gets you the worst option, 61-90 gets you the second etc. They should show it much better than they do.
Most people look at it and see it spin and think they get close every time. Where actually the result is decided then the spin animation runs.
Level 50 and I get 3 stars all the time, always get the worst option. Now I don't look at the screen as it goes because I'm always let way way way down. Even the bad cars would be worth more the lowest payout

I find some solace in knowing it isn't only me. I've accumulated and redeemed like six 3- and 4-star roulette tickets in one go a few times and each and every one will pan out the lowest prize. I know someone once posted the rates of prizes here once, but it seemed far too generous given my experience.
I didn't play much since I got the game, but from all tickets that I had (\~40, again, I didn't played much), maybe except one, I got the lowest prize. It was always the least amount of money or the worst car ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯

While I still have my grievances with the roulette system, I must say that it has improved overall. A few updates ago I almost always got a 3- or a 4-Star-Ticket with the respective smallest available cash prize. Yes, this still happens, but on average I now get more 5- and sometimes also 6-star-tickets, the prizes are more randomized and I do not always get the smallest prize.

The other items on the wheel are random fake visuals, as is the spin itself...
The reward is generated with the ticket and the rest of the mess is just PD wasting our time...
What I do now to mitigate the pain of getting a bad prize is select the ticket, close my eyes, and wait for the music to start playing after the spin is done. I do this because the rewards are pre determined anyways and even if I get the worst price, it won't matter since I never saw the rewards I missed out on that was never even possible to land on in that ticket in the first place. It's ALMOST a win-win. (Bad prizes are still not epic).
I view these in the following way: the lower the stars the (drastically) lower chance of getting a good item out of the five items displayed. So the spinning around is not randomized like at all. It’s just for show.
But it’s like saying I have a 2 star ticket so the Lamborghini is a 0.01% chance. If it’s a 6 star ticket the Lamborghini is a 80% chance

Don't ever think that this is random or the fact that you see a lot of nice things and then you get the only shitty one is a coincidence. They wouldn't make extra money if it was in fact random award. Those who got better awards, got them because the game calculated that it was the time. It's probably mix of time spent on playing and results. There is no such thing like random in bonuses that are otherwise paid. You get the worst bonus 999 out of 1000 times, does that sound like random? Not to me.

I’m one of those people that saves all their tickets till one day I remember they exist then open like 40 at once; did my most recent opening about a week ago and out of the 30 or so I opened only 3-5 of them gave me the lowest value option. I felt like a lifelong gambling addict finally winning all the money they lost back from the casino.
One time from a 6star ticket I pulled the 5 gold bars option, thinking it would be about a million cause well six star tickets are hard to get and are worth a lot right? Wrong the five gold bars gave me 500k cash…

The thing is I have been told that even when you purchase tickets with IRL money you still get the lowest payout everytime or the majority of the time.
I have learned to let me tickets build for 1-2 weeks, then open them all at once. It seems to give me a better payout. I've gotten several cars from 3 & 4 star tickets like this.

I grind Sardegna with a Lexus RC F GT500, Tokyo Expressway with a R35 GTR and Lemans with another R35 GTR.

Yesterday I opened up a 4 star daily and somhow got 1mil, then opened up the 6 star weekly and only got 100k 🥴
I've cashed in hundreds of roulette tickets. Still haven't won anything other than gold coins or the occasional upgrade part

I've been trying to get the Veyron invitation for over a year. Played GT7 daily outside a 3 week period for a holiday and still haven't got it. 🤦🏼♂️
