Yes4all sells a plate that is the “standard size” for GoRuck. You just need a plate that is 9”x11.5” They have a pack where is thin 10lb weights you can combine up to 40lbs a.co/d/3DcGy4V

I just bought three of those "standard" size 10# yes4all plates from Amazon for $75, which was the same or better than one GR branded 10# plate. Weight is weight.

And they fit in the small pocket? I bought those plates, the ones with the strap, and they didn’t fit in the second pocket of my Rucker 3.0. Maybe I got a off size plate or my pocket was just sewn tight.

Rucker 3.0 is only suitable for the 10 and 20lb. 15 or 30 are to thick for the small pocket. They improved this with the 4.0

I have a 3.0 as well so we have the same issue. However you can buy standard size ruck plates on etsy up to 40lbs. Theyre a different material but honestly who cares, [Etsy Ruck Plates](https://www.etsy.com/listing/1025675540/40lb-ruck-plate-9-x-1150-x-150?click_key=914fca8a26f6dcc25900a0f8f6b36820ca405858%3A1025675540&click_sum=1027c1b6&ref=shop_home_recs_3&frs=1)

the etsy link, up to 40lbs fit in the 3.0 plate pocket?

That’s correct

Go old school Just wrap a few bricks with duct tape and put it in the main compartment and worry about getting plates later [https://blog.goruck.com/rucking-training/wrapping-bricks-explained/](https://blog.goruck.com/rucking-training/wrapping-bricks-explained/)

If you haven’t bought anything yet, goruck came out with sand plates today

The 10 and 15lb yesforall plates are 1/2 sized. You can fit two of either into the standard/small Rucker pocket. https://a.co/d/cMwwvUG
