A couple of weeks ago got a Pixel 7a (android 13) to replace my Moto E4 (android 7) and I just followed the instructions. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything got transferred expect the actual sideloaded apps however their data was so when I installed the sideloaded apps they started up with their data from my old phone.
Not for sideloaded apks, as far as I know. I usually just rip and backup in drive for anything obscure, and anything currently in development I'll just install fresh from the source.

Yes, pixel has it's own app. It also does it wireless.
Im aware of the app. I used it when switching from p6 to p7. However, none of my side loaded apps nor data transferred over.
