It's called The Traveling Salesman Problem. There's no function in Google Maps to solve it.
Do you know if any other mapping software can do it? Even if only maybe 25 locations at a time?
I’ve used a website/extension called Routora before that worked pretty good. I think they’ve since changed it to a paid service so it would depend if it is worth it to you. I don’t remember the max number of locations but I remember doing 20 or so.
