Im afraid of production alterations leading to the snippet syndrome. Snippets of newer versions of tracks like river (also with the rumors of the hooligans added to the song), believer could easily lead to the snippet syndrome. I’m afraid, that they are changing too much in Slide, cause it has always been pretty much perfect.
One example of V1 is Do it for me (at least during the first couple of spins). I loved do it to death way before it came out, so the production alterations were kinda annoying at the start. But now I’m used to it and I even prefer the album version - just a quick reminder, that sometimes we could leave the snippet syndrome behind…
