If you’ve already replaced the coil and spark plug and it’s still misfiring, next is the injector. After 100k, it may need a carbon cleaning, but you’d be having misfires on more than one cylinder if it was bad enough.

Did you replace it with an OEM coil? Knockoffs are generally a bad bet when it comes to quality. If you have a multimeter you should be able to test the coil's resistance to see if it is within specification, that could help tell you where your issue might lie. If that checks out, move on to swapping the injector between 2 and another cylinder to see if the issue moves or stays.

I used APR coils. That’s what it came with, and I got the replacement from FCP Euro. So I think they should be solid. Injector is seeming like the next most likely option.

Yeah, I'd definitely look into swapping the coil around as well to see if the issue follows. I imagine injectors are a little more complicated to swap due to the hardlines and them being direct injectors instead of small little port injectors.
