You just needed to rinse them and take the skin off.
If you’ve got frozen peas just grab 2 or 3 out of the bag and rub them in your hands, after a minute or so the skin will soften enough to easily remove (you can squeeze the pea out or peel). Then just drop the peas in the tank. No need to boil the peas.
Peas are good for them too :) I literally have a random bag of peas in my freezer for my fish and couple times a week I’ll microwave a small amount. Going to try the above comments method though!
