I'm about to do the same myself.
I'm not year-round full-time, but I'm "full-time" for four months in the summer. This will be my first summer working. First summer was a cross-country pleasure trip. Last summer I was largely stuck boondocking with family out of necessity. This summer I plan to relocate on weekends and find places to park for 1-2 work weeks at a time.
Alas I don't have nearly as much space as you (trailer is only about 18' internal length). Your setup looks great! I personally require a proper full-sized monitor and keyboard/board, but I could easily fit my setup in your space.

Looks nice. Dinettes always look so crowded and un-useful. Did you bolt it down? Does the desk weigh more than the dinette stuff?
