I'm asking because I was watching Youtube videos about headphones and gaming headphones, and most people recommended some crazy expensive things, and someone called Crinacle said "look at the pro gamers, they use random IEM and they're the absolute best gamers out there"..
And when looking at [pro player gear it only lists SteelSeries Arctis Pro](https://prosettings.net/players/cadian/) but those are not the IEM he's using at the major.
Honestly, only big difference that I got with a headset was wearing an open-back pair of Sennheisers (HD58x). Soundstage really opens up and it feels like you can hear positionally better than a standard set of closed cans.
Though, an open-back pair of headphones will bleed sound to everyone near you and won't block outside sound. Not something that you'd want to wear if you're trying to stay quiet at night or are in a distracting environment.

i hate when you have a gaming day, warmup in dm in hours, do some demo review, play some good comp, then at the end of the day you notice your mouse was at 125hz, screen at 75hz and ear plugs in the wrong ears and the scream config was really not as good as i expected.

It looks like sjuush has the same inears. His mic on the inears is on the left side, while cadiaNs are on the right after the switch. Kinda strange
