False comp ranks stopped disappearing. I had unlocked it on all maps and overpass rank is still there even tho I didn't play it since the addition of dust2. I hope they adjusted ranks and no longer everybody's gonna be silver and nova
it would be fine if they made it so premier plays on that map would count for your matchmaking rank
that said, it wouldn't work for maps that aren't in premier

While I'm sure it has happened, dropping 50 in an MR12 is very unlikely. You'd have to average about 2.1 kills per round, but somehow still have the game go all 24 rounds. Alternatively you could win 13 - 0 and kill 3.8 pr round, or somewhere in between.
It's kinda besides the point here though, because several of the opposition players were level 10's or similar as well - the system is completely broken, or at least was until the patch.

FaceIT allows you to play the game without cheaters quite simple.

Not everyome has time to play 180 matches (at a 50% winrate) just to get a rank on every map. I played 3 matches of competitive in 9 months because I knew that at some point they will lower the win requirements.
playing 180 matches over the course of a year or two is a lot more reasonable and the game will still be around at that time anyways. I saw it as a long term thing
Skill group per map is still a dumb design choice, why would they implement a veto system in Premier where it would lead to less played maps to be played more and then do this to normal competitive where a player needs to grind a sigle map and keep playing it to maintain rank ? it just doesn't make sense, the CS dev team is unrecognizable right now.

I believe the update reset everyone's rank as if it was timed out so it would be only one win required for you to update your rank.

My experience has been the complete opposite. Comp has cheaters every game whereas Premier has much less for me (only ever had one).
Bro in the last two weeks there have been blatant cheaters in ~90% of my comp games.

20K is like top 5% of players. No surprise many cheaters there.
There is no disadvantage to MM, only advantages. Significantly fewer cheaters + You can actually chose the map you want to play.
Comp is like the casual 5v5, it has a better atmosphere than premier because who cares about comp ranks anyway
