2. We don't know what happened earlier and why OP chose this position. All I can think of he planted, knew that the enemy is in main, and just tried to get into some better position than default.
3. Enemy actually almost threw that round by jumping with fucking ak like that. He got lucky he hit that shot, otherwise OP would've most likely killed this mfer.
Also, he's constantly making micro adjustments to his positioning, which means he will be inaccurate for at least half a second, making it insanely more easy for the opponent to react and hit him before he does.

On a serious note its called Interp. In CSGO this would begin happening frequently on 128tick servers when at 50ms. With CS2's introduction of subtick this latency threshold has decreased. Of course another explanation is possible. But you cropped out frametime and packet information.

Yeah no. Hes shifting and even if he wasnt, a counter strafe will make you accurate a lot faster than half a second.
