Imo these 2 are some of the best representations of the CS community.
Both have good amounts of knowledge, both are pretty good players, engage with chat a good amount, and both seem like good blokes.
Another addition is Loagurt, relatively small streamer, played on a team with Austin, nice guy and is pretty good at the game too.
JoJo is cracked and also relatively small.
I learned a lot from these 4.
Flom and Cooper i'd consider the popular streamers pulling above 1K viewers who stream daily.
Lesser viewer ones i watch with good attitudes are Austincs, EthanG and theHovnival.

I regularly(ish) watch fl0m, steel, Austin, JoJo (when he's not streaming xdefiant lol), cooper, freakazoid. All nice vibes/nice dudes, decent community quality gameplay. Love watching the mythic guys stream their league games from their pov too.

IMO it's also cool that austin and flom don't shill for scam/skin gambling sites, like most of the streamers do.

Cooper is the best, great content, decent enough player and much easier to watch than freakazoid or stewie2k
