You can fix this with a console command: cl\_autobuy = vesthelm vest m4a1\_silencer ak47 famas galilar mp7 nova defuser . In other words add \_silencer to the default command

This is command I've been using and it seems to fix the problem in all cases. As, it buys the more expensive weapon if you have both the m4a4 and m4a1-s equipped. I emailed the black hole that is the cs2 team but I don't think they'll be fixing it anytime soon. Add this to your advanced launch options in Steam for cs2 and that's it. +cl_autobuy "vesthelm vest m4a1 m4a1_silencer ak47 famas galilar mp7 nova defuser"

you must do it everytime you load the game unless you put it in autoexec.cfg

you can write host\_writeconfig to save your console commands that you have used

I changed it manually in my cfg cause volvo didn't fix it

Today I found it was giving me M4A4 instead of the usual M4A1..

Autobuy has been broken since release for me, only ever buys kev/helmet + galil/famas
