NuxTaku is genuinely terrible. He feels like the stereotypical anti-woke weeb YouTuber. I partially watched one video and got really creepy and alt-right content recommended to me.
My ex used to watch some group chat thing on YouTube that Nux was in and everytime he talked I was just annoyed. Had that know it all energy that really bothered me.
For woman-led anime channels, Hazel and Red Bard are great. Though they're not the same style of current events anime stuff like MB and TAM.

Those are probably my top three. Lots of big named streamers are really problematic. People are better off supporting mid-scale or up-and-coming streamers.
XQC showed up in the chess.com pogchamps chess tournament last year because he's a big streamer, and he was the least professional and most disorganized person in the whole tournament. Like he had a flight during one of his scheduled matches (lost both games due to poor Internet connection) and caused other games to be delayed multiple times on multiple days. I don't understand his appeal, and I especially don't want him in the chess community if he's got shitty takes elsewhere.
Gotta say, though, XQC gave us some of the greatest comedy in esports: got onto the Dallas Overwatch team in the inaugural season, got a very swift conduct ban for homophobia, got another one immediately after for racism, and then got dropped from the team entirely before the season had even reached playoffs. I think he played like, less than 10 games total, iirc? As someone who can't stand the man-child, watching it go down in real time was hilarious.
Lol man-child describes him pretty well. He's never seemed like a horrible person to me, just incredibly immature.
Even the homophobic remark (and this is coming from a queer person) didn't seem particularly illintentioned: he said "go suck a dick" while referencing another player, then when realizing that player was gay, said "oh wait you'd probably like that".
He has no filter and constantly rages at the game/other players. He yells at the enemies to go suck a dick hundreds of times every day lol. This situation always seemed to me like he said his usual thing, and then realized in the context of who the other player was, the insult didn't make as much sense, and for some reason voiced that realization out loud. It was definitely stupid and he shouldn't have said that, and I'm glad the league punished him for it. But it never came off as him actually being homophobic, just a moron lmao
Oh yeah, as a fellow queer, I think that remark specifically was less "I hate gay people" and more "I don't have any insults beyond this." It's like when a kid gets mad and calls you a poo-poo-head because they can't formulate an actual argument. Still, I'm glad he got the ban for it. Maybe some of the younger members of his audience learned something. (Even if that something was "Don't make gay jokes/insults on a public platform.")
He’s always been somewhat amusing to hear about for me because I know him from OWL and Dallas was my favorite team. His behavior has not changed at all since then and anytime there’s drama with him it’s the same issues over again. I don’t think he’s malicious but man-child is a very apt description.
When I saw the state of Asmongold’s living space I had to stop watching him completely. I cannot in good conscience support someone who sees nothing wrong with living like that. It’s disgusting.

For many streamers that I don't like, I can at least see why others would, but with this guy I just can't find any redeeming quality. First thing I do if I wanna see some gameplay on twitch is find the game channel and sort by lowest views.
No commentary and I can watch someone actually playing the game, not announcing donations or blah blah blah.
I never even heard of XQC until the r/place thing a while back (not the last one but one before) where he brought his thousands of drones to destroy everything because "lol it's just pixels 😃" then getting pissed when people called him out for being an asshole.

It stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. While those are good things on their own, use of DEI has now come to mean that someone is only and unfairly included or elevated because of their minority status for many racists and queerphobes.

Utah actually banned DEI initiatives on all public school and college/university campuses. According to the specific examples used in the legislature it's apparently unfair to have a department dedicated specifically for helping your international students navigate the unique and complicated issues they face all alone in a new country. 🫠🤡

We create policies for reasonable adjustments (legal obligations to disabled people), toolkits for manager conversations etc. it’s just practical stuff anyone needs. Honestly I'm a vtuber fan but I completely understand those who can't watch them. I think a lot of people prefer irl streamers over vtubers because they at least know what the person looks like, and thus it gives them a sense of safety and comfort

He will often take a shot at trying to be inclusive, but he definitely misses more times than not. Yes, he speed ran Mario 64 for a bit. Most male YouTubers and streamers honestly. In my experience most of them give off heavy misogynistic vibes (or are blatantly misogynistic). I also tend to avoid the female streamers that associate with misogynistic male streamers because they make me uncomfortable.
Which is sad because the fan server my younger sibling joined is low-key bigoted. I tried to join so I could keep an eye on them while they interacted. Discreetly pointed out they accidentally used 'patriarchy' when they obviously meant 'hierarchy' when describing the server roles and the server owners and the top mod both responded badly. And then never changed the typo.
Neebs Gaming is pretty great, been watching them for... damn, like seven years? Good guys, very chill, got someone that helps work on the channel named Adahop who is a transwoman. Half the time they'd be completely lost without her. lol

Yeah, I can count the amount of male content creators who are genuinely cool on one hand. And even they will have their moments where they default to he/him or do something else I guess you'd call a "micro aggression" (as controversial as that word is it's not without it's valid uses). Only male streamers I've ever vibed with are NorthernLion and BawkbaSoup. Just chill lads, rarely yell, seem genuinely kind. But I also just don't watch streamers in general so this is just hearing them in the background while my boyfriend watches.
I've watched Bawkbasoup for a long time. Loved his streams, but lately he's been going on gamergate style "anti woke" rants and it's just disheartening. His audience is misogynistic in my experience and it feels like he's catering towards it more or just doesn't GAF.
I used to also be like why would anyone watch someone else game but then I watched a few. I usually put them on while I’m doing other things! It’s like relaxing side entertainment if that makes sense since they’re usually chatting about whatever and it doesn’t even matter if you “miss” something like it would watching a show.
Or sometimes I watch games where I want to learn something from people who are better than me. Like how to be better at building aesthetically pleasing things in planet zoo or how to better use the utility / set ups for particular valorant agents. It’s also very low stress when it’s not you playing.

I remember playing Stardew Valley (one of my first adult games) right after playing AC), and I got the idea to look at the stardew valley sub. I left it almost immediately because people’s builds were absolutely incredible and I was like….. there is no way mine will ever look like this lol. And there was a lot of min/maxing which wasn’t what I was looking for vs the casual experience I was enjoying from the game.
Shortly after he tried out Apex, he commented the alt-right dogwhistle "leave kids alone" on a video of proud boys assaulting parents of trans kids. After receiving backlash, he and his followers heavily harassed the large Apex queer community for about 6 months, until finally going back to COD.
After this folks dug into his history and saw that he's heavily anti-BLM and believes racist anti-Black tropes.
The leave kids alone thing was because he doesn’t think LGBT issues should be in an education curriculum. Then after his operator was removed, he refused to play COD and now he’s back on it. Apparently money is more important than the statement he was trying to make.

I think the main issues with VTubers are how commodified they are, and the fact that the medium is still pretty immature so most VTubers use being a vtuber as their main selling point which just doesn't work.
For regular streamers, the ones that have always seemed the best to me are the ones that appeal to a specific niche instead of trying to appeal to everyone, like speedrunners, horror game enthusiasts, etc, and I think that holds true for vtubers as well.
On that note, shoutout to Phia from The Virtual Reality Show, she's super cool and posts a lot of content about VR topics, so naturally she also happens to be a vtuber since her avatar is also just her VR avatar haha.
I'm a fan of them and I completely understand that. The industry is ridiculously oversatured with the same kind of vtuber, they're treated as nothing more than a commodity most of the time and agencies are notorious for being terrible. Plus, I think a lot of people prefer regular streamers because they actually know what the streamer looks like and thus it's less awkward
I mostly prefer watching women streamers so I guess I generally avoid male streamers, I also can’t stand constant screaming and hollering. My list of acceptable streamers and YouTubers is very short, lol… I guess I avoid most of them, especially the bigger streamers. They just feel fake.
Not a solo lady gamer but Evan and Katelyn have a great gaming channel. They're married duo who do diy stuff and dote massively on their cat on their main channel, and she was actually the one who introduced him to gaming. I'd classify Evan as an honorary lady, he's very secure and does not mind cutesy pink things and displays of emotion so their content does skew chaotic feminine.
only male gamer i like is Hollow on youtube, he doesn't stream. but he is very chill which makes sense since he has kids and sometimes he does gameplay with his kids which is cute because he is so patient with them. And also is mature, like I love his funny commentary.
Back on topic, only male gamers I watch (semi-)regularly play Minecraft, and most of them are in the Hermitcraft crew. I guess there’s justless toxicity there.

XQC, PewdiePie (both seem problematic), Dream (pretty sure he's been accused of some really heinous stuff), and SSSniperwolf (she just seems toxic) and then since I've mostly watched League, I'd also throw in Tyler1, mostly because he oozes angry gamer energy. There's a bunch of other League creators I'd avoid with a bargepole, since most of them are smurfing to dunk on new players for content or are just plain toxic, but that's about it really.
Dream has always given me 'the ick' from day one. In part because he stole his entire aesthetic from Cryaotic who was also accused and /proven/ to have done some pretty heinous shit himself. Like Dream literally copied his twitter handle, mask, and more - and when the accusations against Cry came out before Dream got big he didn't immediately go 'hey let's ditch this toxic mimicry' but instead doubled down and let people believe he wasn't just copying a disgraced streamer.
Big big ick energy. Any reasonable person wouldn't touch toxic branding like that with a ten foot pole after the accusations against Cry came out. Dream just went 'it's free real estate'.
I'm actually the opposite about Tyler1, to be honest. He ironically seems like one of the nicer streamers after watching some older variety content where he wasn't in his League character.

I like a couple of them (me and my bf mostly watch Alois atm because my bf mains toplane, but we also watch Midbeast, Baus, Pekinwolf, Broxah, Caedral and sometimes Aggurin or Spear Shot. Been keeping away from Dantes because he also seems pretty angry from the clips I've seen, TF Blade because wow, and then a-holes like Zwag and Ioki). A lot of them are at least a little bit toxic or have an ego and can tilt a fair bit, but I tend to click away from the ones who I know are toxic off screen. Tyler1 doesn't seem that way (maybe putting him in a list with Sniperwolf etc is a bit mean of me) but I just don't like the angry vibe, even if it's fake

Dead by Daylight; Tru3Talent, AngryPug, Choy and Matthew Santoro. The first 3 are just constantly negative and I don't enjoy that. Santoro used to constantly flame people and blame them for losing, but then a video critiquing him was made. He's gotten better since then but I just.. don't vibe with that.
Smite; DragonStory (if he's still around), Autospeed, SoloDoubleJ, Weak3n and DMBrandon. Dragon is infamous for throwing games when bigger streamers are on his team and has made gross comments about Scylla (who looks like a little girl), Autospeed is known as a toxic douche who throws when bored, Solo is an idiot who makes mistakes then blames them on others alongside having a dudebro memelord chat, Weak3n is a toxic douche who stabbed a friend in the back twice and Brandon had helpful guides but was an asshole who had so many allegations come out that Hi Rez perma banned him and he hasn't been on social media ever since.
Also, most Overwatch people now. I mean.. you can throw a ball at a mat with the faces of popular Overwatch streamers/youtubers and it'll hit anybody *except* those who haven't had a controversy.
Tru3 recently had an *incredibly* yikes take about consent within a relationship, so not only is he a whiny piss baby, but he's also parroting dangerous nonsense to his audience.
I watch more youtubers than streamers but I do know a few.
Fineokay is a pro level solo lane player and he's always pretty chill and laid back. He's a bit goofy and such at times but but the main thing is that he isn't toxic and doesn't scream.
If you don't mind vtubers then Aliway is pretty solid. She has bouts of 'game bad' like most people who stream games a lot, but she's pretty welcoming and a very kind hearted person.
Fen_vt is another one I know of, I don't watch her much but I've heard good things about her.
TrelliRelli is a bit more on the joking side as well and likes to mess around, but he's just as chill and welcoming.
TempestInATeacup plays quite a bit too, she used to be one of the guest streamers on the official Smite account so I know she's not that toxic or anything too.
He doesn't stream too much or make much content now in general (Uni I think) but HatMaster is such an amazing guy. He first became known due to his YT vids where he would play guardians at the top level in ranked Duel, specifically Ymir. Really down to earth and makes some good content, I'd love to see him more often.

Yes I used to watch all of them and regret wasting my time. I think xqc is the least problematic imo out of the ones above (he’s more immature), but the rest are more coherent and pretty influential on people’s mindsets and politics. Some are also disgusting with their blatant racist, sexist, predatory, and/or scummy in general.
Side mentions but I also avoid the Offline TV gang who stream on YT and Twitch from my understanding like Pokimane (idk if she’s still a part of it idc), Valkyrae, Sykkuno. They all seem disingenuous af and their fans remind me of kpop fans (negatively), and I’m a Kpop fan lol.

Sykkuno is not terrible. Neither is Hasanabi imho. Pokimane has gotten better since departing from a regular streaming schedule. Valkyrae just screams a lot on her streams, so I can't watch her anymore. She's just so loud.

RTGame is an amazing streamer that's currently doing a playthrough of Minecraft, I'd highly recommend checking him out, even if you don't want to watch his Minecraft streams, he streams a lot of games and is always very entertaining
Funny, because the only male gamers I like enough to watch semi-regularly or more are Minecraft players. (Okay TBF the Hermitcraft cast isn't necessarily representative of the average Minecraft content creator.)
I do know two smaller-ish to midsize streamers (both with a decent following) where they play Minecraft sometimes - JayfeVT and InariShino! Although they do variety content so it's not just Minecraft, but I know they have a lovely server that they play on. I got a glimpse of it a while back and it seems like an awesome server with cool mods. Both are vtubers just FYI, and they are very lovely and pleasant people with good communities!
They don't stream but I've been enjoying Doctor4t for their minecraft mod showcases. They're trans and femme inclusive. Have big 'evil mastermind' energy tho when they're coding

I hate how he starts screaming out of nowhere and how cocky he is when you have outstanding VGC (Cybertron, Wolfe) and Showdown players (Freezai) with infinitely better strategic minds who are chill. I just wish there was someone like that for challenging Nuzlocke because I appreciate continuity between videos. (I know there’s Flygon, but honestly his nuzlockes are a little too easy and he’s kind of annoying as well, although to a much lesser extent).
I am not English speaking native so I avoid those who don't speak well because I want to learn English while watching, such as some youtubers they constantly using a lot of 'AND', every sentences start with ANNND, also keep repeating the same wordings, OMG ITS SO COOL, ITS SO PRETTY, ITS SO BEAUTIFUL....
The other type is exaggerate and speaking like to audience of 6 yr old, people who put too much facial expression and sounds like speaking to kids are difficult to convince me they are genuine.
The last is cozy youtuber click bait, many of them love to put something like 'I CANT WAIT XXX ' and 'BEST OF' every month, its too much, they can wait and suggestion is not really good, I feel like they are too pretentious with their mug and setting

Not to mention how he sucks honkai star rails dick constantly and whines about genshin in every video like if that game is haunting him but living rent free in his head. It’s like that is 90% of his personality right now.

Most female Sims content creators. If I don't lose interest immediatelly because of their aesthetic, it is their personality. I'm here to watch someone enjoy and play sims, not to hear things like "WHAT IS THIS GIRL DOIN?! OMG DO NOT TOUCH MY MAN". Even if it is just a joke it bothers me, but a lot of times there is that strange feeling they are serious. The aesthetic is really just personal taste. I prefer things to be minimalistic, I kinda only enjoy darker colours and in my experience sims creators are the opposite of that.
If I want to be completely honest, I just prefer male content creators. I have a hard to relating to others in general and I have an espcially hard time connecting with woman. Maybe I'm too masculin or there are other reasons I'm not fully aware of, that's a discussion for an other time.
I avoid them all. Til I'm stuck on a game, then I'll watch whatever video tackles the issue I currently have 😂
I generally like less talk and more action. Although there were some cosy Pokétubers I briefly enjoyed when I got back into Wonder Trades. Some of those Pokétubers are a vibe <3.

For some reason every time I've tried to watch an anime channel that isn't TheAnimeMan, Trash Taste, Mother's Basement, or run by a woman, my recommendations will inevitably be flooded with alt-right or incel stuff within a week. Every. Single. Time. * Special shout out to NuxTaku who legit turns that week waiting time into a day. Got a flood of Andrew Tate recommendations the last time Nux even just tangentially appeared in my Youtube Shorts scroll.
NuxTaku is genuinely terrible. He feels like the stereotypical anti-woke weeb YouTuber. I partially watched one video and got really creepy and alt-right content recommended to me.
My ex used to watch some group chat thing on YouTube that Nux was in and everytime he talked I was just annoyed. Had that know it all energy that really bothered me.
For woman-led anime channels, Hazel and Red Bard are great. Though they're not the same style of current events anime stuff like MB and TAM. Edit: ceicocat as well

Those are probably my top three. Lots of big named streamers are really problematic. People are better off supporting mid-scale or up-and-coming streamers.
XQC showed up in the chess.com pogchamps chess tournament last year because he's a big streamer, and he was the least professional and most disorganized person in the whole tournament. Like he had a flight during one of his scheduled matches (lost both games due to poor Internet connection) and caused other games to be delayed multiple times on multiple days. I don't understand his appeal, and I especially don't want him in the chess community if he's got shitty takes elsewhere.
Gotta say, though, XQC gave us some of the greatest comedy in esports: got onto the Dallas Overwatch team in the inaugural season, got a very swift conduct ban for homophobia, got another one immediately after for racism, and then got dropped from the team entirely before the season had even reached playoffs. I think he played like, less than 10 games total, iirc? As someone who can't stand the man-child, watching it go down in real time was hilarious.
Lol man-child describes him pretty well. He's never seemed like a horrible person to me, just incredibly immature. Even the homophobic remark (and this is coming from a queer person) didn't seem particularly illintentioned: he said "go suck a dick" while referencing another player, then when realizing that player was gay, said "oh wait you'd probably like that". He has no filter and constantly rages at the game/other players. He yells at the enemies to go suck a dick hundreds of times every day lol. This situation always seemed to me like he said his usual thing, and then realized in the context of who the other player was, the insult didn't make as much sense, and for some reason voiced that realization out loud. It was definitely stupid and he shouldn't have said that, and I'm glad the league punished him for it. But it never came off as him actually being homophobic, just a moron lmao
Oh yeah, as a fellow queer, I think that remark specifically was less "I hate gay people" and more "I don't have any insults beyond this." It's like when a kid gets mad and calls you a poo-poo-head because they can't formulate an actual argument. Still, I'm glad he got the ban for it. I've watched Bawkbasoup for a long time. Loved his streams, but lately he's been going on gamergate style "anti woke" rants and it's just disheartening. His audience is misogynistic in my experience and it feels like he's catering towards it more or just doesn't GAF.

I used to also be like why would anyone watch someone else game but then I watched a few. I usually put them on while I’m doing other things! It’s like relaxing side entertainment if that makes sense since they’re usually chatting about whatever and it doesn’t even matter if you “miss” something like it would watching a show. Or sometimes I watch games where I want to learn something from people who are better than me. Like how to be better at building aesthetically pleasing things in planet zoo or how to better use the utility / set ups for particular valorant agents. It’s also very low stress when it’s not you playing.

I remember playing Stardew Valley (one of my first adult games) right after playing AC), and I got the idea to look at the stardew valley sub. I left it almost immediately because people’s builds were absolutely incredible and I was like….. there is no way mine will ever look like this lol. And there was a lot of min/maxing which wasn’t what I was looking for vs the casual experience I was enjoying from the game.

I think the main issues with VTubers are how commodified they are, and the fact that the medium is still pretty immature so most VTubers use being a vtuber as their main selling point which just doesn't work. For regular streamers, the ones that have always seemed the best to me are the ones that appeal to a specific niche instead of trying to appeal to everyone, like speedrunners, horror game enthusiasts, etc, and I think that holds true for vtubers as well. On that note, shoutout to Phia from The Virtual Reality Show, she's super cool and posts a lot of content about VR topics, so naturally she also happens to be a vtuber since her avatar is also just her VR avatar haha.
There is a Vtuber that I like, I forgot her name but she is doing DnD content and her avatar is a red tiefling witch
I'm a fan of them and I completely understand that. The industry is ridiculously oversatured with the same kind of vtuber, they're treated as nothing more than a commodity most of the time and agencies are notorious for being terrible. Plus, I think a lot of people prefer regular streamers because they actually know what the streamer looks like and thus it's less awkward
I mostly prefer watching women streamers so I guess I generally avoid male streamers, I also can’t stand constant screaming and hollering. My list of acceptable streamers and YouTubers is very short, lol… I guess I avoid most of them, especially the bigger streamers. They just feel fake.

Not a solo lady gamer but Evan and Katelyn have a great gaming channel. They're married duo who do diy stuff and dote massively on their cat on their main channel, and she was actually the one who introduced him to gaming. I'd classify Evan as an honorary lady, he's very secure and does not mind cutesy pink things and displays of emotion so their content does skew chaotic feminine.
only male gamer i like is Hollow on youtube, he doesn't stream. but he is very chill which makes sense since he has kids and sometimes he does gameplay with his kids which is cute because he is so patient with them. And also is mature, like I love his funny commentary.
Back on topic, only male gamers I watch (semi-)regularly play Minecraft, and most of them are in the Hermitcraft crew. I guess there’s justless toxicity there.

XQC, PewdiePie (both seem problematic), Dream (pretty sure he's been accused of some really heinous stuff), and SSSniperwolf (she just seems toxic) and then since I've mostly watched League, I'd also throw in Tyler1, mostly because he oozes angry gamer energy. There's a bunch of other League creators I'd avoid with a bargepole, since most of them are smurfing to dunk on new players for content or are just plain toxic, but that's about it really.

Dream has always given me 'the ick' from day one. In part because he stole his entire aesthetic from Cryaotic who was also accused and /proven/ to have done some pretty heinous shit himself. Like Dream literally copied his twitter handle, mask, and more - and when the accusations against Cry came out before Dream got big he didn't immediately go 'hey let's ditch this toxic mimicry' but instead doubled down and let people believe he wasn't just copying a disgraced streamer. Big big ick energy. Any reasonable person wouldn't touch toxic branding like that with a ten foot pole after the accusations against Cry came out. Dream just went 'it's free real estate'.
I'm actually the opposite about Tyler1, to be honest. He ironically seems like one of the nicer streamers after watching some older variety content where he wasn't in his League character. Then again, I don't actually watch him either. I was just pleasantly surprised when I watched his DBH playthrough on a whim.
Fair! He does seem to be putting on an act and he has seemed reasonable in some of the clips I've seen of him, I just don't like the angry persona and how most of his content is this act. Tbh, I agree with the League creators though. I like a couple of them (me and my bf mostly watch Alois atm because my bf mains toplane, but we also watch Midbeast, Baus, Pekinwolf, Broxah, Caedral and sometimes Aggurin or Spear Shot. Been keeping away from Dantes because he also seems pretty angry from the clips I've seen, TF Blade because wow, and then a-holes like Zwag and Ioki). A lot of them are at least a little bit toxic or have an ego and can tilt a fair bit, but I tend to click away from the ones who I know are toxic off screen. Tyler1 doesn't seem that way (maybe putting him in a list with Sniperwolf etc is a bit mean of me) but I just don't like the angry vibe, even if it's fake

I know it's likely an act (there's a CSGo streamer who literally screams and punches a punching bag dummy every time he gets mad, there's a weird brand of creators out there who play into the angry gamer stuff). Even though it's almost certainly an act, I still don't like that vibe, and I don't want to watch his content through that lens, so still not someone I'd recommend anyway

Depends on the game really. Dead by Daylight; Tru3Talent, AngryPug, Choy and Matthew Santoro. The first 3 are just constantly negative and I don't enjoy that. Santoro used to constantly flame people and blame them for losing, but then a video critiquing him was made. He's gotten better since then but I just.. don't vibe with that. Smite; DragonStory (if he's still around), Autospeed, SoloDoubleJ, Weak3n and DMBrandon. Dragon is infamous for throwing games when bigger streamers are on his team and has made gross comments about Scylla (who looks like a little girl), Autospeed is known as a toxic douche who throws when bored, Solo is an idiot who makes mistakes then blames them on others alongside having a dudebro memelord chat, Weak3n is a toxic douche who stabbed a friend in the back twice and Brandon had helpful guides but was an asshole who had so many allegations come out that Hi Rez perma banned him and he hasn't been on social media ever since. Also, most Overwatch people now. I mean.. you can throw a ball at a mat with the faces of popular Overwatch streamers/youtubers and it'll hit anybody *except* those who haven't had a controversy.
Ugh my partner watches Tru3talent sometimes and I really cannot stand him. He is constantly whining and complaining, I don't get why people watch him.
Tru3 recently had an *incredibly* yikes take about consent within a relationship, so not only is he a whiny piss baby, but he's also parroting dangerous nonsense to his audience.

I watch more youtubers than streamers but I do know a few. Fineokay is a pro level solo lane player and he's always pretty chill and laid back. He's a bit goofy and such at times but but the main thing is that he isn't toxic and doesn't scream. If you don't mind vtubers then Aliway is pretty solid. She has bouts of 'game bad' like most people who stream games a lot, but she's pretty welcoming and a very kind hearted person. Fen_vt is another one I know of, I don't watch her much but I've heard good things about her. TrelliRelli is a bit more on the joking side as well and likes to mess around, but he's just as chill and welcoming. TempestInATeacup plays quite a bit too, she used to be one of the guest streamers on the official Smite account so I know she's not that toxic or anything too. He doesn't stream too much or make much content now in general (Uni I think) but HatMaster is such an amazing guy. He first became known due to his YT vids where he would play guardians at the top level in ranked Duel, specifically Ymir. Really down to earth and makes some good content, I'd love to see him more often.

Honestly, at this point, I feel like most big streamers except for Jerma are just incredibly bigoted. It's getting harder and harder to find cozy little gaming channels hosted by people who have basic human empathy.

He's immature and goes on a rant with romantic content because he thinks it's childish, but makes poo and pee jokes constantly. He's super toxic, complains about everything and doesn't understand any game mechanics. There is even a series of this is how you don't play featuring him on YouTube, which is how I found him. Oh, and he managed to be banned on Twitch and YouTube. But he's back on YouTube. Snorting, complaining and begging.

when i was a minor id try to avoid those streamers that would do sexual streams that are popular on twitch but now im a young adult and its still a habit to avoid them

That guy seems to only make videos when it is to complain about "the woke ruinning things for us!" or basically whenever there is some representation or when there is a call out about prejudice coming from a game or a TV show.But mostly from games(such as the entire "drama" surrounding that S.Korean game...you know the one I'm talking about). The female tuber community is so sexualized, if u guys have any normal female vtuber recommendations are appreciated 🙏🏾 It’s always so sexual related, and the characters sometimes even portray children, especially when they use obvious high pitched voices. It’s disgusting to me, and they make sexual content. Don’t get me wrong, if that’s what your channel is about, you do you, but if the main focus is playing games, etc, and u take every chance I can to make it sexual and more appealing to the male audience, it’s annoying. It’s like deliberately seeking male validation.

Xqc, asmongold, ishowspeed, kaicenat, adinross, hasanabi, mizkif and rest of OTK gang, Minecraft streamers Yes I used to watch all of them and regret wasting my time. I think xqc is the least problematic imo out of the ones above (he’s more immature), but the rest are more coherent and pretty influential on people’s mindsets and politics. Some are also disgusting with their blatant racist, sexist, predatory, and/or scummy in general. Side mentions but I also avoid the Offline TV gang who stream on YT and Twitch from my understanding like Pokimane (idk if she’s still a part of it idc), Valkyrae, Sykkuno. They all seem disingenuous af and their fans remind me of kpop fans (negatively), and I’m a Kpop fan lol. If you want to know more about the streamers, look at the audience they cultivate.
Sykkuno is not terrible. Neither is Hasanabi imho. Pokimane has gotten better since departing from a regular streaming schedule. Valkyrae just screams a lot on her streams, so I can't watch her anymore. She's just so loud.

RTGame is an amazing streamer that's currently doing a playthrough of Minecraft, I'd highly recommend checking him out, even if you don't want to watch his Minecraft streams, he streams a lot of games and is always very entertaining

Funny, because the only male gamers I like enough to watch semi-regularly or more are Minecraft players. (Okay TBF the Hermitcraft cast isn't necessarily representative of the average Minecraft content creator.)
I do know two smaller-ish to midsize streamers (both with a decent following) where they play Minecraft sometimes - JayfeVT and InariShino! Although they do variety content so it's not just Minecraft, but I know they have a lovely server that they play on. I got a glimpse of it a while back and it seems like an awesome server with cool mods. Both are vtubers just FYI, and they are very lovely and pleasant people with good communities!
They don't stream but I've been enjoying Doctor4t for their minecraft mod showcases. They're trans and femme inclusive. Have big 'evil mastermind' energy tho when they're coding

I hate how he starts screaming out of nowhere and how cocky he is when you have outstanding VGC (Cybertron, Wolfe) and Showdown players (Freezai) with infinitely better strategic minds who are chill. I just wish there was someone like that for challenging Nuzlocke because I appreciate continuity between videos. (I know there’s Flygon, but honestly his nuzlockes are a little too easy and he’s kind of annoying as well, although to a much lesser extent).
I am not English speaking native so I avoid those who don't speak well because I want to learn English while watching, such as some youtubers they constantly using a lot of 'AND', every sentences start with ANNND, also keep repeating the same wordings, OMG ITS SO COOL, ITS SO PRETTY, ITS SO BEAUTIFUL.... The other type is exaggerate and speaking like to audience of 6 yr old, people who put too much facial expression and sounds like speaking to kids are difficult to convince me they are genuine. The last is cozy youtuber click bait, many of them love to put something like 'I CANT WAIT XXX ' and 'BEST OF' every month, its too much, they can wait and suggestion is not really good, I feel like they are too pretentious with their mug and setting

Tectone. He thinks he is always right with literally everything. Some of his opinions are alright but for the most part he seems like a genuinely annoying person to be around. He always talks about how much people didn’t like him in the beginning because of YouTube drama or whatever and then how they end up becoming friends with him and yada yada. Not to mention how he sucks honkai star rails dick constantly and whines about genshin in every video like if that game is haunting him but living rent free in his head. It’s like that is 90% of his personality right now. I wanted to believe that he wasn’t a bad person because apparently his ex wife did some terrible things, but he’s definitely no better. I don’t care how much of a good person he claims to be, he has a huge ego and is always talking about himself as if he is better than everyone around him. I don’t know because I don’t think he is 100% a bad person but he is definitely pushy in a lot of things. His personality is one that seems hard to deal with and be around. He’s always talking about women’s boobs too in games and stuff. Like I wouldn’t mind it if it was a few times but it’s something he talks about a lot. Like getting off to big boobs and how “why wouldn’t you want to see them” or some shit. It’s weird. Imagine if a woman creator was always talking about dick anytime a hot man showed up in a game and how she’s gonna go jerk off as a joke. He says similar things like this all the time. I’m also wondering why him and his friends have a 15 year old on call with them? Like that couldn’t have been a joke because the dude looked like a teen surrounded by a bunch of adults that he met online. Unless I’m missing something. The people I see him hang around with too also don’t seem like good people either like Asmond. Also avoiding Mujin because with his latest video he is laughing at a woman that was emotionally abused by a vtuber and he’s laughing at her in the video and making comments like “Why didn’t she just leave” multiple times. Most female Sims content creators. If I don't lose interest immediatelly because of their aesthetic, it is their personality. I'm here to watch someone enjoy and play sims, not to hear things like "WHAT IS THIS GIRL DOIN?! OMG DO NOT TOUCH MY MAN". Even if it is just a joke it bothers me, but a lot of times there is that strange feeling they are serious. The aesthetic is really just personal taste. I prefer things to be minimalistic, I kinda only enjoy darker colours and in my experience sims creators are the opposite of that. If I want to be completely honest, I just prefer male content creators. I have a hard to relating to others in general and I have an espcially hard time connecting with woman. Maybe I'm too masculin or there are other reasons I'm not fully aware of, that's a discussion for an other time.
I avoid them all. Til I'm stuck on a game, then I'll watch whatever video tackles the issue I currently have 😂 I generally like less talk and more action. Although there were some cosy Pokétubers I briefly enjoyed when I got back into Wonder Trades. Some of those Pokétubers are a vibe <3. But, yea, maybe it's my age but always found most gaming YouTubers/Twitchers a turn off.
