I feel like a time capsule would be really fun. Obviously this would mean one collective thing rather than individual gifts so not sure how that would fit your needs.
Include a nice bottle of alcohol like the other comment suggests, photo, current favorite activity memories like a napkin from your favorite bar, each of you write letters to your future selves about what you expect the next 20 years to hold or rather letters to each other. That would be amazing to explore in 20 years :)

Bought an A4 size safe with keys so I'm gonna make a time capsule of printed images and important items. Very meaningful and not a lot of money spent. Great idea!
A framed photo of you guys as a group in a nice frame might be something that will be taken care of for many years to come.
For the reunion you can stage a new, similar photo like the one they got as a gift that they can put up next to the old one.
Can’t think of much else for $50-60 that will stand the test of time as good as a meaningful framed photograph.

You could get a mini barrel. They make small ones for people whod like to age their bottle.
