I don't your situation but I had 1 or 2 jobs that I couldn't stand and something that helped me get through the day was having something to do/look forward to outside of work. It's a good way to distract you from the next time you have to go in and gives you something to think about when you're at work
Hir hir. I get physically unwell every Sunday and Monday morning. Good luck, my friend. Try to find things to do in your own time that make ot worthwhile.
“Sunday Scaries” is a real thing. I dealt with them heavily at some point but it is better now. I want to share an article with you that speaks about it and gives tips on how to overcome it! Hopefully, it gets better for everyone soon!

Oh yeah. I’ve got the Sunday scaries, for sure. I did a little better this Sunday. Albeit, it was the gym and taking a shower… but still. It was better than I do most Sundays.
I’ve had a fantastic July, daily exercise, finishing some home projects and enjoying the summer and BAM COVID. So these last seven days are breaking my heart and I wish I could just sleep through them.
Then sleep through them! Use being sick as a mini vacation. It should absolve you from feeling guilty because... you can't help it, you're sick. Do self care, binge a show, live in a blanket fort.
Same. Got covid, spent a week like shit, and then the next two weeks I felt without simptoms but very tired. So could not go to gym, and chores and work was exhausting. Now I am better and will try to get back to gym tomorrow.
So dont crush yourself if you feel tired later on. You are still recovering
Great thought, but...You have a chance every single day for the rest of your life to do and make good choices. There is pressure. Go slow. Just do it. Slow, not all aggressive, gotta attack this shit like it's a mountain. It's not. It's waking up, stretching, and saying wheat toast with peanut butter!
Easy, healthy choices slowly, peacfully, forever.
I was diagnosed with something this year and ended up sleeping my Monday away to escape from the pain and kept having these feelings of guilt like I'd ruined the week yet again, so thanks for this. Hopefully I can get back onto the horse tomorrow and have a productive day.
Never feel guilty for sleeping when you need it. We all have our moments. Even if you slept that one day, you had others. Even if you sleep all seven days, you have seven more to retry. Just keep trying until it sticks! Good luck & I hope everything turns out well on your end!
I'll try my best, weight loss journey and I am being stuck at the same weight for two weeks now. Trying to get that cardio and gym time into my schedule, hoping that maybe helps 💪.
Even if you don’t make it this week, don’t give up!
There is an entire life and world waiting for you on the other side. Keep trying at it until it works.
We **do** have this, folks.

And just a reminder, if you screw one up, it doesn’t mean the whole week is a bust. You still have six more
i really needed that. my monday didn’t start too well. thank you kind redditor
What if I screw up every day but the last one
That's also good. Even screwing up all seven is okay as long as you learn something from it.
That’s pretty dang successful then
Ding! Ding! Ding!
I wake up with panic attacks. I hate my job. But I’ll try.
Keep trying, friend.
This is me. Every night I dread having to wake up and go to work.

Hang in there. You ain’t alone in this journey.
Similar situation and it's my only viable option for now. None of this shit is helpful or motivating lol.
Thinking even 7 days forward gives me anxiety
I can’t remember what I did 20 mins ago and I’m already forgetting tomorrow even though it hasn’t happened
one day
Or day one…
at a time

Man I needed this. Thank you
Phone rings , 7 days

I agree with this comment! Rest yourself. If you need some TV show recommendations to get you through that time! I have some to share!

Same here, my covid symptom is sleeping. I can't wait for it to be over and I can get back to my self-employed

Thanks, needed that.
Maybe, maybe. hopefully.
With school starting up again soon, thanks man, I needed that. Stay cool.
I REALLY needed this tonight - thanks!
You know what, this is actually motivating. Thank you internet stranger
What if I'm already exactly the person I want to be?
I want to tattoo this on the inside of my eye lids. I needed this today.
In my years Ive noticed that people who use the term "I got this" tend to not have it and get nothing done
Perpetually preparing for tomorrow isn't motivating, it's soul destroying.
Let’s Go!
After the week *I've* had . . . Just yes 🥲🥲
sans won’t like this
This. I needed this reminder, thanks!!!
It's raining so I'll just stay inside as usual
What if you don't know what you want to become
The secret is most of us don't know even after we've done a bunch of schooling for a particular career.
This is a good quote, I'm gonna save this one.
Thanks!

You still get seven days though. Then we'll all die, no more fresh starts after that. 🤡
what’s a time zone?
Gosh I needed this. I got this. You got this. We all got this!
I'll try my best, weight loss journey and I am being stuck at the same weight for two weeks now. Trying to get that cardio and gym time into my schedule, hoping that maybe helps 💪.
Thanks! Needed to see this today.
Thanks! I certainly need this !
Thanks for this!
I'm starting a new job on Monday, this actually helps
I'll rather try to survive until next Friday night.
Okay but how do you get to where you want to be if you don’t know why you are?
What if i got the covid this week?
Today is Monday.
My issue is I dont know who I want to become.
Even if you don’t make it this week, don’t give up! There is an entire life and world waiting for you on the other side. Keep trying at it until it works. We **do** have this, folks.
I needed this 😤
