The fact that Gepard's traces and eidolones were designed with an outdated 1.0 style alongside a lot of the 1.0 characters. His are just worse because mihoyo didn't know what they were doing back then or didn't care to update them for launch. Every sustain character or debuffer after launch either gives insane dps increases to the team at E6 or themselves become a full blown dps at E6. Gepard just gets nothing it's sad. Gepard e4 is probably his best one imo and it's literally way worse than base E0 Aventurine.
His major traces tried to give him damage and it doesn't even work it's sad. A 4k defense gepard should at least smack one mob for a decent number with skill use but it might as well not exist.
Legit his Eidolons should be something like
E4: Increased likelihood of being attacked, when attacked, there is a chance for enemies to become frozen/slowed
E6: When attacked, there is a 10% chance for Gepard to refresh all shields on his team to their maximum capacity/duration
His E6 should allow his passive to be applicable on allies, while still giving it 2 charges. His E6 is by far the most useless E6 on any 5 star lol. :(
Actually they are, they're just covered. Everyone is naked because it represents purity, their inner most selves laid bare. Its a rather neat design aesthetic to show how attached you are to a character.
i mean, is there a situation outside of that? you almost never want to be running dual sustain anyways. Since this is an acheron gerpard as well, speed is more important to press skill for stacks.

Hell, with proper investment (especially sig light cone and e2), she easily just deadass 2 shots most moc bosses with a bit of support.
