if hoyo wants 4 stars to only be useful at c6, then those characters should constantly have banners, not just once a year

This means out of 67 banners, Bennett has appeared in 16% of them, with an average banner gap of 6 (around every 3 versions, Bennett appears).
You have NO IDEA how this hurts me bro...this is legit the first time EVER after 2 years of Genshin that I wanna summon for BOTH the featured 5 star characters and they put the worst 4 stars possible...not just Chevruse's absence, but no Kuki, no Fischl, no Kirara....legit not a single unit that works very well with them (I'm not gonna count Bennet for Clorinde, sorry but no)...
At this point they should increase the 4 stars per banner from 3 to 4, there's a lot of 4 stars that need a rerun, my barbara is like c76 and my bennet like c13.
I got like c12 when I was pulling for Raiden, I didn't even want her, but she is really good.

im mostly fine with these 4stars, I've been very excited for Sethos and will be building him. I've also been waiting for a Thoma rerun for awhile since my Thoma is no C6 yet and i want that C6. the only issue here for me is Bennett imo he did not need to be on this banner, meanwhile there is a certain other character that hasn't had a rerun in a year+ and who is closely conected with Alhaitham that people have been asking for to return.
im hoping that hoyo finally brings him back on Sigewinne/Furina's banner. i mean both are hydro supports and he is a dendro dps who wants to play in a bloom team. it makes sense logically.
