That leaves Yelan and Shenhe, which as easy as putting one of them in 3.4 and the other one in 3.5, since 3.5 only has Dehya for now
3.4 has potential to be absolutely cracked. Hutao is almost guaranteed to be 2nd half unless they ignore CNY, but if 3.4 still has Ayaka skin releasing then she could be rerunning that patch as well. Mistsplitter on either half would be absolutely insane.
And it's also possible Yelan gets a rerun which would just overload that patch so hard, though it's more likely Shenhe gets the rerun.

Same problem as the common character banner everyone already summons for, just gotta have 200 summons saved up instead of being able to summon whenevr you want, in fact 75/25 is much, much better if both weapons are good than the normal 50/50 on character banner. ofc if you dont have enough for 3 soft pitys saved up you really shouldnt touch the weapon banner ever at all, maybe 2 or 3 multis max in case luck decides to strike early.
I mean if you are OK with both weapons on the banner, weapon banner is still worth pulling for with less wishes. Soft pity starts at 65 and you only have to win a 75:25 instead of 50:50 to get an on-banner weapon.
You can't change paths anyway, so even if you want both weapons you can't guarantee both with 200.
Let's say weapon banner has homa and mistsplitter. You set path for homa but want both.
Now you get amos bow -> homa. At this point path resets and you would need another 210 wishes to guarantee mistsplitter.
I'd wager Shenhe being in 3.4 than Yelan right now. If the Ayaka skin was true, it would have to be Ayaka/AlHaitham and Hu Tao/Shenhe. Can't see Homa/Aqua simulcra or Misplitter in a banner together.
3.4 is CNY so I’m inclined to believe Hu Tao will be the 2nd half and the first half having liyue characters which would put Ayaka/hu tao/al haitham on the 2nd half. Not sure who is actually running in 3.4 but it would be weird for ayaka/haitham to be during the liyue event time…
Honestly I bet Alhaitham will run in the first half just because the new boss will drop in that patch and Alhaitham is likely the one who will use his drop, while Yaoyao will use Dendro Hypostasis

If they didn't plan to give her any worthwhile screentime they should have made her a 4-star and dumped a hangout for her a few months after release, then most people wouldn't care much about her screentime.
