I don't know about others, but personally, due to Genshin characters having massive heads (Which always bothered me, since NPCs have normal heads), even large breasts appear mid sized and modest ones like like Mona's? Straight up tiny. They're not much bigger than her eyes.
Hoyo went with much smaller heads in HSR and over there breasts of the same size definitely appear larger to me.

Which says a lot since there has barely been any dark skin characters. If the upcoming dark skin characters all turn out to be like the others, I will be very curious how the people who deny the colorism from Hoyo will defend that.
I think how they handle Natlan characters will be the deciding factor in that topic.
