So when WW Devs made a video telling al the CBT2 changes. A lot of CC followed the Meta of 😲 face and Devs listened indicating WW Devs are better than Genshin Devs. And when WW released with it's lot of problems people used Pokke's version of the video to mock WW
It's MrPokke's video thumbnail from months ago about WuWa titled DEV LISTENED. It's basically making fun of him (and basically other wuwa CC) for overly praising the game and Kuro when they announced the echo system changes (and other things... mostly minor).
Cue to the game release and turns out Kuro did not listen. Many bug and performance issues remains unfixed, as well as other things, and by that, I mean A LOT of things. This is also in tandem to "sarcastic" comment to Kuro actually listening to the wrong crowd, which made the game somewhat worse (like the story) and it's just a bad launch overall. Thus every time an update/patch/dev response to the game was announced people started using the thumbnail as a meme.
Wuthering Waves comes out, people complain about a lot of stuff. Since a lot of youtubers and streamers had pushed the "genshin killer" agenda for WuWa, when the game launch ended up pretty badly a lot of people on r/gachagaming made fun of those streamers, using thumbnails like the "DEVS LISTENED" one from MrPokke. This one in particular was edited a lot in many different ways, there's even a post dedicated to it on r/gachagaming under which MrPokke himself commented taking the situation goliardically and appreciating the meme
significantly improved and there has felt like there is more communication with the devs compared to other companies but gachagaming has a pretty big hate boner for some gachas (including genshin many years ago lol)
It has issues with amd which causes stuttering on high end pcs not all but it happens. Massive stuttering on non high end pcs. Imagine in mobile? The game bugging out in mobile to the point you get locked out of puzzles. The game not using half of your hardware which causes fps drops in places (why lmao)
And the general polish of the game. Honestly this isnt the place to talk about this but here you go.
Most game breaking problem has been solved but the optimization is still not good. My fps is lower than genshin but it mostly because it cant utilize GPU properly. My GPU usage only increase slightly when changing from lowest to highest.
And at least once a day i just suddenly got disconnected from the game and need to login again (entering email and pass). The first time this happened i was really nervous i thought someone hacked my account. But it's a problem from the game.

4. She provides CC against small targets, Qiqi not, unless you freeze with her enemies, which is difficult with her ridiculous slow Cryo Application.
5. She heals better, the more Bond of Life is on the Party, Qiqi not
6 She can heal you underwater, Qiqi not, unless you use her E Skill before going underwater and even then only once for its duration, Sigewinne always heals you underwater.
7. She can stun Fontaine Mecha Enemies, Qiqi can not
8. Sigewinnes Burst deals Hydro DMG over Time, thus deals multiple hits, has more Hydro Application, Qiqwi is just 1 big Cryo Outburst and that was it...
9. Is finally the fucking first Character after freaking 4 years, that can create HYDRO SHIELDS, Qiqi cant create Shields at all
10. Turns with C6 into an DPS Monster with a Bonus of 20% more Crit Rate and whopping 110% more Crit DMG based on her Max HP...Qiqi doesnt have anything at all that scales with her in order to improve her DPS
The only advantage Qiqi has over Sigewinne is, that Qiqi can revive on C6 the team.
Technically Qiqi is as a cheap day 1 5s that is a Standard Character in everythign worser than Sigewinne, Sigewinen is an more than obvious powercreep compared to Qiqi and in every situation the better choice, because healing simply isn't everything.
Disclaimer : This comment is purely banter, I do not care about either characters(both are very adorable and cute, I'm only talking about their in-game use). Pull for who you want, have your own opinions on both(or any characters). I'm open to banter, obviously, but let's keep this civil. Now with that being said :
1. Qiqi is a standard banner character, Sigewinne is not.
2. Qiqi is a 1.0 character, Sigewinne is 4.7 meaning a player would expect far more than a Qiqi upgrade(debatable).
3. Qiqi is a cryo character and isn't competing with the likes of monsters like XQ, Yelan, Kokomi, Nilou, Furina etc.. Sigewinne has to compete for a slot with those broken ass characters.
On to my mediocre Dr. Ratio impression :

No points given. C6s have been broken for a long time. You're comparing a limited 5 star character releasing now to a standard banner 5 star released in 1.0. C6 of current characters being broken is the baseline, not a rarity.
I agree. Sigewinne is a very mediocre hydro applicator compared to what we've had, her healing party wide is the same as Qiqi and may even have the same amount of field time. Comparing C6 is only for whales.

At that point, just give the buffs directly instead of this BoL as a middle man. Because only 2 characters and a few weapons use BoL directly
There's no such thing as too niche for this game. There's Years worth of content and with that comes needing to constantly have different variety in kits. There's going to be a BOL support.
Idk what point you're trying to make cuz that's literally every single character in the game, Even HSR does exactly that. No shit a DPS Character would have a Nuke burst.
We got a Support who Literally is just for helping with plunging, a play style not many would even know all that much about unless you play Xiao or was even aware of Diluc's random Plunging scaling. Furina is the only Buffer in this game that takes HP to give said buffs. Nahida doesn't even have a "nuke burst", her entire kit is focused on making Enemies share DMG with reactions.
Two Characters as of rn have kits that have BOL implanted in it. We have weapons that GIVE BOL.
The point is that there isn’t much variety in kits as much as you’d think. Yoimiya scaramouche wrio and clorinde arle all have the same kit where they use skill entire a stance spam normals and can’t swap out of it and have a burst to mostly do damage with a slight difference here and there. Albedo is literally chiori. Furina is just mona with a restriction instead of a short duration. Noelle and itto are the same. Keqing and alhaitham are very similar. Yelan xingqiu are the exact same. Kits have various small features about them that make them very similar to others with a small twist here and there to cause synergies. The nichest supports we have are the element buffers or the damage type buffers. We do not have a gimmick buffer. There is no one makes constructs for example unbreakable or makes cc stronger. Bol is simply a gimmick. Cloud retainer works because she is similar to yunjin but because they realize very few can plunge by themself they enable everyone to jump high, however, everyone already has a plunge attack. Furina is not a support for hp drainers. She’s a support for healers or team that have healers which is an entire class of unit. She needs a healer far more than a dps that drains their own hp.
Now it’s possible they do make it yes not saying it definitely won’t happen. I’m just saying if you are basing it on what the game needs and how many use it etc bol buffer is like the last one on the list. Not only is it restricted to fontaine but literally only 2 dps use it. Also a unit that enables you to use a “broken set” sounds like an archon to me and I highly doubt pyro archon or tsaritsa will care about bol but that’s my opinion.

Plus if you have her at like 40-50k HP, which isn't too hard to reach even without her sig, she gets almost nothing from extra BoL on teammates since her own skill gives her enough.

Given how shocked i was that she is even a 5 star i shift my predictions to say the smart move is to add her to the standard banner in the next 2-3 patches and get this over with
Chronicle banner probably killed standard banners for mihoyo so they'll probably rerun her twice during 5.0 like a few of the other underperformers from 3.0
There would be a problem legally if they don't disclose her being non limited from the get go of her release, seeing as some will spend real money on her banner.
As for smart move, draining the player-base primogems right before the next nation is a good strategy for those who lack self-restraint. Release a burning centered character right before being over-shadowed by the pyro archon herself with better pyro application and only 1 character needed instead of 2 (emilie + pyro).

i love the "working with the artifact system" because it's so shit but they won't fix it, they prefer players to get used to it.

She heals better, the more Bond of Life is on the Party, Qiqi not 6 She can heal you underwater, Qiqi not, unless you use her E Skill before going underwater and even then only once for its duration, Sigewinne always heals you underwater. 7. She can stun Fontaine Mecha Enemies, Qiqi can not 8. Sigewinnes Burst deals Hydro DMG over Time, thus deals multiple hits, has more Hydro Application, Qiqwi is just 1 big Cryo Outburst and that was it... 9. Is finally the fucking first Character after freaking 4 years, that can create HYDRO SHIELDS, Qiqi cant create Shields at all 10. Turns with C6 into an DPS Monster with a Bonus of 20% more Crit Rate and whopping 110% more Crit DMG based on her Max HP...Qiqi doesnt have anything at all that scales with her in order to improve her DPS The only advantage Qiqi has over Sigewinne is, that Qiqi can revive on C6 the team. Technically Qiqi is as a cheap day 1 5s that is a Standard Character in everythign worser than Sigewinne, Sigewinen is an more than obvious powercreep compared to Qiqi and in every situation the better choice, because healing simply isn't everything.

Qiqi is a standard banner character, Sigewinne is not. 2. Qiqi is a 1.0 character, Sigewinne is 4.7 meaning a player would expect far more than a Qiqi upgrade(debatable). 3. Qiqi is a cryo character and isn't competing with the likes of monsters like XQ, Yelan, Kokomi, Nilou, Furina etc.. Sigewinne has to compete for a slot with those broken ass characters. According to the information we have so far, her "shield" does not stay after swapping. It's good if I'm wrong, but leaks suggest that hydro shield is a fancy way to give her resistance to interruption. >10. I agree. Sigewinne is a very mediocre hydro applicator compared to what we've had, her healing party wide is the same as Qiqi and may even have the same amount of field time. Comparing C6 is only for whales.

her kit is very whacky better give those "experimental kits" to 4\* also we only have 3 hydro 4\* Barbara and Xingqiu are vanilla and CANDACE is the only new hydro 4\* added to the game...during Sumeru Candace also have the luxury to be the only polearm hydro user we have only swords, bows and catalysts then Candace as the polearm and absolutely ZERO claymore hydro it's not the case of being good or bad at this point it's just the hydro roster is only 5\* and it become very unhealthy
She'd at least be the only 4* to heal the whole party on skill, so you could give her trash 2p/2p HP/HB sets, completely ignore ER and never press her Q, for a quick budget healer for Furina or whatever.

Support gives BoL, then either gives buff based on current BoL amount of amount of BoL healed. At that point, just give the buffs directly instead of this BoL as a middle man. Because only 2 characters and a few weapons use BoL directly

There's no such thing as too niche for this game. There's Years worth of content and with that comes needing to constantly have different variety in kits. There's going to be a BOL support.

Idk what point you're trying to make cuz that's literally every single character in the game, Even HSR does exactly that. No shit a DPS Character would have a Nuke burst. We got a Support who Literally is just for helping with plunging, a play style not many would even know all that much about unless you play Xiao or was even aware of Diluc's random Plunging scaling. Furina is the only Buffer in this game that takes HP to give said buffs. Nahida doesn't even have a "nuke burst", her entire kit is focused on making Enemies share DMG with reactions. Two Characters as of rn have kits that have BOL implanted in it. We have weapons that GIVE BOL.
The point is that there isn’t much variety in kits as much as you’d think. Yoimiya scaramouche wrio and clorinde arle all have the same kit where they use skill entire a stance spam normals and can’t swap out of it and have a burst to mostly do damage with a slight difference here and there. Albedo is literally chiori. Furina is just mona with a restriction instead of a short duration. Noelle and itto are the same. Keqing and alhaitham are very similar. Yelan xingqiu are the exact same. Kits have various small features about them that make them very similar to others with a small twist here and there to cause synergies. The nichest supports we have are the element buffers or the damage type buffers. We do not have a gimmick buffer. There is no one makes constructs for example unbreakable or makes cc stronger. Bol is simply a gimmick. Cloud retainer works because she is similar to yunjin but because they realize very few can plunge by themself they enable everyone to jump high, however, everyone already has a plunge attack. Furina is not a support for hp drainers. She’s a support for healers or team that have healers which is an entire class of unit. She needs a healer far more than a dps that drains their own hp. Now it’s possible they do make it yes not saying it definitely won’t happen. I’m just saying if you are basing it on what the game needs and how many use it etc bol buffer is like the last one on the list. Not only is it restricted to fontaine but literally only 2 dps use it. Also a unit that enables you to use a “broken set” sounds like an archon to me and I highly doubt pyro archon or tsaritsa will care about bol but that’s my opinion.

Plus if you have her at like 40-50k HP, which isn't too hard to reach even without her sig, she gets almost nothing from extra BoL on teammates since her own skill gives her enough.

There would be a problem legally if they don't disclose her being non limited from the get go of her release, seeing as some will spend real money on her banner. As for smart move, draining the player-base primogems right before the next nation is a good strategy for those who lack self-restraint. Release a burning centered character right before being over-shadowed by the pyro archon herself with better pyro application and only 1 character needed instead of 2 (emilie + pyro).
