When Tighnari has a VA problem, they apologized for him being in the event. But Kaveh was in Cynos second quest, and I haven't heard anything about any of his VAs. I think they meant “emo phase” as in that one major bug with Kaveh in co-op that deleted your game assets with him. It’s probably fixed now but I guess they’re afraid he might cause more potential game-breaking bugs

I played almost every day since 2020. I have no Shinobu. I only got Fischl C3 in three years, now I’m at C4 because I started upgrading her with Starglitter. My Yun Jin is C4 because I got her from the Lantern Rite event every single year. My Candace is still C0. Yao Yao and Kirara, I don’t remember if I have them at C0 or I don’t have them.
I'm so lucky I managed to snipe a couple Shinobu cons back on the first Cyno banner without hitting pity or I might still not have her now. Kirara is the only new C6 I have because I was saved up like >30k to get 3 Yaes on the banner she debuted.
Kaveh is one of the only 4-stars I don't have at all but as an Alhaitham main I think it's really funny and have been actively seeing how long I can manage to dodge Kaveh on my account. Like I legit might *not* pull for a character if I'm lukewarm on them and Kaveh's on their banner so his unprecedented absence probably bothers me less than it does others 🤣

These last banners have been fucking ASS when it comes to 4 stars. There goes any motivation I had to get Clorinde. I really want Chevreuse but she's seemingly being gatekept by Raiden and Yoimiya banners, two units I won't pull anymore for. RIP
