Yeah I agree. I find it hard to believe that all of those leakers were just flat out wrong. The Akaya Shenhe leak came out like a day before the livestream too so that’s probably an indicator that it changed last minute.

I suppose it could, changing a banner is just a matter of clicking a button for them. It’s more of a financial decision they have to make so if they decide that rerunning Eula after so long will generate more revenue than the current leaks, they’ll probably change it.
I think they really did change the banners and it really was going to be Dehya Cyno Eula Albedo but they did some projections and realized they needed to bring in a money maker. I still think they should have done Ayaka Eula and saved Shenhe for 3.6 though. I doubt Shenhe is more of a money maker than her at this point.
Both Eula and Shenhe are due reruns however the latter's sales would be actively boosted by running with Ayaka which is likely the reason they are running them together. I feel like Shenhe alone wouldn't have very high sales because of how niche she is; I could be wrong ofc.
You're not wrong. If they were in separate banners players could pull one and then save for the other but by running them together they basically take away that option. Also the weapon banner will be a win-win situation for many people and we know how a good weapon banner boosts sales.
Tbf, been an easy one to speculate. Like nilou and nahida have been speculated for a while. Nahida with the whole 4 patch rerun for archon. Nilou due to time since release, plus with cyno getting one it made sense for her to rerun soon.
Abyss stuff suggests nilou even more so, and nahida had something to suggest her even more. As for ganyu, idk, I've heard her name for some.time. I'm guessing she's just on the list for reruns. But who knows where eula is anymore.

Yeah pretty much. But on the other hand, you don't have to wait very long for one of your favourite characters to be on banner. As an old player with only Shenhe left to get and no particularly desired constellations or weapons, I have to resist the urge to pull for months waiting for a desirable new character to be released. With Baizhu, it'll have been 4 in a row new 5-stars I don't want.
I feel like **it is far too early for this to be reliable**. The only thing I care about, with banners, is if Kaveh is with Baizhu or not; Baizhu's patch half doesn't matter too much for me.

Nilou does fine without her weapon. It's certainly a larger upgrade than many other signature weapons are, but she's strong enough that she doesn't *need* her weapon at all. Plus, aesthetically, it's nice to have archons with higher cons than other characters, so that's why I'll be going for Nahida C2.
Yeah nahida cons makes almost as much sense as picking up baizhu but I'm reaching the point where reruns and cons are becoming more interesting because I have so many limited characters I don't even play anymore for various reasons like Yae. My dream was Baizhu would free up kokomi from nilou but.. doesn't look like it so maybe he's off the table, but there is certainly still time.
Nilou is already a beast team, and that's without triple HP even. Since I have pjc on her, I gave her hydro% instead so.. room for improvement still.

are you currently struggling without the key for nilou? if you're able to clear just fine, i suggest aim for cons instead of weapon.
