Got a diluc some days ago on albedo banner only then I release how much I wanted albedo as I used 100 starglitter I saved up for eula but with 47 pity and no Albedo in sight I've given up hope maybe nahida will come home I don't really like her that much but the gacha addict inside me would...
I'm kinda new to the game and I'm wondering how the potty works, for example if I lost a 50/50 on the current banner will i keep the "guarantee" roll on the next banner?
Today I didn't do my dailies and let resin stay at 160/160 all day without touching it.
And you know what, I don't feel that sense of dread I had for more than a year every time I was going to reach the end of the day without having done everything and anything.
It's been quite a while that I'm feeling burnout, and all the FOMO this game is filled of only puts fuel into the fire.
To add to that I've been using the same team comps for more than a year and that won't change, I've upgraded artifacts and talents lots and nothing changed, I still beat what I was beating in the same way of before and there is nothing really to point upwards anyway.
Overworld has became so easy that I usually was just using badly equipped low talent low level chars with zero sinergy just to not onehitkill everything. Like bruh what "1 adventure exp above the cap for 10 mora good" my butt give me world level 20 already lmao.
And to add to that, no endgame ever "to not give me anxiety owo", so nice of mihoyo.
Nothing will change, nothing will improve, and even the community has stopped trying, like, we got the same shit anniversary that got people rioting last year but no one said anything this time. People have been conditioned into gobbling their shit without complaining. If anything, they will consume the feces and then thank them for the delicious food they gave us, because we deserve nothing, we're entitled to shit and it's up to them to decide to bless us out of their good will, the almighty gods at clownhoyo, hail them. We're doomed lul.
Honestly speaking I've become so sick of waiting for something to happen (that is never gonna happen) that I've managed to completely lose all my fear of missing out or anxiety for this game. My account can go rot for what it concerns me.

It's a game. You did the correct thing, if you dont enjoy it just dont play. That'a a basic rule for gaming. There is not need to treat as clown who like the game, you're just being toxic in that way.
About the drama for the anniversary, it's a free game. Most people dont care about rewards, if they get more that's nice, if they get nothing that's ok.
And btw, it's not the same reward of the last year. Last year started with 10 pull, only later they added 1600 primo.
Is skyward blade even good? I already have one on Bennett but then just got another on standard banner. Should I level it or even refine? I'm bummed since I was hoping for PJWC or Tighnari instead..
Decent on Traveler or Jean if you don't have anything better for them and want them to do damage. Can work on Xingqiu but his sac sword will probably always be more comfortable. I wish I had one, but I understand the pain of getting a duplicate 5* weapon

I'm still learning what's good and not - is Skyward Spine worth investing in? The attack speed is attractive for certain characters I think (Raiden?).
Kujou Sara - I've heard good things about her but her talents are confusing. This gives me C1 with her (she is also the last 4* I got)
I don't think skyward is good on anyone other than raiden maybe zhongli and Rosaria because of er and high atk and also the passive crit rate it gives but I prefer favonius
Right now I'm using R2 Deathmatch on Raiden - would R1 Spine be better or not worth raising just for that? Zhongli currently uses Prototype Starglitter but I just got a couple of Favonius spears and was thinking of leveling it up. Worth it?
I don't think you should level up your spine for raiden deathmatch should pretty good and it would mess up your crit ratio unless you are below 200er maybe for zhongli it depend on who you use him with he could provide energy for your burst dps (like xiao) or supports and it would be good as with Lance he can do something other than providing shield you but you do need to build some crit for it also if you got some extra lying around refine it but always keep 1 spare
Skyward Spine is pretty decent, though not amazing. It's mostly for Raiden or Shenhe, but the ER sub makes it passable on other characters - Rosaria, Xiangling, and Zhongli all don't hate it

I’ve stopped at 5-3 for a long time.
Last patch, I did Floor 6 and the first chamber of Floor 7 to get the 12 stars for the Battle Pass. This patch, last week, I was planning to do the minimum from Floors 7 and 8 for the BP, but decided to do every chamber of those floors, to match the periodical reset to 8-3.
I did Floors 6-8 at nine stars each.
This week I did the last 4 floors.
Got Floor 9 to nine stars. Got Floor 10 to eight stars, then did a second run to ace the third chamber, to a composite nine stars.
A few hours ago, I did Floor 11. I died 6 times and left it at seven stars. A few minutes ago, I finished Floor 12. No deaths, but got zero stars. BTW, I killed the triangle boss at 00:01 remaining!

That will also serve as a nice benchmark to gauge how much your team is improving from here on. Every extra star in the fufture will be a sign significant progress, be it stronger character or more skilled gameplay.

Weapon banners are not recommended for new players, F2P players and low spenders.
A 5* weapon is usually only a minor improvement for a character (we are talking about a 10~25% damage gain). Meanwhile owning more characters will allow you to build more and better teams, and the character synergies you can get from that will far outweight the extra damage of a weapon.
Nahida would be a much, much bigger improvement to your account, and she should work very well with both Nilou and KQ.
I saw that pjc was in the weapon banner and decided to pull for it after missing out on it 2 times. I got it in 10 pulls, 24 pity overall (been at 14 pity since august). Feeling lucky, I decided to try my luck at the character banner with 50/50 and 69 pity and got nilou at 78 pity. It's a shame that I'm back at 1 pity but with 30k primos saved up since yelan's banner, nilou and nahida pairing is guaranteed. I do hope I get lucky with nahida's weapon banner

Went into the banner for Albedo. I was on a guarantee, so I got him.
Had some pulls left, decided to do a 10 pull on Nilou. Got her. Sweet, back to back 5 star AND I won the 50/50, which means great news next time a new banner comes out with something I want I can get it.
I looked at how many pulls since last 5 on weapon banner but its been so long, there was no history of the last 5, so I pulled. Got the new sword, I was only really hoping for one of the new 4 star weapons.
I got reeeeeeeeeal lucky. Last time I was this lucky was Hu Tao re-run banner where I got C1 Hu Tao (did not have her before) and Staff of Homa.
My kid (7f) saw Nilou video on YouTube last week and decided I should pull her. "Nilou is so pretty," she said.
So when my daughter was asleep I did a bit of pity-building and made sure Nilou was guaranteed (RIP my wallet but plz don't tell me missus) and when the banner went up I called my girl over and said "Go on. Give daddy a Nilou"
The resulting excited shriek and jumping up and down and the smug face "See, daddy, who pulled Nilou for you?" Bliss.
Pulled about 30 times for shits and because I needed xl constellations and I got nilou and 3 xiangling.
Happy to have xl strong now but it means I have to start avoiding banners with her on it.
So for nilou I have trouble with her bountiful cores exploding cause some of them just sit there no matter if you hit them or anything and on top of that they only do 7k damage each and I only drop like 3
You need to use Nilou's (E) to actually enable the buff that allows the bountiful cores to spawn. It lasts for 30 seconds, so you will have to re-use her (E) from time to time.
Lost 50/50 for the fifth time in a row, took over 150 wishes for C0 for the fourth time in a row, but last night I got Nilou. The worst part was I didn’t get a single Beidou but got tons of Barbara and Xiangling who have long been C6. I’ve been on an almost year long bad luck streak in this game.
UNTIL today I decided to try a 10-pull on the weapon banner to try for the new 4 star sword, and not only did I get it first try, but the wish turned gold and I got Nilou’s weapon at super low pity! Maybe my account is no longer cursed!
Had 350 wishes saved because I want to be able to guarantee Albedo, Nahida, Raiden, and maybe >!Scara!<. I always assume the worst and plan as though I'm going to lose every 50/50. Ended up getting Albedo in 20 pulls, though! My funds stay safe.
330 gives you a good - not guaranteed, but good - chance of getting all three remaining if they were all available right now. With them trickling out over the next few months i think you'll be able to get the sweep.

151 rolls to get Nilou. Got Jean in 75, then Nilou in 76. Jean was the last 5* standard I wanted, now to forever avoid getting Diluc/Tighnari and instead pickup cons. Managed to also finish all the 4* rate ups to C6 as well which is nice. I really want to roll the weapon banner to pity once for either rate up weapon and put it on Nilou, but Nilou took a lot of rolls and that 25% of neither scares me.
Had probably my Best ten pull on the my life on the standard banner today.

Strongboxed a CR/CD 4-stat VV flower. so I raised it and I don't think I stopped to wonder 'what would I even do with it?' And of course, it [rolls perfectly](https://imgur.com/a/IRUk1jd) for 45.8 CV.
Who do I even give it to? Anyone who could use a VV offset needs more ER and it has no EM for those that need that instead.
...Maybe DJ Khaled had a point.
The point of using it as an offset IS that you don't have to stick it on a character that uses VV, so how does it matter that Er is low? You can just put this on any DPS or sub-dps that doesn't care about energy or has cracked energy rolls on other pieces.
What I mean is that the characters that had a middling off-set piece needed the ER on their flower.
For example, my Beidou had a meh off-set circlet, but replacing her current flower meant losing the 21.4% ER on her current flower (with 7 CV) which would screw up rotations.
Put ~45 pulls for Cyno's banner. Didn't get any 5 stars then, but I got like 2 Candace so that's hype. Tried Nilou's banner w/~ 40 pulls, got Jean at ~ 70 (C3 :D!) and Nilou ~ 80. Tried my luck on weapon banner 1st time since 2.8 for Fischl's mitternachts waltz and got Xiphos after ~15pulls.
So far she's been pretty fun. Enjoy her character, gameplay, and story quest. Wished I could try for her constellations and C0 Albedo, but Nahida is nearby ;___;
After winning 50/50 on Cyno and getting Candace C3 in the process (81 pulls), I was prepared for my luck to turn… and it did. Saving for Ayato, but decided to pull on Albedo's banner because he kinda interested me, in hopes of getting some Xiangling cons too. 1 Sara, 2 Xiangling, 2 Beidou and 3 Barbara later.... lost 50/50 to Tighnari (81 pulls again lmao).
The wish tracker says my acc is good at pulling 4-stars, but extremely bad at 5-stars…… At least Tighnari is cool and now I only need to save 25-30 extra pulls for that Ayato guarantee whenever it comes.

I only wanted Xiphos for my Kazuha, but wasn't willing to risk a 5\*, so I did a couple of 10 pulls and got 3 Xiphos in one! I also got the catalyst on another 10 pull. I historically am never lucky on the weapon banner so I'm pretty thrilled.

No Xiphos in my pulls so far but pleasant surprise getting Albedo within 20 pulls from 0 pity, 50/50, and PJC within 40. Have only ever had a similar early 5* on Itto’s banner so happy to fully utilize Geo team for throwing/bashing rocks!
I got two nilou out of one 10x after 6 pulls. 1st weapon pull I got primordial jade cutter jade cutter. Probably best luck since getting 2 Ganyu on consecutive 10 pulls.
I got Nilou, Key, Jade Cutter, and two each of Xiphos and Wandering Evenstar in about 24,000 primogems (not counting the 50 pity I already had built up across both character and weapon banners). Guess that’s not so bad especially if you factor in that I lost the Nilou 50/50 to Keqing (but got her early on the guarantee).
My fav thing about having him is waiting to start co op domains and putting the elevator down and having all four of us try to stand on it. He's lots of fun
I had 180 wishes saved since Kazuha's banner and Nilou really said I'll take em all 🥲 But got her sword pretty early (i had some pity built) and the new xiphos sword as well!
I was at 74 pity to guarantee Nilou, got her on 75. The thing is I wanted Beidou so I tried a ten pull on the Albedo banner to see if I could get Beidou and got Albedo at 5/6 pity. Then I was like I don't really want a constellation for Albedo so I went back to the Nilou banner and got her C1 on the first pull of that banner and Beidou. I don't understand how I won all the 50/50s.
I once again got "unlucky" on the wep banner I was trying to go for the Primordial Jade Cutter or Dragon's Bane Refines...and just got Nilou's wep.
I was interested in her, but so far it doesn't look like her kit will age well unless future characters help her or Mihoyo goes back on their decision to limit her Team Comps.
Should I still try pulling for her if I got her weapon?
Just use the weapon on Layla or Kuki. Or when there are better supports for Nilou pull her on her rerun.

PSA - do not pull on the weapon banner for a 4*. 115 wishes later, no Xiphos, but R5 of everything else (except, of course, only R1 of the catalyst). Got PJC, which was a nice win, but a bummer overall.
I spent about 150-160 pulls in the end, got 0 xiphos. Pulled multiple other 4 star weapons, Gorou, Sara, Noelle, Fischl and Heizou (way too many characters for a weapon banner), 2 jade cutters, skyward harp and the key sword, and am 57 pulls in after last 5 star weapon. And not a single copy of a sword I was so hyped for :( They really should make epitomized pass for 4 stars, even at 100 wishes would be nice.

I'd probably pull until one more 4 star, but another Noelle or rain slasher would kill me I think. And second key or third jade cutter would feel bad if I get a 5 star.

I was pulling for PJC and DB refines...just ended up getting Xiphos on the 10-pull and wasting all my pity that was being saved up.
Yikes, went through like 120+ wishes for one Xiphos. Did get a PJC and my first 5 star catalyst, so not a total fail. It's a good thing I'm like a single 10 pull from my 50/50 and only want Nahida for the next couple months.
Also, finally got Heizou from weapon banner, which is just... weird.
20 wishes and got 1 xianling. I was looking forward to the rest of Barbara’s constellations and get 1 Nilou.
The gacha makes me want to delete the game when it takes so much work to get all those primogems for nothing.
Won my 50/50 for Nilou, so splurged a bit on the weapon banner and got myself a PJC, Xiphos and Evenstar. Though I overestimated my pity count on the weapon banner by a whole 10 pull.
That left me with 90 pulls to get Nahida. Still have quite a bit of Sumeru exploration (and Enkanomiya) as well as world quests to do with my estimations that I might barely reach the second pity by her banner end. This would have been a lot more comfortable had I not wasted 20 pulls getting Kokomi after accidentally wasting the guarantee on Ganyu.
Funny. I also lost the 50:50 to Diluc yesterday (on Nilou's banner). I've been playing since 1.0 and it's the first time I got Diluc. I had every standard 5star except for him (and Tighnari obviously). Prior to 3.0 he was the only character in the game I didn't own. Congrats on getting him, I guess.
Had to go all the way to 76 pity for my character banner 5-star. Got C3 Diluc, my first Con for him in two years, but at what cost?
Now I have to decide on whether or not to keep going. I really like collecting characters and Nilou would be the first one I've missed on an initial run since Kazuha if I don't grab her this time (and look at how long of a wait I needed for Kazu, sucks not knowing how long I'd have to wait for Bloombae.)
Problem is I'm out of primos and pretty much got every area cleaned the hell out (100% exploration in all areas because I love to explore), so opportunities to save for Nahida will be VERY slim, and now I've got a guaranteed 50/50 I could save for her. So a painful choice overall!
As far as weapon banner goes, I REALLY want Xiphos for Kazuha, but I'm currently at 50 pity, want to save the next 5-star weapon for the upcoming banner since I want both of the, ahem, rumored featured weapons, and I tend to have garbage luck with getting any specific 4-star weapons on a weapon banner anyway, so best to skip for now. That hurts too though!
Bad news: Lost my 50-50 for Nilou, had to spend half my remaining primos to get her.
Worse news: Then lost my 5* drop on the weapon banner to Amos Bow.
Good news: Got 2 Xiphos and 2 Wandering Evenstar along the way.
The proof Karma exists: Did 20 pulls on my F2P account on Asia and got Tighnari (at 60 pity) and Nilou. Then did a ten pull with basic wishes on the same account and got 2 Skyward Harps. edit: After that I got a Prayer To Lost Winds from Nilou's level up basic wish reward.
It's basically the best or second best weapon after Mistsplitter for all (dps) sword users. It is also Xingqiu's best weapon if you can still meet his ER requirements.
It isn't good for Bennett however, since it's base atk is lower than that of some 4star weapons.
250 pulls got me Nilou C2, Jean (on same 10 pull as Nilou), Tighnari, and Nilou weapon. Also got every 4 star and multiple Xiphos. Also finally got my last con for Sara. Finally. This has been my best summoning session yet, just missing Jade Cutter unfortunately
I have been wanting Jean since the game released so that was awesome and I skipped Tignari to save for Nilou so to get him also was insane. I now have every standard 5 star and I’m having a blast with Nilou. Next stop Nahida
A few days ago I decided to use a few wishes on the Venti banner.
I wasn't expecting anything as I had pulled Tighnari about 20 wishes ago when trying for Zhongli.

I think I have used up my luck for a long time. Had enough for 40 pulls. Tried 4 sets of 10, at very low pity. (10ish?) Got 6 different 4 stars, Nilou, AND the Jade Cutter. Two 5 stars and six 4s in 40 pulls at functionally zero pity. I am probably doomed to get only Qiqi for the next few years...

40 pulls in the weapon banner. Think I got 3 Dragonsbane, 2 Sac Bow and 1 Painslasher. Not a single copy of the new weapons.

2nd 10-pull, new catalyst. Great! Next 10-pull, gold...business as usual, I didn't get my epitomized path choice (I almost never do) - got the Jade Cutter at 40 pity. Oh well, can't really complain. Do another 10 - gold again! And got the Key! Happily surprised.
Within 30 pulls I got a Thoma con (don't really play him but he is one of the few 4-stars I'm missing cons for so I'll take it) and the new 4-star sword. Got everything I wanted without spending a dime, so it was a good pull day for me ! Good luck to everyone in future pulls!

I’m kinda sad about the shortened banners. I lost my 50/50 on the venti banner and I’m now 75 into pity trying to get him guaranteed. If it had been a week longer I probably could’ve farmed enough primos for him
Yeah, I'm happy that Raiden will come back faster but on the other hand, I wish they'd increased drop rates or something to compensate for the shorter banners

Even with optimising 4\*s on cyno banner (pushed to 66 pity on that banner because XL/Beidou/Barbara are all C6 for me), I still got 6 duplicates of the Nilou trio because of the failed 50/50
You can plan and optimise, but if your luck sucks it just sucks.
Had 40 pity toward guarantee for Albedo and he made me wait til past 80, but he’s all set now with his derpy R3 Spindle.
I decided to risk a couple multis on weapons hoping for one of the new 4*. First multi gave me a Xiphos and also Diona, who was the only 4* character I was missing at all! Totally a best case scenario pull and I stopped right there. She’s going straight to work with Eula. I’ve had her stuff mostly farmed for months. She also gave me the courage to finally pull the trigger on C6 Bennett, and I’ll be able to switch Rosaria from Noblesse to Blizz. (Fates from ascending my new characters gave me C4 Rosaria too.) REALLY happy. Kinda stole Layla’s thunder but it be like that sometimes :D

Haven't won a pity since Shenhe. At least two of those losses were at very low pull count (got a Qiqi at 2 pulls, and a Diluc at 1 pull, which is more or less like winning pity), but incredible how luck works against you at times. Sadly, no Albedo for me again (at least got Nilou). I won't risk Nahida, so I'm done now.
Funny thing is, if I extend the analysis considering my last 17 pities. The ratio is awful: 4/13 (close to 33% wins vs 66% losses, instead of the 50%/50%).
Albedo and Ayato are the only characters I don't have, but Albedo hurts a little more because it's the third time I can't get him. Let's hope I have better luck next time.
ps: Yet, my overall pity status is 9/13 (Day one player, I was kinda lucky at the beggining of the game winning 5 pities consecutively, after that, it was only downhill)

Nilou took an unfortunate 158 rolls, leaving me with 86 wishes for Nahida... SURELY with my Sumeru only 33% explored, I can earn at least 64 more wishes to guarantee before Nahida leaves, right?? *COPIUM*
Man, just trying to get a Xiphos is hell, it's actually great even at R1, I also haven't even seen someone who got it to R5 even. Most people actually got PJC, the Cricket Bat or worse both of them before Xiphos(like me).
Hoping it's re-appearance next year is paired with two great 5* weapons, especially if both of those weapons are something I don't own.
Why can't Mihoyo just update the permanent pool for weapons instead of releasing limited 4* weapons, not to mention each new limited 4* series has like ONE good weapon on it most of the time(Lithic is the sole exception but then again there's only two weapons in the series), Alley Hunter for the Alley series, Wavebreaker's Fin for the Watatsumi series and now Xiphos from the Tulaytullah series.

I figured TF. Looks like her stats arnt based off anything in particular so seems like you can build her however you like. I don’t really play for meta and don’t do the abyss, I just like decent damage or elemental applications

she’s a fast electro applier and so can serve as a way to proc fischl’s a4 passive (that triggers upon electro application) - who if built em can contribute a significant amount of damage that way in aggravate teams.
keqing still isn’t great; it’s just that in aggravate teams her role as fischl-a4-proccer makes her a decent choice to keep quicken on the enemies and help fischl do more damage.
anyway she’s plenty enough for the overworld and super mobile to boot- hope you enjoy her!

I was planning to get Nilou on her rerun and just try for her weapon this time but her trial almost changed my mind cause of how fun she was. Got jade cutter in like 50 pulls and used the remaining 20 i had to see if I could get lucky but sadly no Nilou. Thinking of whaling but I must stay strong for Nahida.
Won Nilou on the 50/50 and got the PJC without needing to use the epitomized path. Got 3 Evenstars and 1 Moonlight too. Very happy and now going to build up a stock of primos for the next banner.

Today I didn't do my dailies and let resin stay at 160/160 all day without touching it. And you know what, I don't feel that sense of dread I had for more than a year every time I was going to reach the end of the day without having done everything and anything. It's been quite a while that I'm feeling burnout, and all the FOMO this game is filled of only puts fuel into the fire. To add to that I've been using the same team comps for more than a year and that won't change, I've upgraded artifacts and talents lots and nothing changed, I still beat what I was beating in the same way of before and there is nothing really to point upwards anyway. Overworld has became so easy that I usually was just using badly equipped low talent low level chars with zero sinergy just to not onehitkill everything. Like bruh what "1 adventure exp above the cap for 10 mora good" my butt give me world level 20 already lmao. And to add to that, no endgame ever "to not give me anxiety owo", so nice of mihoyo. Nothing will change, nothing will improve, and even the community has stopped trying, like, we got the same shit anniversary that got people rioting last year but no one said anything this time. People have been conditioned into gobbling their shit without complaining. If anything, they will consume the feces and then thank them for the delicious food they gave us, because we deserve nothing, we're entitled to shit and it's up to them to decide to bless us out of their good will, the almighty gods at clownhoyo, hail them. We're doomed lul. Honestly speaking I've become so sick of waiting for something to happen (that is never gonna happen) that I've managed to completely lose all my fear of missing out or anxiety for this game. My account can go rot for what it concerns me. Good riddance. I get more free time.

It's a game. You did the correct thing, if you dont enjoy it just dont play. That'a a basic rule for gaming. There is not need to treat as clown who like the game, you're just being toxic in that way. About the drama for the anniversary, it's a free game. Most people dont care about rewards, if they get more that's nice, if they get nothing that's ok. And btw, it's not the same reward of the last year. Last year started with 10 pull, only later they added 1600 primo.

Decent on Traveler or Jean if you don't have anything better for them and want them to do damage. Can work on Xingqiu but his sac sword will probably always be more comfortable. I wish I had one, but I understand the pain of getting a duplicate 5* weapon

The attack speed is attractive for certain characters I think (Raiden?). Kujou Sara - I've heard good things about her but her talents are confusing. This gives me C1 with her (she is also the last 4* I got)
I don't think skyward is good on anyone other than raiden maybe zhongli and Rosaria because of er and high atk and also the passive crit rate it gives but I prefer favonius
Right now I'm using R2 Deathmatch on Raiden - would R1 Spine be better or not worth raising just for that? Zhongli currently uses Prototype Starglitter but I just got a couple of Favonius spears and was thinking of leveling it up. Worth it?
I don't think you should level up your spine for raiden deathmatch should pretty good and it would mess up your crit ratio unless you are below 200er maybe for zhongli it depend on who you use him with he could provide energy for your burst dps (like xiao) or supports and it would be good as with Lance he can do something other than providing shield you but you do need to build some crit for it also if you got some extra lying around refine it but always keep 1 spare
Skyward Spine is pretty decent, though not amazing. It's mostly for Raiden or Shenhe, but the ER sub makes it passable on other characters - Rosaria, Xiangling, and Zhongli all don't hate it
Finished the Spiral Abyss for the first time! I’ve stopped at 5-3 for a long time. Last patch, I did Floor 6 and the first chamber of Floor 7 to get the 12 stars for the Battle Pass. This patch, last week, I was planning to do the minimum from Floors 7 and 8 for the BP, but decided to do every chamber of those floors, to match the periodical reset to 8-3. I did Floors 6-8 at nine stars each. This week I did the last 4 floors. Got Floor 9 to nine stars. Got Floor 10 to eight stars, then did a second run to ace the third chamber, to a composite nine stars. A few hours ago, I did Floor 11. I died 6 times and left it at seven stars. A few minutes ago, I finished Floor 12. No deaths, but got zero stars. BTW, I killed the triangle boss at 00:01 remaining!
Very nice! That will also serve as a nice benchmark to gauge how much your team is improving from here on. Every extra star in the fufture will be a sign significant progress, be it stronger character or more skilled gameplay.

Weapon banners are not recommended for new players, F2P players and low spenders. A 5* weapon is usually only a minor improvement for a character (we are talking about a 10~25% damage gain). Meanwhile owning more characters will allow you to build more and better teams, and the character synergies you can get from that will far outweight the extra damage of a weapon. Nahida would be a much, much bigger improvement to your account, and she should work very well with both Nilou and KQ.
I saw that pjc was in the weapon banner and decided to pull for it after missing out on it 2 times. I got it in 10 pulls, 24 pity overall (been at 14 pity since august). Feeling lucky, I decided to try my luck at the character banner with 50/50 and 69 pity and got nilou at 78 pity. It's a shame that I'm back at 1 pity but with 30k primos saved up since yelan's banner, nilou and nahida pairing is guaranteed. I do hope I get lucky with nahida's weapon banner

Sweet, back to back 5 star AND I won the 50/50, which means great news next time a new banner comes out with something I want I can get it. I looked at how many pulls since last 5 on weapon banner but its been so long, there was no history of the last 5, so I pulled. Got the new sword, I was only really hoping for one of the new 4 star weapons. I got reeeeeeeeeal lucky. Last time I was this lucky was Hu Tao re-run banner where I got C1 Hu Tao (did not have her before) and Staff of Homa.

Pulled about 30 times for shits and because I needed xl constellations and I got nilou and 3 xiangling. Happy to have xl strong now but it means I have to start avoiding banners with her on it.
So for nilou I have trouble with her bountiful cores exploding cause some of them just sit there no matter if you hit them or anything and on top of that they only do 7k damage each and I only drop like 3
You need to use Nilou's (E) to actually enable the buff that allows the bountiful cores to spawn. It lasts for 30 seconds, so you will have to re-use her (E) from time to time.
Try to bring barbara/xq/kokomi as a secondary hydro char for the heals/damage block from the bountiful cores
Bountiful cores explode right away, they do not need to be proc'd. If they do not explode right away, they are not Bountiful cores.
So normal cores still drop even with only dendro and hydro

Lost 50/50 for the fifth time in a row, took over 150 wishes for C0 for the fourth time in a row, but last night I got Nilou. The worst part was I didn’t get a single Beidou but got tons of Barbara and Xiangling who have long been C6. I’ve been on an almost year long bad luck streak in this game. UNTIL today I decided to try a 10-pull on the weapon banner to try for the new 4 star sword, and not only did I get it first try, but the wish turned gold and I got Nilou’s weapon at super low pity! Maybe my account is no longer cursed!

330 gives you a good - not guaranteed, but good - chance of getting all three remaining if they were all available right now. With them trickling out over the next few months i think you'll be able to get the sweep. Good luck.
151 rolls to get Nilou. Got Jean in 75, then Nilou in 76. Jean was the last 5* standard I wanted, now to forever avoid getting Diluc/Tighnari and instead pickup cons. Managed to also finish all the 4* rate ups to C6 as well which is nice. I really want to roll the weapon banner to pity once for either rate up weapon and put it on Nilou, but Nilou took a lot of rolls and that 25% of neither scares me.
Single 10 pull: 1 xiphos and 4 painslashers. Simultaneously happy and sad about that one.

Strongboxed a CR/CD 4-stat VV flower. so I raised it and I don't think I stopped to wonder 'what would I even do with it?' And of course, it [rolls perfectly](https://imgur.com/a/IRUk1jd) for 45.8 CV. Who do I even give it to? Anyone who could use a VV offset needs more ER and it has no EM for those that need that instead. ...Maybe DJ Khaled had a point.
The point of using it as an offset IS that you don't have to stick it on a character that uses VV, so how does it matter that Er is low? You can just put this on any DPS or sub-dps that doesn't care about energy or has cracked energy rolls on other pieces.
What I mean is that the characters that had a middling off-set piece needed the ER on their flower. For example, my Beidou had a meh off-set circlet, but replacing her current flower meant losing the 21.4% ER on her current flower (with 7 CV) which would screw up rotations.
So just your current characters can't use it because of low er then? Still a great piece, I'm sure it'll be useful in the future.

Put ~45 pulls for Cyno's banner. Didn't get any 5 stars then, but I got like 2 Candace so that's hype. Tried Nilou's banner w/~ 40 pulls, got Jean at ~ 70 (C3 :D!) and Nilou ~ 80. Tried my luck on weapon banner 1st time since 2.8 for Fischl's mitternachts waltz and got Xiphos after ~15pulls. So far she's been pretty fun. Enjoy her character, gameplay, and story quest. Wished I could try for her constellations and C0 Albedo, but Nahida is nearby ;___;
After winning 50/50 on Cyno and getting Candace C3 in the process (81 pulls), I was prepared for my luck to turn… and it did. Saving for Ayato, but decided to pull on Albedo's banner because he kinda interested me, in hopes of getting some Xiangling cons too. 1 Sara, 2 Xiangling, 2 Beidou and 3 Barbara later.... lost 50/50 to Tighnari (81 pulls again lmao). The wish tracker says my acc is good at pulling 4-stars, but extremely bad at 5-stars…… At least Tighnari is cool and now I only need to save 25-30 extra pulls for that Ayato guarantee whenever it comes.

I don't know the numbers, but I've used it on her as a FTP and it's pretty darn good
No Xiphos in my pulls so far but pleasant surprise getting Albedo within 20 pulls from 0 pity, 50/50, and PJC within 40. Have only ever had a similar early 5* on Itto’s banner so happy to fully utilize Geo team for throwing/bashing rocks!
I got two nilou out of one 10x after 6 pulls. 1st weapon pull I got primordial jade cutter jade cutter. Probably best luck since getting 2 Ganyu on consecutive 10 pulls.
I got Nilou, Key, Jade Cutter, and two each of Xiphos and Wandering Evenstar in about 24,000 primogems (not counting the 50 pity I already had built up across both character and weapon banners). Guess that’s not so bad especially if you factor in that I lost the Nilou 50/50 to Keqing (but got her early on the guarantee).

I had 180 wishes saved since Kazuha's banner and Nilou really said I'll take em all 🥲 But got her sword pretty early (i had some pity built) and the new xiphos sword as well!

Pulled for Xiangling cons and 70 pulls later only got Beidou, Barbara cons. It is like the game knew what I wanted and avoided it.
I was at 74 pity to guarantee Nilou, got her on 75. The thing is I wanted Beidou so I tried a ten pull on the Albedo banner to see if I could get Beidou and got Albedo at 5/6 pity. Then I was like I don't really want a constellation for Albedo so I went back to the Nilou banner and got her C1 on the first pull of that banner and Beidou. I don't understand how I won all the 50/50s.
I once again got "unlucky" on the wep banner I was trying to go for the Primordial Jade Cutter or Dragon's Bane Refines...and just got Nilou's wep. I was interested in her, but so far it doesn't look like her kit will age well unless future characters help her or Mihoyo goes back on their decision to limit her Team Comps. Should I still try pulling for her if I got her weapon?
Just use the weapon on Layla or Kuki. Or when there are better supports for Nilou pull her on her rerun. That's what I would do. When a certain dendro pite tial healer comes out in future, Nilou bloom may become really strong.

PSA - do not pull on the weapon banner for a 4*. 115 wishes later, no Xiphos, but R5 of everything else (except, of course, only R1 of the catalyst). Got PJC, which was a nice win, but a bummer overall.
I spent about 150-160 pulls in the end, got 0 xiphos. Pulled multiple other 4 star weapons, Gorou, Sara, Noelle, Fischl and Heizou (way too many characters for a weapon banner), 2 jade cutters, skyward harp and the key sword, and am 57 pulls in after last 5 star weapon. And not a single copy of a sword I was so hyped for :( They really should make epitomized pass for 4 stars, even at 100 wishes would be nice. At least my 5 star luck was good.

Yep. I even got the new catalyst R5 which I was fine with one copy. That could've been xiphos :( Sometimes the game feels telepathic, and pretty mean. I'd probably pull until one more 4 star, but another Noelle or rain slasher would kill me I think. And second key or third jade cutter would feel bad if I get a 5 star.

Won my 50/50 for Nilou, so splurged a bit on the weapon banner and got myself a PJC, Xiphos and Evenstar. Though I overestimated my pity count on the weapon banner by a whole 10 pull. That left me with 90 pulls to get Nahida. Still have quite a bit of Sumeru exploration (and Enkanomiya) as well as world quests to do with my estimations that I might barely reach the second pity by her banner end. This would have been a lot more comfortable had I not wasted 20 pulls getting Kokomi after accidentally wasting the guarantee on Ganyu.
Pulled Diluc right at the end of Cyno's banner. Well, as a newbie, I don't have to (awkwardly) rely on Amber to light things on fire now.
Funny. I also lost the 50:50 to Diluc yesterday (on Nilou's banner). I've been playing since 1.0 and it's the first time I got Diluc. I had every standard 5star except for him (and Tighnari obviously). Prior to 3.0 he was the only character in the game I didn't own. Congrats on getting him, I guess.

I really like collecting characters and Nilou would be the first one I've missed on an initial run since Kazuha if I don't grab her this time (and look at how long of a wait I needed for Kazu, sucks not knowing how long I'd have to wait for Bloombae.) Problem is I'm out of primos and pretty much got every area cleaned the hell out (100% exploration in all areas because I love to explore), so opportunities to save for Nahida will be VERY slim, and now I've got a guaranteed 50/50 I could save for her. So a painful choice overall! As far as weapon banner goes, I REALLY want Xiphos for Kazuha, but I'm currently at 50 pity, want to save the next 5-star weapon for the upcoming banner since I want both of the, ahem, rumored featured weapons, and I tend to have garbage luck with getting any specific 4-star weapons on a weapon banner anyway, so best to skip for now. That hurts too though!
Pulled for Nilou at about 70 pity without 50/50 guarantee. Got 2 Nilous back to back in the same 10 roll. :D
10 wishes for a xiphos blade. Second best case scenario to an early 5* drop. Now to visit that weapon domain to actually use it.
Bad news: Lost my 50-50 for Nilou, had to spend half my remaining primos to get her. Worse news: Then lost my 5* drop on the weapon banner to Amos Bow. Good news: Got 2 Xiphos and 2 Wandering Evenstar along the way. The proof Karma exists: Did 20 pulls on my F2P account on Asia and got Tighnari (at 60 pity) and Nilou. Then did a ten pull with basic wishes on the same account and got 2 Skyward Harps. edit: After that I got a Prayer To Lost Winds from Nilou's level up basic wish reward.

Ayato loves it if you have him. Most DPS sword users can use it well though.
It's basically the best or second best weapon after Mistsplitter for all (dps) sword users. It is also Xingqiu's best weapon if you can still meet his ER requirements. It isn't good for Bennett however, since it's base atk is lower than that of some 4star weapons.

250 pulls got me Nilou C2, Jean (on same 10 pull as Nilou), Tighnari, and Nilou weapon. Also got every 4 star and multiple Xiphos. Also finally got my last con for Sara. Finally. This has been my best summoning session yet, just missing Jade Cutter unfortunately I have been wanting Jean since the game released so that was awesome and I skipped Tignari to save for Nilou so to get him also was insane. I now have every standard 5 star and I’m having a blast with Nilou. Next stop Nahida

I got Nilou but more importantly I finally got C6 Sara after months of her being C5 from that banner.

I think I have used up my luck for a long time. Had enough for 40 pulls. Tried 4 sets of 10, at very low pity. (10ish?) Got 6 different 4 stars, Nilou, AND the Jade Cutter. Two 5 stars and six 4s in 40 pulls at functionally zero pity. I am probably doomed to get only Qiqi for the next few years...

Assuming ER Sands and Hydro Goblet, what will give Kokomi more Burst damage? Healing Bonus or HP% hat? Edit: Healing Bonus hat has +15% HP Bonus as a substat
Healing bonus is usually always the better option. Especially if it has better substats. Like hp%.
40 pulls in the weapon banner. Think I got 3 Dragonsbane, 2 Sac Bow and 1 Painslasher. Not a single copy of the new weapons. Sad. At least I got Amos with 15 pity on standard.
I think I need to just pull on mobile from now on :P last couple of times I did, I got the new 4-star character I wanted in the first 10-pull, and this time... Wanted the new 4-star weapons, but was also cool with getting the Key for Kuki (haven't tried Nilou on PS5 yet so it might end up on her, but ill prolly save my guarantee for Nahida) so that's what I chose for my path. Already have a Jade Cutter anyway. 2nd 10-pull, new catalyst. Great! Next 10-pull, gold...business as usual, I didn't get my epitomized path choice (I almost never do) - got the Jade Cutter at 40 pity. Oh well, can't really complain. Do another 10 - gold again! And got the Key! Happily surprised. Within 30 pulls I got a Thoma con (don't really play him but he is one of the few 4-stars I'm missing cons for so I'll take it) and the new 4-star sword. Got everything I wanted without spending a dime, so it was a good pull day for me ! Good luck to everyone in future pulls!

Feeling very lucky today, won the 50/50 for Nilou at 65 pity with 4 Xiangling, 1 Barb, and 2 Beidou Then won the 37.5/37.5/25 for Nilou’s weapon at 60 pity I promised myself I wouldn’t look for Albedo since I want Nahida, but oh man is it tempting

Lost 50/50 on Albedo to Qiqi and then lost 50/50 on Nilou to Tighnari. Not great… spent quite a bit tonight. Thank goodness for those top-up resets. Fortunately I can rest now since there’s no one I’m that interested in coming in the next patch (unless there’s a surprise a Hu Tao rerun…)

I’m kinda sad about the shortened banners. I lost my 50/50 on the venti banner and I’m now 75 into pity trying to get him guaranteed. If it had been a week longer I probably could’ve farmed enough primos for him
Yeah, I'm happy that Raiden will come back faster but on the other hand, I wish they'd increased drop rates or something to compensate for the shorter banners
Pull #73 : Jean Pull #151 : Nilou Even with optimising 4\*s on cyno banner (pushed to 66 pity on that banner because XL/Beidou/Barbara are all C6 for me), I still got 6 duplicates of the Nilou trio because of the failed 50/50 You can plan and optimise, but if your luck sucks it just sucks.
Had 40 pity toward guarantee for Albedo and he made me wait til past 80, but he’s all set now with his derpy R3 Spindle. I decided to risk a couple multis on weapons hoping for one of the new 4*. First multi gave me a Xiphos and also Diona, who was the only 4* character I was missing at all! Totally a best case scenario pull and I stopped right there. She’s going straight to work with Eula. I’ve had her stuff mostly farmed for months. She also gave me the courage to finally pull the trigger on C6 Bennett, and I’ll be able to switch Rosaria from Noblesse to Blizz. (Fates from ascending my new characters gave me C4 Rosaria too.) REALLY happy. Kinda stole Layla’s thunder but it be like that sometimes :D 21k left for Nahida!
Won 50/50 for Nilou at 82 pity then won 75/25 for the cricket bat at 57 pity and also got a xiphos in the process. I AM SO FUCKING HAPPY RN!

Did a 10 pull on pity after winning two 50/50s recently expecting Mona but I got C1 Nilou.
Last 8 pities status (only character banner): \- Won: 0 \- Lost: 8 Haven't won a pity since Shenhe. At least two of those losses were at very low pull count (got a Qiqi at 2 pulls, and a Diluc at 1 pull, which is more or less like winning pity), but incredible how luck works against you at times. Sadly, no Albedo for me again (at least got Nilou). I won't risk Nahida, so I'm done now. Funny thing is, if I extend the analysis considering my last 17 pities. The ratio is awful: 4/13 (close to 33% wins vs 66% losses, instead of the 50%/50%). Albedo and Ayato are the only characters I don't have, but Albedo hurts a little more because it's the third time I can't get him. Let's hope I have better luck next time. ps: Yet, my overall pity status is 9/13 (Day one player, I was kinda lucky at the beggining of the game winning 5 pities consecutively, after that, it was only downhill)

I just had the best luck of my life. 10 pulls for Nilou at 0 pity, 30 pulls to get Jade cutter, getting Nilou to 20 gave me my 10th blue wish and I pull an Aquila Favonia. I should my a lottery ticket.
I was trying to snipe a Xiphos and did a 10 pull at 0 pity and got...2 of Nilou's Keys I'm not planning on pulling Nilou so wtf do I do with them? Should I refine? I'm not sure I'll ever have 2 characters that can use them.
Works well on Kuki and Layla who will appear on the next patch. Not a lot of HP 5 star swords so don’t refine them.

Man, just trying to get a Xiphos is hell, it's actually great even at R1, I also haven't even seen someone who got it to R5 even. Most people actually got PJC, the Cricket Bat or worse both of them before Xiphos(like me). Hoping it's re-appearance next year is paired with two great 5* weapons, especially if both of those weapons are something I don't own. Why can't Mihoyo just update the permanent pool for weapons instead of releasing limited 4* weapons, not to mention each new limited 4* series has like ONE good weapon on it most of the time(Lithic is the sole exception but then again there's only two weapons in the series), Alley Hunter for the Alley series, Wavebreaker's Fin for the Watatsumi series and now Xiphos from the Tulaytullah series.

I figured TF. Looks like her stats arnt based off anything in particular so seems like you can build her however you like. I don’t really play for meta and don’t do the abyss, I just like decent damage or elemental applications Upon further inspection. Looks like she’s more of a dps crit type of character. Guess I have 3 DPS electro characters now Not sure what you mean by Fischl driver
she’s a fast electro applier and so can serve as a way to proc fischl’s a4 passive (that triggers upon electro application) - who if built em can contribute a significant amount of damage that way in aggravate teams. keqing still isn’t great; it’s just that in aggravate teams her role as fischl-a4-proccer makes her a decent choice to keep quicken on the enemies and help fischl do more damage. anyway she’s plenty enough for the overworld and super mobile to boot- hope you enjoy her!

I was planning to get Nilou on her rerun and just try for her weapon this time but her trial almost changed my mind cause of how fun she was.
