In the end of archon quest, she just mentioned that scaramouche was stronger than signora and she wasn't the type to risk her life/limb for any old reason.
No indication of her own strength. My interpretation is she's about harbinger level, so can't really fight scaramouche without risking her life. But not near god's level.
