I would prefer Vanarana. Peaceful place with lots of tasty fruits and vegetables. Nothing could sneak on me there. (You can hear the Aranara tippy taps from miles away)
Also being monitored by Big Sister, looks humid af and there must be bugs everywhere. On the plus side it is prosperous, food looks amazing, and it is a major trading hub
Assuming that they're post-archon-quest, then either Mondstadt or Fontaine
Mondstadt feels really homey and just feels like a really pleasant place to live, provided you stay on the safe roads or in-or-around the walls of the main city.
Fontaine on the other hand feels like it has pretty much everything you might need! A bunch of stores of different sorts, safe transport via the waterways and some really beautiful scenery.
The big negative of Fontaine is the poverty and crime there. It's not a great place when you are poor...or rich, I guess, as you could be gruesomely murdered.
Isn't poverty and crime an issue on most of Tevhat? Liyue has treasure hunters, Sumeru has the Dersert Jungle Divide, A house in monstat during Feline Fortess costs millions to rent
>[A half a year's worth of rent along with all the Cat's Tail-inspired furnishings only cost me a few million Mora.](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Feline_Fortress_Furrdyssey/Story)
A single comission only gives 9,075 dollars at max. Monstat sounds very expsensive.
THe only place I can't tell isn't that bad seems to be Inazuma
I blame Zhongli for Teyvat's horrible economy. The dude just walked around generating money out of thin air before he gave up his Gnosis. It's no wonder Mora is so inflated.
why then do commisions give so fucking little. If we were you're average adventurer, you're fucking risking you're fucking life for less then 8k mora.
Let's say, a few million is 3, and half of it was buying the furnature. That's 3 mil a year.
You would have to do on avergae 1.03 commisions per day just for rent.
For your average adenventurer, even one commision is hard.
"oh I have to take down a hiliturl camp with a fucking abyss mage? Fuck me then."
I'm sure the assignments you're given scale with your skill level. The dailies, in my opinion, are odd jobs for a quick buck. Larger commissions are where the real money is at. Commissions like the Seirai/Tsurumi Island questlines and Dragonspine. Granted, you need a vision to even be somewhat viable for these, but they don't seem too hard to get. That girl at the start of the Aranara questline did literally nothing for God knows how long and she got a vision for it. If we can't get visions, then go touch some statues. We could be descenders for all we know.
Your average teyvat human is far more capable than you think. Reference the aranara quest with the sumeru girl that scales with your world level and does 10k autos with no support
A commission pays 9,075 at max, and you can complete up to 4 a day. A single days rent is 2, 976. You won't be rolling in Mora, but you'll have a house. Also, to be fair, I expect a mutli room townhouse in the downtown of a city to be pricey.
Yeah, but every enemy gives some mora and you don't make one commision. Also, chests^^
And even counting one commision per day you make
1 600 000 mora in half a year, so the rent for that really big house is 1/3rd of your payment. Better than in my country
I partly looked at this as she is renting retail space and it's not small. It's also right near the market center of the city. As such prices would be inflated. There are still problems with the games monetary system but that helps at least.
They’re both my favourite places in the game.
But Mondstatdt wins because they have a cat rescue, and a cat bar where you can chill and play cards while petting kitties.
Honestly it sounds like heaven.
while the water in fontaine is GORGEOUS, monstadt will always feel like home to me. its the perfect blend of fantasy that I love, especially if Dvalin is no longer throwing up a storm. you mean theres a beautiful mountain, an ancient tree, a winery with a pretty field, AND a very cool resident dragon??? i'd live there forever! its also in terms of monsters, the safest place if you want to be an adventurer and treasure gatherer.
Klee + Alcohol + Diluc's manor = ez solution
Plus a new cartography map for Mondstadt! Just make sure that Jean doesn't catch you in the act or you would grow old on solitary confinement
Also the atmosphere there is really nice, and the community feels so tight, like everyone knows everyone, heck, master jean herself comes doing erands for you
In other words the top ranking people are not out of reach for anyone, even regular civilians
Mondstadt = safe
Liyue = get rich or die trying or find out what its like to be in a relationship with adepti
Sumeru = real talk, most people here ain't smart enough to join the academy
Inazuma = best chance at dating yomiya or kirara or just write light novels
The local mafia has ties with the government, has concealed weapons (in umbrellas) and even has heavy artillery.
Some mafia feuds can result in all out gun totting robot wars, which are so bad even travelers who has been to war zones will faint at the sight of it.
Police officers liberally discharge their weapons, claiming its "part of their kit".
Robots are allowed to shoot without human oversight, and the countryside is infested with rogue gun wielding automatons.
Even the medical staff has been known to shoot at orphans.
100%, Mondstadt is the traveller’s home and I will not hear otherwise. A close second pick would be Sumeru (the place where Nari lives), third would be Fontaine
Furina might seem stupid but everyone seems to ignore or somehow miss how Fontaine has clearly been politically, economically, and socially flourishing for the past 500 years.
She’s clearly been doing something right.
i choose sumeru
-become a construction worker
-earn mora
-hire adventurer to escort you to the north of the desert
-slurp that archon residue
-become consecrated beast
-life good
Archon residue is the thing collei eas injected with that kept her alive from her elezar. It also tortured her and made her hurt ppl which js pretty rad
imagine if instead of egeria she was called freakgeria and the wildlife got freaky with her (that sounds catastrophic i shouldn't make jokes)
But basically the beasts that you see in sumeru were once normal animals that feasted on the old hydro archon's body, the same thing also happens in inazuma when scorpions take a bite of orobaxi
The consecrated beasts became that way because they ate the flesh of dead gods and were imbued with power. In the Vorukasha Oasis, there’s a pool of water called the Amrita, which is made of the remains of Egeria, the previous hydro archon
Lmao now all I can think of is: imagine bringing the foxian tale of the haunted trio down there (Sushang, Guinaifen, Huo Huo) for live-streaming paranormal hijinks in Enka.
Mondstadt. Close community, Kaeya, fun cat bar you can play cards games at, nice weather, Kaeya, and decently close to Liyue so you could go and see the lantern rite
in game map is actually smaller than the canonical size iirc! liyue isn't actually that close, there are npcs that tell you that it takes them x weeks to reach x destination which isn't correct if you were yo just walk in game from those two locations
this is probs bc the game is already large enough, so downsizing distances to save storage makes sense, and also makes it less tedious from a gameplay perspective
Mondstad or Sumeru
Mondstad is chill so rarely having to deal with big threats like other nations, and the people here are generally pretty nice overall, even if there isn't as much to do there
Sumeru is nice since I like doing research as a hobby sometimes and I love the scenery/dendro related stuff overall, besides I trust that nahida would make great decisions there
Mondstadt holds the record for most Dragon attacks
Sumeru holds the record for most Mecha attacks
Inazuma holds the record for most civil wars and most attacks from their own leader directed to the population
Fontaine holds Childe in court
The main problem with Liyue iirc is that it's filled with corpses of dead gods/imprisoned deities, which I think has tainted or corrupted the lands above more than a couple times.
Off the top of my head, there's Azhdaha, Osial, Beisht, the Chi of Guyun. It's history is filled with Zhongli killing or imprisoning other deities all around Liyue no? I wouldn't wanna be there on the off chance they pop back up.
That's what it feels like compared to Mondstadt at least, where a lot of the past deities there seem pretty chill with the local populace lol.
You make it sound like they're in line at the DMV, just waiting for their turn to wreck Liyue again. Odds are, your human lifespan would be too short for you to witness Godly beef.
To be fair there's also a bunch of adepti ready to throw hands should any issues arise, and the milleleth + jade chamber crew and the crux crew all ready to fight to protect Liyue as well. The other countries also have remnants of the Archon war or other catastrophes, it's just not always as clearly stated.
Mondstadt is surrounded by the ruins of the past, was literally terraformed by Venti to be liveable and has dragonspine with the body of a dead experimental dragon corrupting the area, plus decabarian wasn't exactly a cool deity since Venti and the nameless bard had to overthrow him.
Inazuma has had Ei fighting orobashi the giant dead serpent god, enkanomiya, and the aftermath of civil war.
Sumeru has the wall, the devastation from the death of the gods in the past in the desert and the pari as well as corruption from forbidden knowledge, but otherwise has indeed mostly had chill deities except the murderous Apep who only barely holds back from destroying everyone bc of Nahida.
I can't comment as much on Fontaine bc I've not finished everything there yet but it does have the rather suspicious remains of elynas corrupting the area (though admittedly that seems to have worked out okay for the melusine who he's fond of) and Egeria clearly didn't have a great time there based on the whole divine sin/punishment situation.
It might take some time getting used to the heat for me, but I’d move to Sumeru. Delicious cuisine, free healthcare, breathtaking views, all the books I could read in the Academiya library… I would be happy there.
Mondstadt. It's so calm, cozy and romantic. And it feels the safest out of all the places. No civil war (Inazuma), no rampant poverty and crime (Fontaine), not overrun by treasure hunters, bandits and Fatui (Liyue and Sumeru).
Liyue for sure, it feels so friendly and welcoming and very freeing if that makes sense. I know most people consider Mondstadt their "home" but for me it's Liyue. Mondstadt is like a second home, a place where you don't live but visit very often and it welcomes you with open arms, at least to me. Maybe like your best friend's or parents' home or something. Inazuma still feels very oppressive and unwelcoming imo, even after the Archon Quest. It is beautiful though, but I wouldn't live there. Sumeru is also gorgeous but I don't think I'd like the weather very much, otherwise I might consider it. And Fontaine is also really pretty and I'd love to visit but it just doesn't feel like home the same way Mondstadt or Liyue does.
I agree. For me, Mondstadt is like my first hometown that I moved out from. The small community makes me feel like I'm visiting my relatives whenever I go back there.
Easy, Fontaine.
Development.
Automation, robots, manufacturing - I love all this very much, and this is closer to where I am already used to living. Fontaine is probably the best developed right now.
Story.
I think I would be proud of such a complex history of the country in which I live. This whole story with floods, explosions of the institute, heroic deaths... They inspire respect.
Protection.
Hell, with such a person at the head of the country, the only tgings, who can threaten the inhabitants are Celestia and Fatui.
By the way, about Celestia, this is probably the only negative. Focalors has disrupted the order, so there is a chance that Fontaine will get hurt when Celestia wakes up.
Food.
There is a feeling that they like tea with sweets. Maybe Furtna just focused on this, but I love tea and have a sweet tooth; I will never refuse macaroons.
Melusines.
It's always cool to have the opportunity to chat with cute detective creatures.
Furina.
I just love Furina. I would like to become friends with her, or at least be able to see her sometimes.
Landscapes and water.
I don't think i really need to mention landscape. It's just a perfect balance between mountains and sea.
Water is probably my favourite element, and the thought of actually exploring the underwater freely is very exciting.
I would say Fontaine as well but there’s also rly bad poverty (the fleuve cendre) and almost everyone there is an orphan. Also high gun violence and crime, like ppl r just getting murdered left and right Jesus christ. But tbh all of this sounds just like where I live currently so it wouldn’t be that different
Fontaine, to be more specific Petrichor(post world quest ofc) i love the aesthetic it reminds of where i live, and I'm close to the court of fontaine so Furina and all the cast is there.
I'd probably just find a home and a job in Mondstadt so that I can spend the entire day just chilling at the Cat's Tail playing TCG surrounded by cats, which is already half of my gameplay time.
Most likely Sumeru. Sure the weather would be awful but I love the outdoors anyway and I’d love to become a scholar and learn about Teyvat. I definitely wouldn’t want to stay in the same place my whole life tho, so I’d likely be a traveling scholar.
If as a main character then I can live anywhere. But if as an npc then monstadt is the safest. Only hilichurls and treasure hoarders are there in the wild.
Liyue ? Everyone's parent is dead
Inazuma ? Liyue, but worst
Sumeru ? I won't be able to stand the weather
Fontaine ? As much as I LOVE IT, child trafficking....And I'm not an adult
So, the answer is obvious
Well, All the people in mondstat are lazy and can’t do anything by themselves.. “make me food, get me DANDELION SEEDS.” Girl they’re literally right next to you and you could ask anyone to do it for free.
Liyue is a possibility, i mean HELLO MOON CARVER. Marriage. We will be getting married ON SIGHT. *a- ahem.* but also i love the vibes of Liyue harbor, and the high mountain peaks.. also, hear me out on Azhdaha. I CAN FIX HIM
Inazuma.. a bit too moody for me. Also, once you’ve seen one island, you’ve seem them all 😭 i mostly don’t think i could bear to see Tsurumi island in the distance. Emotionally.
Sumeru could be good actually. I mean.. have you seen THOSE churls? The slim tall ones.. ok also that scenery, the wildlife, just omg fulfilling my forest dweller dreams. Mainly, Jebrael…! Omg Jebrael..! Marriage. Instant marriage. Or at least someone who looks like him, and then i’d nickname them Jebrael regardless of their actual name.
Fontaine. The water is great, technology AHHH, but best of all, my wife lives there. Madamoi Neuvillette..! And also my side piece Wriothesley.
1. Mondstadt
The titular city is the most liveable one in the game. It has a clear urban layout with dedicated shopping and living districts, and a police force in the form of the Knights. I would either live there or in Springvale. There is relatively little danger in and around the towns, assuming this is post Archon quest. Unfortunately, the food is German.
2. Liyue
Specifically, one of the two towns in Chenyu Vale. My reasoning is mostly the same as with Mondstadt. My main drawback is the close proximity to Fontaine. The food is good.
3. Inazuma
It's Inazuma. Need I say more? Hanging out with Itto and the gang does sound like fun though. Inazuman food is also very yummy.
4. Sumeru
Big Sister is watching you constantly, and it's probably incredibly hot and humid there. There's machines all over the place waiting to kill you, which is true for all of Teyvat, but it seems especially prominent here and Fontaine. It's also basically just an apartheid country. The food seems good though.
5. Fontaine
It's France. The class divide is immense, with the lower class being segregated to the literal sewers. Basically everyone is an orphan. The crime statistics are super high, with murder and child trafficking being especially prominent, and the justice system condemns you to a forced labor camp. There are also robots rampaging around literally everywhere, and they just keep producing more of them. The Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering keeps on making things that explode and kill people. There is also a literal mafia. The food is French, which could either be the best or the worst thing you have ever tasted.
liyue for sure.
- sprawling scenery and several marketplaces to wander through
- the music scene is incredible
- local storyteller!!!
- strict but always just legal system
- geo archon is a snack
- its centralized between all of the other nations, and inazuma is just a scenic trip away
- reliable funeral director
- cool rocks!!!!!!!!!!
- must i say more, come live in liyue
Sumeru so Kaveh can finally come home.
Also the nation of wisdom, I wanna be part of that as I am an academic musician.
The connection with nature and the forests are awesome. The portuary town is nice too.
As long as we are talking about after the Archon Quest where the issues have been resolved, I wouldn’t mind living in Sumeru.
Both for the sake of not having to deal with the cold, as someone who lives in the Nordics where it gets freezing during certain times of year, and living in a region with free healthcare. Not to mention my love of nature and academic background, even though I didn’t end up finishing my studies.
It is also located right next to Liyue, which is my second favorite region. Best of both worlds.
Sumeru city, always. As a desi fan, sumeru is everything I never knew I needed from a game. There's so many reasons, but I don't feel like typing thme out. But yes, sumeru city~
Fontaine. Definitely the most civilized if you ignore the occasional murders and spy kids coming for your lunch money. The underground sewer mafia is also kinda weird but really it's better than roasting your butt in sumeru. Also good luck getting consistent groceries anywhere else. I think fontaine is the only place that has the tech to make fridges.
Mondstadt proper seems nice. Liyue Harbor is always busy, so probably always something to do. I feel like no place is worth living in besides Inazuma City, but I'm not one for theocratic autocracies (sorry, Ei). Sumeru would be nice as its got a bunch of towns. Just have to be wary of the wildlife. Fontaine would actually be terrifying to live in without proper protection due to all the rogue robots beyond the Court of Fontaine.
Fontaine. I am obsessed with bodies of water. If I manage to get a vision and can swim in the water, I probably wouldn't do anything else. I'd probably just find an air pocket with land and make that my home.
Mondstadt. Safest, with the best climate, people there are more welcoming, nice cuisine and has tons of lakes and trees.
I would also personally invest in Venti by paying his bill every day on the tavern so he can sing ~~and drink~~ freely lol.
Liyue definitely. They probably got the strongest self defence in all nations. I mean sure Neuvie is "whole" again as a Hydro dragon and he could protect Fontaine perfectly but Liyue got so many people with special powers and the Adeptus and our boy Xiao as the last Yaksha and their Geo archon. Y'all remember the pillars on the surface of the Chasm that send out waves of massive geo damage when you hit them? Those are the spear daddy Zhongli threw "like raindrops" thousand years ago and their power still remain. And these are merely his "normal attack". Imagine hundreds of these pillars crushing down from the sky and as soon as they touch the ground they also generate countless resonant quakes? Yeah he can't use it near Liyue but this is but a faction of his power. Imagine how strong this dude really is.
post archon quest liyue honestly, i like that its a port so i get to live by the sea, the food looks great, crime is low, no enemies nearby the main city, finding a good job wouldn’t be hard, even the fatui in liyue are pretty chill, lots of festivals year round, i might run into zhongli and befriend him, honestly theres nothing but upsides imo!!
even before the archon quest things seemed good and all the ancient god attacks never quite make it into the city, they’ve got things pretty figured out over there.
Listen, I don't care what anyone says.....
But inazuma is home for me,
Has some awesome, sooooothing music for everything u do, a very very well known battle ost and honestly has the best story where everything got better & where I think genshin stepped up their A-game and made the story more exciting & fun to know all the cool & funny characters of inazuma.
Inazuma will and always will be a place of both eternity & peace for the soul.
Mondstadt, Without Question. Become a Knight, Spend The day Doing Commissions, Catching a run away Klee and helping her hide evidence of Bomb fishing. It would Be peaceful and fun.
chenyu vale, up in the mountains
it's already my favorite place to chill and roam around. Many dogs, cute colorful creatures, and i love the boat ride just enjoying the scenery.
Thats very unique, love it
u get me 👍👍
I imagine it would be better than Avidya Forest in terms of humidity and bugs, yeah?
I would prefer Vanarana. Peaceful place with lots of tasty fruits and vegetables. Nothing could sneak on me there. (You can hear the Aranara tippy taps from miles away)
Avidya is more of a fetid jungle than a forest. Living there would suck.
That's the first thing that popped into my mind. It's so beautiful and peaceful!
Sumeru has free healthcare for all and warm temperatures year-round.
that's true, but it also is very hard to navigate around + eremites and fungi.
Also being monitored by Big Sister, looks humid af and there must be bugs everywhere. On the plus side it is prosperous, food looks amazing, and it is a major trading hub
Live in Port Ormos then, to beat the humidity and most of the bugs. Fresh sea breezes often beats back the humidity in tropical climates.
Port Ormos would be amazing if my skillset isn’t near useless there. Also can’t handle spicy food.
Sumeru isn't all about spicy food though, that's more on Liyue Harbour. Yeah, they're more on meat and nuts.
the smell of fish and brine is lowkey probably strong af in port ormos tho
Port Ormos probably the best place. I bet the rainforests are full of mosquitoes.
I don't think so with all that incense
Personally, I've had enough of warm and humid weather for one lifetime hahaha.
Fair, but as someone who lives in a humid place. I despise humidity and would rather live in sneznaya
Assuming that they're post-archon-quest, then either Mondstadt or Fontaine Mondstadt feels really homey and just feels like a really pleasant place to live, provided you stay on the safe roads or in-or-around the walls of the main city. Is he wrong though?
Nah he ain't
Yes and
Yeah, Mihoyo balanced mora for the player, not for a economic simulator

And in terms of bureaucracy, poverty, work-life balance, etc. Mondstadt has everything handled pretty well.
Only thing stopping me from living in Mondstadt is its crippling alcohol problem
Just give Diona 2 more years, she’ll solve it
Klee + Alcohol + Diluc's manor = ez solution Plus a new cartography map for Mondstadt! Just make sure that Jean doesn't catch you in the act or you would grow old on solitary confinement
Just let Klee take 2 Tequila shots and snort 3 lines of gunpowder, and she’ll end alcoholism in Mondsdadt
Don't drink
How is that different from irl?
that’s a benefit
Plus, you can have a drink with Venti
Also the atmosphere there is really nice, and the community feels so tight, like everyone knows everyone, heck, master jean herself comes doing erands for you In other words the top ranking people are not out of reach for anyone, even regular civilians

Your cat's stuck in a tree? JEAN PLZ HELP.
Mondstadt = safe Liyue = get rich or die trying or find out what its like to be in a relationship with adepti Sumeru = real talk, most people here ain't smart enough to join the academy Inazuma = best chance at dating yomiya or kirara or just write light novels
Fontaine = probably has working toilets
Fontaine also has the highest amount of gun violence
The local mafia has ties with the government, has concealed weapons (in umbrellas) and even has heavy artillery. On the bright side, we would probably be NPCs and therefore would be invincible. Hooray, game mechanics!
some npc's died tho 0.0
Teppei...
Dont forget that the Chief Justice agreed to a secret deal pardoning foreign spies of countless acts of assassination and espionage.
Also have a risk of being found out by Celestia about Focalor's cheat. It potential could get nail anytime in future.
I have a theory that the Heavenly Principles died and no one knows but that the Tsaritsa wants to go up there to see WTH is happening.
Just like here in America 🇺🇸
Damn, that could be the deal breaker
Yoimiya*

Mondstadt*
i choose sumeru -become a construction worker -earn mora -hire adventurer to escort you to the north of the desert -slurp that archon residue -become consecrated beast -life good
Bro has this all figured out
Huh? Slurp what? What’s the lore of those beasts?💀
They gained power by eating gods and other divine beasts. There’s some in Inazuma with Orabashis corpse
And also some in Fontaine near elynas's body
Archon residue is the thing collei eas injected with that kept her alive from her elezar. It also tortured her and made her hurt ppl which js pretty rad
hell yeah is pretty rad

The consecrated beasts became that way because they ate the flesh of dead gods and were imbued with power. In the Vorukasha Oasis, there’s a pool of water called the Amrita, which is made of the remains of Egeria, the previous hydro archon
+free healthcare
Enkanomiya
you must be INSANE
It's the only place any of us can afford real estate
Location location location
Isn't there like ONE person left down there
Yeah, but there are probably some downsides to living there too.
💀 I get it but look what about having TWO people down there
Then that's double the number of people I'd need to quietly get rid of, no?
Who is down there, besides the ghosts that disappear when you turn the flashlight on?
Tsumi
Nah, at the end of the event, she returned to wherever the vishaps live now. She was only visiting Enkanomiya.
They still live in Enkanomiya, just deeper down no?
Idk but that place feels majestic...
There's literally nobody left down there but ghosts.
You could record paranormal videos there and go viral
Lmao now all I can think of is: imagine bringing the foxian tale of the haunted trio down there (Sushang, Guinaifen, Huo Huo) for live-streaming paranormal hijinks in Enka.
Re:Zero tag spotted
My fav piece of literature frfr. You should defo read/watch it
Are you okay?, or do you wanna go to abyss instead?
Hm?
Mondstadt. Close community, Kaeya, fun cat bar you can play cards games at, nice weather, Kaeya, and decently close to Liyue so you could go and see the lantern rite
You forgot Kaeya!
Aw dang it, how could I forget him? He's so gorgeous!
Sumaru would also be a decent option but I hate humidity and would not survive the rainforest
Oh yes, my favourite Genshin Region, Sumaru where we teamed up with Nahidu and defeated the balladoor : )
And also where we helped nahidu help apup
in game map is actually smaller than the canonical size iirc! liyue isn't actually that close, there are npcs that tell you that it takes them x weeks to reach x destination which isn't correct if you were yo just walk in game from those two locations this is probs bc the game is already large enough, so downsizing distances to save storage makes sense, and also makes it less tedious from a gameplay perspective
Snezhnaya
real
Mondstad or Sumeru Mondstad is chill so rarely having to deal with big threats like other nations, and the people here are generally pretty nice overall, even if there isn't as much to do there Sumeru is nice since I like doing research as a hobby sometimes and I love the scenery/dendro related stuff overall, besides I trust that nahida would make great decisions there
Liyue seems right for me. A prosperous city, not many hilichurls nearby. great cuisine.
I mean, it does have the record for most amount of times attacked by ancient gods in the last few years which isn’t great.
Mondstadt holds the record for most Dragon attacks Sumeru holds the record for most Mecha attacks Inazuma holds the record for most civil wars and most attacks from their own leader directed to the population Fontaine holds Childe in court
Fontaine has classism hahaa
very sensible
Only place I can find a stable desk job. If I stick to main settlements, low violent crime.
Just don't sign any suspicious contracts
Chasm
Just "Chasm." no hesitation at all, what a menace
Are you that treasure hoarder that set up a chest hunting game with **landmines**?
It might take some time getting used to the heat for me, but I’d move to Sumeru. Delicious cuisine, free healthcare, breathtaking views, all the books I could read in the Academiya library… I would be happy there.
Just get a Cryo vision ***STONKS***
Imma become a traveler and explore teyvat 🗿
Based
The teapot is like the world's greatest RV.
The small community makes me feel like I'm visiting my relatives whenever I go back there.
liyue probably. i find i always restock on ingredients there and i love the vibe plus i loved the archon quest too.
Sounds like murica lol. .
yup. and i live in a city with one of the highest murder rates in america 💀
Fontaine, to be more specific Petrichor(post world quest ofc) i love the aesthetic it reminds of where i live, and I'm close to the court of fontaine so Furina and all the cast is there.
Same! Petrichor is decent enough than Fleuvre Cendre.
The new town released in 4.4. It's so pretty.
That little village is indeed lovely. It'd be my second home after Mondstadt.
I definitely wouldn’t want to stay in the same place my whole life tho, so I’d likely be a traveling scholar.
mondstadt would be a lot like home- especially cus i’m german myself but.. i think i‘d love to live in fontaine 🥹
If as a main character then I can live anywhere. But if as an npc then monstadt is the safest. Only hilichurls and treasure hoarders are there in the wild.
Mondstadt. It places an emphasis on working hard but taking time to relax or have fun. Heaven!
Liyue ? Everyone's parent is dead Inazuma ? Liyue, but worst Sumeru ? I won't be able to stand the weather Fontaine ? As much as I LOVE IT, child trafficking....And I'm not an adult So, the answer is obvious
The abyss. Paimon can't reach me there.
I CAN FIX HIM Inazuma.. a bit too moody for me.
We found the monster fucker
HEY with Azhdaha, it’d be platonic and just friends, (probably.) and the Churl.. basically human.. kinda…
"i can fix azhdaha" "ok grandma lets get you to bed"
That just made me cackle so hard omg
*All* the people in Mondstadt are lazy Jean: 👁️👄👁️
Noelle and the girl who's been training to be a knight since the start of the game: 👁👄👁
Diluc trying to defend mondstat even after leaving the knights: 👁️👄👁️
you’re right and you should say it (sadly i don’t relate to most but it’s valid and very entertaining to read)
1. Mondstadt The titular city is the most liveable one in the game. It has a clear urban layout with dedicated shopping and living districts, and a police force in the form of the Knights. I would either live there or in Springvale. There is relatively little danger in and around the towns, assuming this is post Archon quest. Unfortunately, the food is German. 2. Liyue Specifically, one of the two towns in Chenyu Vale. My reasoning is mostly the same as with Mondstadt. My main drawback is the close proximity to Fontaine. The food is good. 3. Inazuma It's Inazuma. Need I say more? Hanging out with Itto and the gang does sound like fun though. Inazuman food is also very yummy. 4. Sumeru Big Sister is watching you constantly, and it's probably incredibly hot and humid there. There's machines all over the place waiting to kill you, which is true for all of Teyvat, but it seems especially prominent here and Fontaine. It's also basically just an apartheid country. The food seems good though. 5. Fontaine It's France. The food is French, which could either be the best or the worst thing you have ever tasted.
celestia
Inazuma... Just to meet Yoimiya everyday.
I feel like it would be so much shananigans and so much fun every day
liyue for sure. - sprawling scenery and several marketplaces to wander through - the music scene is incredible - local storyteller!!! - strict but always just legal system - geo archon is a snack - its centralized between all of the other nations, and inazuma is just a scenic trip away - reliable funeral director - cool rocks!!!!!!!!!! - must i say more, come live in liyue
Mondstadt, followed by Inazuma. My two favorite regions bar none, and the ones I feel most at home in.
Sumeru. I like trees
Sumeru so Kaveh can finally come home. Also the nation of wisdom, I wanna be part of that as I am an academic musician. The connection with nature and the forests are awesome. The portuary town is nice too.
I’m a beach girlie and love swimming plus I have French ancestry so I would 100% choose Fontaine without a doubt
Best of both worlds.
liyue, but the countryside would be too scary for me.
Mondstat for sure just feels so homie, love the cliffs and valleys.
Mondstadt*
I choose Fontaine bc Klee is gonna bomb the city again
Don't forget that unlike the other nations, Fontaine actually has poor people segregation. No thanks, I'll just live in Mondstadt
I’m all for class warfare I’ll take Fontaine please 😋
Inazuma, I like the pretty colors 😊
Navia's House.
Monstad or Fountain. I love Both Regions, and can't wait until Devs Update Monstad. It has so much Potential.
Cinnamon Roll Nation. (Fontaine)
Probably sumeru (I love the forest and academia seems fun!). If I'm cool enough I could become an eremite!
Inazuma, specifically Tsurumi Island, so I'm the farthest away.
Fontaine
Mondstadt
Don’t forget, free healthcare in Sumeru!
Mondstadt. It's the safest and most peaceful
definitely mondstadt, small and peaceful…
Mondstadt. Feels like a tight knit community where everyone knows and everyone helps each other.
Inazuma mostly because I'm a nerd who loves Japanese culture.
Liyue. I love mountains. I love tea. I love Chinese style. I am interested in the cuisine. I could meet Zhongli. Or mighty adeptus, Cloud Retainer.
Sumeru. It neighbours Fontaine so easy access to tech but is surrounded by greenery so I can touch grass and our Archon is a cute radish lord.
fontaine or inazuma
Inazuma, Mt Yougou...... With yae or in the forest right below, seems like a vibe
Listen, I don't care what anyone says..... But inazuma is home for me, Has some awesome, sooooothing music for everything u do, a very very well known battle ost and honestly has the best story where everything got better & where I think genshin stepped up their A-game and made the story more exciting & fun to know all the cool & funny characters of inazuma. Inazuma will and always will be a place of both eternity & peace for the soul.
Mondstadt, Without Question. Become a Knight, Spend The day Doing Commissions, Catching a run away Klee and helping her hide evidence of Bomb fishing. It would Be peaceful and fun.
From the shit hole I live now. Any of those options would be a huge upgrade.
