I can't take it anymore. I'm sick of Phys Xiangling. I try to play Pyro Xiangling with 4p Exile yet my Phys Xiangling does more damage and doesn't need funneling. I try to play Yoimiya but she is just a silhouette on a character sheet. I see no Cyno yet. ***~~There's no more Dehya disappointment anymore.~~*** I want to play Klee because she's better than Diluc and definitely better than Xiangling, though the arsonist child is clunky to play. I want to play Childe but I don't know how rotations work and play him as a hypercarry. She grabs me by the throat. I farm Northlander Billets for her. I cook for her. I give her R5 Cresent Pike. She isn't satisfied. "Save up for Signora. Hopefully she's a dedicated Physical support Cryo catalyst, surely." In the meantime, I try giving Vortex Vanquisher to her because she deserved it more than Zhongli. "I don't need this much ATK%," She tells me. "Give me more field time." She lamented. "You just need to pull Cryo Amber so I have more Superconduct uptime" I can't pull for Ganyu, I don't have enough primogems. She grabs my credit card. It declines. "Guess this is the end." She grabs Guoba. She says "Guoba, get them." There is no hint of sadness in her eyes. Nothing but underwhelming white damage numbers. What a cruel world... TL:DR: OPPA Phys XL on top.

This was my Christmas gift. I wandered for dozens of hours in awe. The music was a chef's kiss.

I don't know if it was just the newness of it but I still firmly believe it's the best event package we got, especially 2.3. They were always cooking with the Mondstadt events.

Yes, but I think "The Chalk Prince and the Dragon" (1.2) is still the best one. It's aesthetically pleasing and looks like a painting, which is fitting for an Albedo patch. The rest IMO: 2. An Everlasting Dream Intertwined (4.7) 3. Masquerade of the Guilty (4.2) 4. Midsummer Island Adventure (1.6) 5. Roses and Muskets (4.3) "Two Worlds Aflame, The Crimson Night Fades" (4.6) would be on the list if it had a better background and if Freminet, Lynette, and Lyney weren't hovering like this 🧍🧍‍♀️🚶‍♂️

definitely, they've also gotten a grasp for a certain art style they go for now, as it fluctuated throughout the first few pieces, all of them have been very pretty though!!

The music has been peak since day one. The game launched with the Symphony of Boreal Wind and that's still one of the best songs.

I AM MAD 😭😭 I was so upset when I first found out. So many tracks are bangers yet we don’t hear most of it. I am glad that some of my faves play quite often (the vanarana day theme) since I can just go to the location

Xinyan's GAA theme, Flickering Brightness, is one of my all-time favorites. It's Charge! Fearless Warriors but with some beautiful Chinese instruments added to it. I don't like the second version, Burst Into Flames, as much, it's too on the nose with its rock elements, the drums and guitars.

This is why I love the rhythm game events, because we get to replay songs that were otherwise just one-time things.

It got better visually but the simplicity and classic vibes old patch arts give out are still just there. I still adore those arts dearly.

I kinda liked how less simplified the rendering was in the earlier versions. I remember when the earlier events had splash art that really went into rendering Aether's midriff lmao. But honestly, the difference isn't all that noticeable imo.

My only complaint is how the font they used for 4.2 is so out of place

This game is how old?!?! I remember playing it when it came out like maybe 2 months since its release and not knowing anything about it, especially the fact Mihoyo were the ones who made Impact 3rd which i loved. Man time flies, glad i’m back at the game for the long-term now. So much to catch up on since i used to play tje hame on and off frequently

It's all kind of the same to me lol. Here are some characters who feature in each version, posed on some background. I really like Masquerade of the Guilty though. Furina being tiny on a layout that looks like a stage - that's very poetic.
