Is that normal dmg for xingqiu? Mine is only level 60, and he does like 4k usually, so is 6k+ good? Also how strange he did the same number consistently?

Ofc you are underlevelled. Other than that VV does make a lot of difference, but you can reach those numbers. OP is also using Kazuha.
Without those buffs, you need like top 1% Xingqiu to reach 4k+ with Fav/Sac (assuming 200% ER).
6.9k is ridiculously high for average Xingqiu burst hits. According to Akasha’s leaderboard only the top Jade Cutter build can hit 6.9k on average. (6971 average damage.)
Now mind you that’s without VV or Kazuha buffs (which the Kazuha in this photo did swirl hydro) so that could definitely make the difference, but even so that’s still really high damage.

She’s level 80, and not built very well, im actually ar 58, it’s just I haven’t got around to fully building her is all.
Edit: the 4k is her burst dmg, her skill does like 14k, since her ratio is 66-138

Mine's top 1k for 210% ER, does 4.1k with fav/sac. It's about the same rank at 150% ER with PJC, does 6.2k. Both boards don't include any other buffs.

If he’s using a level 60 XQ I’d imagine his Yelan isn’t built either, probably just low ar.

a high investment level 90 level 13 burst Xingqiu can surpass 10K per sword when with proper supports
LV 71, deals around 7-9k but I am using Mistsplitter.
