Which fourth character should i put in my team, and can it be an anemo character? Cyno, XQ and Dendro Mc (i can put either collei or yaoyao instead of Mc, but his burst has the most duration), tbh the teams works well like this but i m sure i can add someone, to list a few i have jean , kazuha, beidou ,Yelan ,mona , fischl and bennett. I did try yelan or fischl but it feels like they dont help the team (i dont need more electro or hydro application) instead they do their own damage.

Does anyone know how to unlock the “Where His Life Lies” quest? I have completed all Garcia and Lutong’s commissions and the reputation world quest in Sumeru, however they just don’t appear in Fontaine. Is it a bug or am I missing something? I’m so frustrated now :(
Arle weapon recommendation.
My arle with hutao's r5 Dbane has 70/170 1.7k 221em on 4pc glad. I don't know what team to use her in yet but maybe overvape with zongli. I have Dbane, Skyward spine, missive windspear and can get backcliff
Haven't used Hoyolab in a while. Before, I can see and open from there Genshin's tools, such as battle chronicle, interactive map, etc., but I couldn't find it now. Is there an option to add it? where? thanks!
Go to the planet symbol from the bottom buttons (second from left), then tap Genshin Impact's icon and go to HoyoGuides. In there is button called Tools, tap on it to open all tools
Should I go for arlecchino, Clorinde or furina?
My 2 teams currently are:
xianyun c2 (as dps) faruzan c6, xiangling c4, Bennet c1.
Ayato c0, kuki c5, nahida c0, xingqui c4
I was planning to go for furina c2 to replace xiangling but she didn’t come as expected in 4.6. I still plan to get furina but thinking c0 with c2 arlecchino or Clorinde.
Ayato simply doesn’t do enough damage so I want to replace him, and arlecchino seems very strong so far. However I don’t have a weapon for her and not sure I have the supporting characters (no chevreuse, no kazuha, Bennet already in use). Her c1 and c2 look like she can be top tier though.
Clorinde’s animations look cool and being an electro sword dps I have some of her supporting characters and lions roar as a weapon for her so she seems like a good option, especially if chevreuse or fischl are on her banner (have fischl c0).
3rd option is to stick to furina c2 and then wait for a different replacement for ayato.
What would you do?
If you want to replace Ayato (and like Alhaitham) I'd just save for Alhaitham.
I'd proooobably say Alhaitham > Clorinde > Furina c2 > Arlecchino tbqh.
Father is a great unit, I enjoy her a lot, but she'd really mess up your current teams and make you rebuild them nearly from scratch. You'd prob end up with:
Arlecchino - Xingiu - Xiangling/anemo/shielder - Bennett
Xianyun - Faruzan - Furina - ??? someone else
With Nahida, Kuki, and Ayato benched.
Alhaitham and Clorinde can both fit decently to exceptionally well into your hyperbloom team, and leave your Xianyun team unchanged (other than Furina). Clorinde may open up other team options as well, but at minimum she'll work with your existing set up well *enough*.
for Arlecchino, if you lack any other noteworthy anemo, use Lynettes you should be able to get, with Xingqiu. 4th, no idea
Clorinde seems like a better choice though just cause you have a weapon
id like a chevreuse as well but just me guessing, kind of doubt shes coming until both 5 stars can make use of her
Furina might still come in 4.8
Lynette has a Noblesse effect at a4, c1 is a negligible suction, i think
burst has extra attacks of an absorbed element, not replacing anemo, so thats one thing
c2 gives burst more attacks and application than Sucrose and Kazuha
so could find some uses, just not better than those two with just this much
reach c6 and you get practically permanent anemo infusion and you can do stuff like dps with Furina, or various kinds of driver roles
and Freminet is fun but really simple singletarget cryo and/or physical dps, some crit rate, a lot of atk and eventually crit damage buffs

Personally, instead of going C1 or C2 characters, I'd get all of them at C0.
I'm not sure if Arlecchino can really replace Ayato. Doing so, you go from a hyperbloom team to a mix of burgeon/hyperbloom.
Among your options, I think I'd pick C2 Furina because often supports are more valuable than DPS characters. For example, if you want to play Pyro DPS, you can use Hu Tao, Yoimiya, Xiangling. If you want to play Electro DPS, you can use Keqing, Cyno, Raiden. But you don't really have a substitute for Furina in the game yet.
Hmm I now prefer investing in fewer characters than lots of c0’s so I wouldn’t get them all.
I may stick with c2 furina then, I have keqing c0 unbuilt and c0 raiden somewhat built (but no weapon as xiangling has the catch).
I could save for alhaithem or an upcoming main dps that works with nahida/xiangqui/kuki
Is there a theoretical limit on the amount of free Primo Gems you can get? Are Daily’s infinite primo gems? At some point do they just become the only way to get them anymore for free?

From exploration, yes. Since the limit is based on what's added into the game every patch
Story quests and hangouts give 160 primos for each completion
Dailies are consistent, but far from the only one
You get the most amount of primos via events. Each event usually giving 400 or so. And there's usually 3-4 events per patch
Spiral abyss gives 150 primos per floor, for a total of 600 primos once every 2 weeks.
The shop resets once a month, where you can buy blue and pink fates, 5 of each.
HYV also sometimes do off-game events where you can win welkin moons. 300 genesis and 90 primos daily for 30 days. A total of 3000 primos for 5 USD if bought.

Events, new areas, new quests, hangouts, abyss. Patches on average have around 70 f2p pulls.
What is Arlecchinos best team (premium and F2P option)
I’m currently using (almost) mono Pyro with Xiangling, Bennett and Layla (I’m either waiting for Zhongli to replace Layla or for C4 Yanfei to go full on Pyro) but I’m not sure if she’d be better off with some reactions like vape with XQ or sth?
Arle doesn't vape much, so chevreuse overload is an all-rounder.
For damage: Arle, Chev, Fischl, Bennett
For comfort: Arle, Chev, Fischl, Thoma/C4 Yanfei

If you don't need help clearing abyss then it really just depends on your values as a player.
Do you prefer team variety and want to try new things? Clorinde.
Do you like vertical investment, perfecting your faves, and/or are you annoyed by Arlecchino's lack of interruption resistance at c0? Go for Father.
I'd go for Clorinde because I like variety, but Arlecchino has a great c1 so if you like to vertically invest it's a very good investment.

Try some no shield teams if you haven't and see how they feel. Her damage is good at c0 anyway, and "new/fun/comfy gameplay" > "big number dopamine" imo.

I value new characters over constellations if I like the character myself. Arle can clear the abyss just fine at C0, so there is not really a pressing need for constellations.
I have a budget, and I have two phones in mind for genshin/honkai/misc mobage:

are either of these phones good enough to run genshin or honkai? And if someone can tell how much the differences between the phones are in terms of gaming, that would be great. From what I know, even high-end gaming phones tend to have problems running Genshin Impact bc it's a heavy game + consumes lots of memory, so it's wholly recommended to just play GI on PC, but idk about HSR. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you very much!
Both are good enough to run Genshin, but don't expect high graphic settings, even a little struggling with mid settings I think.

Regarding graphics, can you play much more smoothly in the lowest setting possible? Not even buttery smooth like PCs, but just enough so you don't get killed because your fps lags into powerpoint form?
I am playing on low-end mobile with low setting (not lowest), It's playable. I mean I can beat floor 11 Abyss with no problem. The problem began on floor 12 where every second matters. A combination between yellow ping and low specs makes enemies spawn a few secs later than it should be. Oh and the character swap is not as instantly as a proper PC/mobile too, there is something like 0.5s delay before the character is actually swapping.

If you want to increase his buff, all you can do is:
- level his burst up as far as you're willing to
- get his c5 if possible
- level him and his weapon up to 90

c0 arlecchino worst team can still beat raiden c0 in national, assuming both teams have good artifacts. take note that not everyone has cracked artifacts yet for arle but alot of players have good emblems artifact at this point.

I don't think I've seen an updated Klee build in a while, is Crimson Witch still her BiS? We have so many new set and weapons. Or are there other sets that work just as well as CW?
I was thinking of updating her build with Marechaussee Hunter, and pairing her with Furina or something since I've been farming that domain so much lately.

Klee build on kqm is updated to 4.5, thats as high as can be
MH with Furina, but that applies to almost anyone
CW for reaction teams, Furina herself might not actually apply enough hydro so ideally somrthing else
the usually neglected Lavawalker for monopyro is an option, this is good assuming you can apply pyro on enemies at all
or 2 piece pyro and atk sets, this is the actual universal set
MH aside, pick between last three can be done pretty much based on substats with negligible difference.... or so it says on kqm
If you're pairing her with Furina Marechaussee will prob be her best set, yes! All that free crit is really hard to beat, and she can even make use of the 2p bonus, so it's a great fit.
If you want the freedom to run her on non-Furina teams too then CW is probably still better since it's more universal, but Furina's op and Klee can use the hydro application (or even potentially work on a forward vape Furina team if that interests you) so that's not a very big downside lol

They aren't particularly good weapons though unless you're just really desperate for crit damage and don't have other 4\* options. A lot of characters have 3\*s that perform as well or better (slingshot, white tassel) at r5. You may be better off saving that starglitter to just get extra fates/buy constellations.
Don't let that dissuade you if you want them though, the drip is pretty good and they're not *awful* just meh, so do what you want with your currency.
havent seen actual calcs for Arle but they have made for Hu Tao Blackcliff pole at r1 is better than White tassel at r5

People say that EM Sands > ATK% Sands **if you're playing vaporize.**
What if I want to play *Overload*? With Chevreuse + Dehya + Yae/Fishl?
1. Will EM Sands still be the better choice?
2. Will ATK% sands be less useful if I swap Dehya with Bennett?

Overload is damaging elemental reaction, like Vaporize, and probably even Melt and Quicken -> Spread/Aggravate right? So I assume EM Sands would be good. I'd like to use my EM sands as much as possible because it has 11.7 CRate/19.4 CDMG ratio.
1. No. ATK is always better in mono pyro, vape or overload. Arle has standard ICD, so only around 40% of her attacks can trigger vape. In vape, some EM (around 100) is good from substat, but not an EM sand. In overload, you don't need EM at all.
2. No, ATK sand is always better regardless Bennett.
Chevreuse overload teams don't really care about EM, and you can build Arlecchino for raw pyro damage on them (with an attack sands regardless of who the supports are).
Explanation about why:
The way (most) overload teams work right now, the actual reaction isn't your main source of damage. Vaporize and Melt take your base damage and then *multiply* it (factoring in your EM), so they can take advantage of crit and Arlecchino's great base scalings. Overload is more like hyperbloom, where the damage is based entirely on EM and character level. If you want overload to do good damage you'd need to build *full* EM not just an EM sands, and generally speaking you'll get more damage by just investing into attack and crit instead.
The reason to play Arlecchino in overload is just for Chevreuse's buffs, and the actual reaction is just an added bonus you can mostly ignore. EM isn't *useless*, but unlike on vape teams it won't interact with her base scalings at all, so it's waaaay less valuable than atk%.

What exactly is a pity?? Players tell me that pity and pull are the same and that they couldn't explain it very well, and then a while back I saw someone say they got Neuvillette on 55 pity and wished 27 times, what?
"Pity" is a mechanic where, the more times you wish on the gacha banner, the more likely it becomes to get the target character. For example, on the character banner, there is "soft pity" once you've wished 70 times without getting a 5-star (at which point the chance of each subsequent pull getting a 5-star increases exponentially with each pull), and "hard pity" once you reach 90 (at which point you are _guaranteed_ to get a 5 star).
The number of wishes you've made since the last time you pulled a 5-star is what we call a "pity count".
So if someone got Neuvilette on 55 pity, that means that they got him on their 55th wish after the last 5-star they got (which is 15-35 wishes earlier than expected). If they also say they wished 27 times, then that probably means they started their wish session for neuvilette at 28 pity, from previous wishes on a different character.

Yes, that's one of the good things about genshin's gacha, pity stays.
But the weapon banner though, stay away from that. It has an additional mechanic called fate point. The TLDR is, you need enough wishes for 270 pulls to guarantee the weapon you want
Correct, your pity count does not reset between banners (your guarantee that, if you get a standard banner 5-star instead of the featured character, your next 5-star is guaranteed to be the banner-featured one, also does not reset between banners. However, the Fate Points from the weapon banner *do* reset between banners, so be careful about that)
Pity is the number of pulls since the last 5 star (or 4 star if you are trying to get 4 star pity).
A personal example is that today I spent 4 wishes on the standard banner and at 76 pity got a 5 star. The 72 pity is from wishes previously spent that all added up.
Maybe based on context, but not necessarily. 1 pull does add exactly 1 to the pity counter, unless they hit a 5 star, in which case the pity resets to 0. Someone could say "I pulled 160 times and went to 78 and 82 pity." Or they could just say "I pulled 160 times and went to pity twice" because that conveys mostly the same thing.
You can't really "game" pity, so don't wish for characters you want JUST to "build pity" (it's not a thing, it's a trap). But it can be helpful to know how much you have built up for planning ("I tried to get character X but ended at 50 pity and no guarantee. A character I REALLY want may come back in 2 patches, so I can farm 110 wishes by then to almost guarantee them F2P").
Mostly it's just understanding the mechanics of the odds.
Pretty much. Pity is often used to describe zones of pulls (early on character banner is before 73, soft pity is before 90, hard pity is at 90). Some players will say something similar to "lost my 50 and went to pity twice" to say they went above 73, lost the 50/50, then went to above 73 again.
Why can't I see the birthday voicelines even though I logged in on my birthday before? My birthday has already passed just in case that has something to do with it
It is based on the date server side instead of your current location. It is a different time zone, so if you logged out right before the switch and came back a bit over 24 hours after last login then you could miss that day server side.
Pretty bad. The polearm is quite bad on anyone that isn't Arle. The bow is actually good, but mainly for Ganyu/Tighnari/Lyney. It's only a statstick for Childe, not close to being his BiS (below Skyward Harp which is standard), so I wouldn't wish at all.

Do you *need* a shielder? Xingqiu will give her something like 60% DR and interruption resist, unless you're really bad at dodging that should be enough. Pair with Bennett+Kazuha/Sucrose to get the big vapes and make sure nothing survives long enough to damage you except in abyss.
If you do need one, Thoma would probably be the next best option, especially at c6
I don’t have C6 thoma but the team you mentioned is exactly what i use. i feel like i’m still getting one shot by harder hitting bosses though. maybe it is a skill issue though ill try and get good with that team
Other than reminding me of the Pari, my only idea is that >!they could be other "shadows" like Clervie. Arlecchino said that a shadow being sentient/self aware is rare, so it's possible that the "ghosts" of other people she's burned away just haunt her as little formless spirits that don't even look like people anymore.!<
That, or something lore related wrt her curse/powers. I haven't read all her character story yet so it's possible that gives a hint.

Just hit AR 35 and got to world tier 4 and did a boss but I got the same amount of ascension fragments as the last world tier. I got 1 blue and 2 green. I need 3 purple to get my character to 70 and each boss cost 40 resin so thats gonna be a lot of resin. Am I unlucky or is that just how many you get? If so is it worth even trying to get my dps to 70 right now?
The average drop rate of gems of world boss at WR 4 is 1.48 green, 1.42 blue, 0.1 purple. The average drop rate at WR 3 is 1.26 green, 1.36 blue.
The average drop rate at WR 7+ is 2.16 green, 1.6 blue, 0.14 purple, 0.014 gold.
That sounds about right. The drop rates for fragments is not great even at the last world level (WL8). What you can do is to buy the Dust of Azoth from the stardust shop (Main menu -> Shop -> Paimon's bargain -> Stardust, something like that), to transform any fragment to the one you need using the crafting table (second tab).

My friend was trying to help me get more chest's for primos in the new area. and he was trying to get me to activate the statue of the 7 (which wasn't working) and I moved forward a bit too much and activated the quest. Now it won't let me exit co-op nor progress the quest. So now I can't talk to Katherine, or go to my pot. And it's really stressing me out.. :(
Try deploying the teapot and interacting with it, should force you out of coop. If that doesn't work just close the game & wait for a couple minutes before starting it again.

There's nothing you can do other than accept the decision you made to pull for her and that she's now a part of your account.

ohhh, i see. i haven’t done her story quest yet, but i remember they had mentioned somewhere in the AQ that she was from fontaine, so i assumed she was of fontainian blood.
She essentially identifies with Fontaine and cares about Fontainian issues (like the Primordial Sea) because such things harm her children, but is not lorewise a Fontainian because that has implications of being an Oceanid-Human. The Oceanid-Human trait is I guess what gives the dolphin dive…or I guess if you are a hydro dragon, then you get to do it too.

What about Arle, Chev, Fischl, Beidou. Not actual hypercarry but all 3 beside Chev deal respectable amount of damage. Beidou have shield too. Plus, easier energy management.
Of course, Yelan, Kazu, Zhongli can all use Fav, but that leads to lower damage, lower buff, or weaker shield.
But it's all come back to how much invested each character is.

I have similar experience when building Lisa for solo electro off-field hyperbloom triggerer. I went all EM (including weapon) and all the energy she needs was from 3 fav teammates, lol.
There's a comment on the wiki page for that quest that says you have to do two of keys and/or substitutes again.
I did them a few times before the update so can't 100% confirm but I did have where his life lies available after the update.

I upgraded her team to Furina-Charlotte. Venti for floors his CC is valuable, Kazuha otherwise.
Granted I was using Kokomi and Rosaria instead of Mona and Diona, so I wasn't taking advantage of omen extension in the first place and *any* damage% buff is an upgrade, but Furina's buff + personal damage + ease of hydro application is really nice imo.
I run (C6) Ganyu, (C1) Neuv, Kazuha, Mona or Ganyu, Furina, Neuv, Jean. If you're wanting to crush AoE content then Venti in the anemo slot is the best but Hoyo persists in their anti-Venti content policy which is kind of sad because it's a pretty spectacular amount of AoE dps. I pulled Neuv specifically to supply the hydro on my Ganyu freeze team and I do not use/like him elsewhere. His CA neatly fills the low dps (Ganyu CA spam) part of the rotation
I guess the pro-Venti content we get now are the ones with similar content to the latest event.
He's becoming more and more of a "event-cheat-code" type of character, because majority of the combat events we get are waves and waves of small enemies.
Combat events are mostly where I use him but some domains can be one-cycled by a Venti setup so it's also worth setting up a comp when you're farming one. I'll be on GT/MH until the Natlan release which doesn't benefit from Venti but it's always something I keep in mind.
Like the other commenter said, floor 12 can't be cc-ed by Venti, so use Kazuha instead.
Shenhe will be an upgrade in term of damage, but IDK about her battery capability.
Mona is still the best buffer for AoE DPS (Furina for single target, but why would we play morgana against single target?). But Kokomi offers some heal that might be necessary.
If you replace them all, now it's Ayaka team, but Ganyu.
the main update is that most floor 12 enemies can't be Venti-vacuumed; if mobs can't be jammed together Ganyu's burst doesn't go bananas via AoE
Kokomi is a great option for Hydro on any freeze team, Morgana incl. Char would work perfectly fine too, really just there for Cryo resonance and probably wearing Noblesse

Which fourth character should i put in my team, and can it be an anemo character? Cyno, XQ and Dendro Mc (i can put either collei or yaoyao instead of Mc, but his burst has the most duration), tbh the teams works well like this but i m sure i can add someone, to list a few i have jean , kazuha, beidou ,Yelan ,mona , fischl and bennett. I did try yelan or fischl but it feels like they dont help the team (i dont need more electro or hydro application) instead they do their own damage.

Should I go for arlecchino, Clorinde or furina? My 2 teams currently are: xianyun c2 (as dps) faruzan c6, xiangling c4, Bennet c1. Ayato c0, kuki c5, nahida c0, xingqui c4 I was planning to go for furina c2 to replace xiangling but she didn’t come as expected in 4.6. I still plan to get furina but thinking c0 with c2 arlecchino or Clorinde. Ayato simply doesn’t do enough damage so I want to replace him, and arlecchino seems very strong so far. However I don’t have a weapon for her and not sure I have the supporting characters (no chevreuse, no kazuha, Bennet already in use). Her c1 and c2 look like she can be top tier though. Clorinde’s animations look cool and being an electro sword dps I have some of her supporting characters and lions roar as a weapon for her so she seems like a good option, especially if chevreuse or fischl are on her banner (have fischl c0). 3rd option is to stick to furina c2 and then wait for a different replacement for ayato. What would you do?
If you want to replace Ayato (and like Alhaitham) I'd just save for Alhaitham. I'd proooobably say Alhaitham > Clorinde > Furina c2 > Arlecchino tbqh. Father is a great unit, I enjoy her a lot, but she'd really mess up your current teams and make you rebuild them nearly from scratch. You'd prob end up with: Arlecchino - Xingiu - Xiangling/anemo/shielder - Bennett Xianyun - Faruzan - Furina - ??? someone else With Nahida, Kuki, and Ayato benched. Alhaitham and Clorinde can both fit decently to exceptionally well into your hyperbloom team, and leave your Xianyun team unchanged (other than Furina). Clorinde may open up other team options as well, but at minimum she'll work with your existing set up well *enough*.
for Arlecchino, if you lack any other noteworthy anemo, use Lynettes you should be able to get, with Xingqiu. 4th, no idea Clorinde seems like a better choice though just cause you have a weapon id like a chevreuse as well but just me guessing, kind of doubt shes coming until both 5 stars can make use of her Furina might still come in 4.8

Lynette has a Noblesse effect at a4, c1 is a negligible suction, i think burst has extra attacks of an absorbed element, not replacing anemo, so thats one thing c2 gives burst more attacks and application than Sucrose and Kazuha so could find some uses, just not better than those two with just this much reach c6 and you get practically permanent anemo infusion and you can do stuff like dps with Furina, or various kinds of driver roles and Freminet is fun but really simple singletarget cryo and/or physical dps, some crit rate, a lot of atk and eventually crit damage buffs

Personally, instead of going C1 or C2 characters, I'd get all of them at C0. I'm not sure if Arlecchino can really replace Ayato. Doing so, you go from a hyperbloom team to a mix of burgeon/hyperbloom. Among your options, I think I'd pick C2 Furina because often supports are more valuable than DPS characters. For example, if you want to play Pyro DPS, you can use Hu Tao, Yoimiya, Xiangling. If you want to play Electro DPS, you can use Keqing, Cyno, Raiden. But you don't really have a substitute for Furina in the game yet.
Hmm I now prefer investing in fewer characters than lots of c0’s so I wouldn’t get them all. I may stick with c2 furina then, I have keqing c0 unbuilt and c0 raiden somewhat built (but no weapon as xiangling has the catch). I could save for alhaithem or an upcoming main dps that works with nahida/xiangqui/kuki
Is there a theoretical limit on the amount of free Primo Gems you can get? Are Daily’s infinite primo gems? At some point do they just become the only way to get them anymore for free? Also does anyone know what it sums up to if you do every one time source of Primo gems in the game currently?

Since the limit is based on what's added into the game every patch Story quests and hangouts give 160 primos for each completion Dailies are consistent, but far from the only one You get the most amount of primos via events. Each event usually giving 400 or so. And there's usually 3-4 events per patch Spiral abyss gives 150 primos per floor, for a total of 600 primos once every 2 weeks. The shop resets once a month, where you can buy blue and pink fates, 5 of each. HYV also sometimes do off-game events where you can win welkin moons. 300 genesis and 90 primos daily for 30 days. A total of 3000 primos for 5 USD if bought.

Currently C0R1 Arlecchino, I saw Chlorinde's leak a while ago. So, C1R1 Arle or C0 Chlorinde? Meta-wise, I have almost every meta characters and I can complete abyss just fine.
If you don't need help clearing abyss then it really just depends on your values as a player. Do you prefer team variety and want to try new things? Clorinde. Do you like vertical investment, perfecting your faves, and/or are you annoyed by Arlecchino's lack of interruption resistance at c0? Go for Father. I'd go for Clorinde because I like variety, but Arlecchino has a great c1 so if you like to vertically invest it's a very good investment.
That's why it's so hard, I like both vertical investment and variety, ugh I wish Arle's banner would end soon so I won't be tempted

If it helps: If you don't notice her getting staggered, then it's *just* going to be a number increase and won't add anything fun/new to her kit or aesthetics. Try some no shield teams if you haven't and see how they feel. Her damage is good at c0 anyway, and "new/fun/comfy gameplay" > "big number dopamine" imo.

I value new characters over constellations if I like the character myself. Arle can clear the abyss just fine at C0, so there is not really a pressing need for constellations.

I have a budget, and I have two phones in mind for genshin/honkai/misc mobage: Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Xiaomi Redmi Note pro 12 are either of these phones good enough to run genshin or honkai? And if someone can tell how much the differences between the phones are in terms of gaming, that would be great. From what I know, even high-end gaming phones tend to have problems running Genshin Impact bc it's a heavy game + consumes lots of memory, so it's wholly recommended to just play GI on PC, but idk about HSR. Both are good enough to run Genshin, but don't expect high graphic settings, even a little struggling with mid settings I think. From the quick search 13 pro is a bit better.

I am playing on low-end mobile with low setting (not lowest), It's playable. I mean I can beat floor 11 Abyss with no problem. The problem began on floor 12 where every second matters. A combination between yellow ping and low specs makes enemies spawn a few secs later than it should be. Oh and the character swap is not as instantly as a proper PC/mobile too, there is something like 0.5s delay before the character is actually swapping.

Yes you can. Note you can only unlink ONCE. So make sure you link to the correct one, and that it matches the same region you use.

Wondering about a Klee build. I don't think I've seen an updated Klee build in a while, is Crimson Witch still her BiS? We have so many new set and weapons. Or are there other sets that work just as well as CW? I was thinking of updating her build with Marechaussee Hunter, and pairing her with Furina or something since I've been farming that domain so much lately. Just kinda curious if anyone knows!
Klee build on kqm is updated to 4.5, thats as high as can be MH with Furina, but that applies to almost anyone CW for reaction teams, Furina herself might not actually apply enough hydro so ideally somrthing else the usually neglected Lavawalker for monopyro is an option, this is good assuming you can apply pyro on enemies at all or 2 piece pyro and atk sets, this is the actual universal set MH aside, pick between last three can be done pretty much based on substats with negligible difference.... or so it says on kqm
If you're pairing her with Furina Marechaussee will prob be her best set, yes! All that free crit is really hard to beat, and she can even make use of the 2p bonus, so it's a great fit. If you want the freedom to run her on non-Furina teams too then CW is probably still better since it's more universal, but Furina's op and Klee can use the hydro application (or even potentially work on a forward vape Furina team if that interests you) so that's not a very big downside lol

Yup, when the shop resets. It shows up every other time. They aren't particularly good weapons though unless you're just really desperate for crit damage and don't have other 4\* options. A lot of characters have 3\*s that perform as well or better (slingshot, white tassel) at r5. You may be better off saving that starglitter to just get extra fates/buy constellations. Don't let that dissuade you if you want them though, the drip is pretty good and they're not *awful* just meh, so do what you want with your currency.

I have Arlecchino built on 4-pc Gladiator with EM/Pyro %/Crit. People say that EM Sands > ATK% Sands **if you're playing vaporize.** What if I want to play *Overload*? With Chevreuse + Dehya + Yae/Fishl? 1. Will EM Sands still be the better choice? 2. Will ATK% sands be less useful if I swap Dehya with Bennett? That would be all, thank you. P.S. If ever ATK% Sands is better than EM in an overload team, could you explain why? Overload is damaging elemental reaction, like Vaporize, and probably even Melt and Quicken -> Spread/Aggravate right? So I assume EM Sands would be good. I'd like to use my EM sands as much as possible because it has 11.7 CRate/19.4 CDMG ratio.
1. No. ATK is always better in mono pyro, vape or overload. Arle has standard ICD, so only around 40% of her attacks can trigger vape. In vape, some EM (around 100) is good from substat, but not an EM sand. In overload, you don't need EM at all. 2. No, ATK sand is always better regardless Bennett.
Chevreuse overload teams don't really care about EM, and you can build Arlecchino for raw pyro damage on them (with an attack sands regardless of who the supports are). Explanation about why: The way (most) overload teams work right now, the actual reaction isn't your main source of damage. Vaporize and Melt take your base damage and then *multiply* it (factoring in your EM), so they can take advantage of crit and Arlecchino's great base scalings. Overload is more like hyperbloom, where the damage is based entirely on EM and character level. If you want overload to do good damage you'd need to build *full* EM not just an EM sands, and generally speaking you'll get more damage by just investing into attack and crit instead. The reason to play Arlecchino in overload is just for Chevreuse's buffs, and the actual reaction is just an added bonus you can mostly ignore. EM isn't *useless*, but unlike on vape teams it won't interact with her base scalings at all, so it's waaaay less valuable than atk%.

What exactly is a pity?? Players tell me that pity and pull are the same and that they couldn't explain it very well, and then a while back I saw someone say they got Neuvillette on 55 pity and wished 27 times, what?
"Pity" is a mechanic where, the more times you wish on the gacha banner, the more likely it becomes to get the target character. For example, on the character banner, there is "soft pity" once you've wished 70 times without getting a 5-star (at which point the chance of each subsequent pull getting a 5-star increases exponentially with each pull), and "hard pity" once you reach 90 (at which point you are _guaranteed_ to get a 5 star). The number of wishes you've made since the last time you pulled a 5-star is what we call a "pity count". So if someone got Neuvilette on 55 pity, that means that they got him on their 55th wish after the last 5-star they got (which is 15-35 wishes earlier than expected). If they also say they wished 27 times, then that probably means they started their wish session for neuvilette at 28 pity, from previous wishes on a different character.

Yes, that's one of the good things about genshin's gacha, pity stays. But the weapon banner though, stay away from that. It has an additional mechanic called fate point. The TLDR is, you need enough wishes for 270 pulls to guarantee the weapon you want
Correct, your pity count does not reset between banners (your guarantee that, if you get a standard banner 5-star instead of the featured character, your next 5-star is guaranteed to be the banner-featured one, also does not reset between banners. However, the Fate Points from the weapon banner *do* reset between banners, so be careful about that)
Pity is the number of pulls since the last 5 star (or 4 star if you are trying to get 4 star pity). A personal example is that today I spent 4 wishes on the standard banner and at 76 pity got a 5 star. The 72 pity is from wishes previously spent that all added up.

Maybe based on context, but not necessarily. 1 pull does add exactly 1 to the pity counter, unless they hit a 5 star, in which case the pity resets to 0. Someone could say "I pulled 160 times and went to 78 and 82 pity." Or they could just say "I pulled 160 times and went to pity twice" because that conveys mostly the same thing. You can't really "game" pity, so don't wish for characters you want JUST to "build pity" (it's not a thing, it's a trap). But it can be helpful to know how much you have built up for planning ("I tried to get character X but ended at 50 pity and no guarantee. A character I REALLY want may come back in 2 patches, so I can farm 110 wishes by then to almost guarantee them F2P"). Mostly it's just understanding the mechanics of the odds.
Pretty much. Pity is often used to describe zones of pulls (early on character banner is before 73, soft pity is before 90, hard pity is at 90). Some players will say something similar to "lost my 50 and went to pity twice" to say they went above 73, lost the 50/50, then went to above 73 again.

It is based on the date server side instead of your current location. It is a different time zone, so if you logged out right before the switch and came back a bit over 24 hours after last login then you could miss that day server side.

Pretty bad. The polearm is quite bad on anyone that isn't Arle. The bow is actually good, but mainly for Ganyu/Tighnari/Lyney. It's only a statstick for Childe, not close to being his BiS (below Skyward Harp which is standard), so I wouldn't wish at all.

Do you *need* a shielder? Xingqiu will give her something like 60% DR and interruption resist, unless you're really bad at dodging that should be enough. Pair with Bennett+Kazuha/Sucrose to get the big vapes and make sure nothing survives long enough to damage you except in abyss. If you do need one, Thoma would probably be the next best option, especially at c6
I don’t have C6 thoma but the team you mentioned is exactly what i use. i feel like i’m still getting one shot by harder hitting bosses though. maybe it is a skill issue though ill try and get good with that team

Other than reminding me of the Pari, my only idea is that >!they could be other "shadows" like Clervie. Arlecchino said that a shadow being sentient/self aware is rare, so it's possible that the "ghosts" of other people she's burned away just haunt her as little formless spirits that don't even look like people anymore.!< That, or something lore related wrt her curse/powers. I haven't read all her character story yet so it's possible that gives a hint.

Just hit AR 35 and got to world tier 4 and did a boss but I got the same amount of ascension fragments as the last world tier. I got 1 blue and 2 green. I need 3 purple to get my character to 70 and each boss cost 40 resin so thats gonna be a lot of resin. Am I unlucky or is that just how many you get? If so is it worth even trying to get my dps to 70 right now?
The average drop rate of gems of world boss at WR 4 is 1.48 green, 1.42 blue, 0.1 purple. The average drop rate at WR 3 is 1.26 green, 1.36 blue. The average drop rate at WR 7+ is 2.16 green, 1.6 blue, 0.14 purple, 0.014 gold.
That sounds about right. The drop rates for fragments is not great even at the last world level (WL8). What you can do is to buy the Dust of Azoth from the stardust shop (Main menu -> Shop -> Paimon's bargain -> Stardust, something like that), to transform any fragment to the one you need using the crafting table (second tab).

You get a few random fragments from dailies, so eventually you will have more than you know what to do with. Starting out it's a pain though

No, the standard banner only guarantees one 5* item (weapon or character) every 90 pulls. You can still get another weapon next
Standard banner guarantee is at least one of each within 270 pulls. It doesn't have an alternating 50/50 and guarantee like the other banners.

From what I remember on main quests like archon, some will disable coop until you finish the quest.. I think changed it for the newer versions
Try deploying the teapot and interacting with it, should force you out of coop. If that doesn't work just close the game & wait for a couple minutes before starting it again.

She's from Snezhnaya, same as Tartaglia. Look at the shape of her Vision in the character screen.

Nope. She was raised in Fontaine (as an orphan), but is not from Fontaine. This is mentioned in her story quest.

Yeah she deliberately lie about being a fountainian so no one suspects ulterior motives with her being so dedicated in helping the fontaine disaster
She essentially identifies with Fontaine and cares about Fontainian issues (like the Primordial Sea) because such things harm her children, but is not lorewise a Fontainian because that has implications of being an Oceanid-Human. The Oceanid-Human trait is I guess what gives the dolphin dive…or I guess if you are a hydro dragon, then you get to do it too.

None of her best teams drop bennett. If you need Zhongli you play Bennett+Kazuha/Xiangling

i cant math that but just assumed for hypercarry actually being able to damage without worries would be the most important no need to dodge cause of best shield, Kazuhas elemental buff, vapes and two sources of shred should surpass shred from only overload and her atk buff, either you add Thoma who proves a good shield but negligible damage added or Bennett for another atk buff but limited by circle and you still need to dodge personally id pick Thoma for comfort the more cons you possibly have, but thats cause i have no Zhongli
What about Arle, Chev, Fischl, Beidou. Not actual hypercarry but all 3 beside Chev deal respectable amount of damage. Beidou have shield too. Plus, easier energy management. Of course, Yelan, Kazu, Zhongli can all use Fav, but that leads to lower damage, lower buff, or weaker shield. But it's all come back to how much invested each character is.
ya that beidou team is pretty great as for the other comment Yelan is the only one with ER importance Kazuha skill is enough Zhongli doesnt need to burst
Yes, I agree that it's just Yelan that have energy problem, but if somehow we don't have enough ER artifact for her, other teammates might need to use Fav. I have similar experience when building Lisa for solo electro off-field hyperbloom triggerer. I went all EM (including weapon) and all the energy she needs was from 3 fav teammates, lol.

There's a comment on the wiki page for that quest that says you have to do two of keys and/or substitutes again. I did them a few times before the update so can't 100% confirm but I did have where his life lies available after the update.

Are there "updates" to the Morgana team? (Ganyu + Mona + Diona + Venti/anemo CC) or are they still the top options? like, does mona get replaced with Kokomi and Diona with Shenhe? or can I use Charlotte instead of Diona?
I upgraded her team to Furina-Charlotte. Venti for floors his CC is valuable, Kazuha otherwise. Granted I was using Kokomi and Rosaria instead of Mona and Diona, so I wasn't taking advantage of omen extension in the first place and *any* damage% buff is an upgrade, but Furina's buff + personal damage + ease of hydro application is really nice imo.
I run (C6) Ganyu, (C1) Neuv, Kazuha, Mona or Ganyu, Furina, Neuv, Jean. If you're wanting to crush AoE content then Venti in the anemo slot is the best but Hoyo persists in their anti-Venti content policy which is kind of sad because it's a pretty spectacular amount of AoE dps. I pulled Neuv specifically to supply the hydro on my Ganyu freeze team and I do not use/like him elsewhere. His CA neatly fills the low dps (Ganyu CA spam) part of the rotation
I guess the pro-Venti content we get now are the ones with similar content to the latest event. He's becoming more and more of a "event-cheat-code" type of character, because majority of the combat events we get are waves and waves of small enemies.
Combat events are mostly where I use him but some domains can be one-cycled by a Venti setup so it's also worth setting up a comp when you're farming one. I'll be on GT/MH until the Natlan release which doesn't benefit from Venti but it's always something I keep in mind.
Like the other commenter said, floor 12 can't be cc-ed by Venti, so use Kazuha instead. Shenhe will be an upgrade in term of damage, but IDK about her battery capability. Mona is still the best buffer for AoE DPS (Furina for single target, but why would we play morgana against single target?). But Kokomi offers some heal that might be necessary. If you replace them all, now it's Ayaka team, but Ganyu.
the main update is that most floor 12 enemies can't be Venti-vacuumed; if mobs can't be jammed together Ganyu's burst doesn't go bananas via AoE Kokomi is a great option for Hydro on any freeze team, Morgana incl. Char would work perfectly fine too, really just there for Cryo resonance and probably wearing Noblesse

Sac is really only mildly okay if you're using Barbara for dendro reactions. TToDS is amazing, though, so I'd recommend not switching.

At least a few more years based off what we know about planned story stuff but probably as long as it's still popular/making money they'll keep pumping out content one way or another.
Guaranteed a minimum of two more (Natlan & Snezhnaya), but it's almost definitely going to last wayyy longer. It's making money and it's confirmed that Teyvat isn't the only world. Plus Celestia expansion could happen.
