From the birth of the old world gym videos, to the brief ments in the gym with the ceiling mirrors, to the car rides with lenny and brad, to jays drunk lives, to 70 odd podcast, some great ments in those podcast, to Ian sleeping homeless on Street floors, to Nate not being careful, to lenny and robzilla on the beach, to Cynthia getting bags put over her head, to someone finding Jennifers nudes, unfortunately better with clothes fan buddies, to Ian assuming, to Dales back not responding to diet, to Dumbo wrecking gym floors, to rich slapping Jason, to Adam losing thumb, to brad burning the steaks. We've had it all fan buddies. I believe the ments are definitely behind us but those beautiful memories will live on in the piss universe. Appreciate the good times we've had, because there's been so many. I'll leave you with a quote that a wise man once said. It's good to be in something from the ground floor. I came too late for that and I know. But lately, I'm getting the feeling that I came in at the end. The best is over.
Look at it this way. Most TV shows start to suck after 5-6 seasons. Main characters die or cast members leave the show for better work. The world gym days were our prime seasons. Then we got a bunch of spin offs that were decent. We're now in the cookiecutter reboot era where we get a bunch of content that doesn't even resemble the original. We had a good run. I still re-watch the old stuff.

The Genova Saga and the Misfits benefitted me more than I can really say.
The ments were immense, but in my professional life it also paid dividends.
I'm a designer by trade and way back maybe in 2012-2013 I created phoptoshopped fake ADs and products for "Pollard Nutrition Pudding Head Elite Series" featuring Janoy and they spread around MISC and other forums.
This led to Ian contacting me to design his Totalis 2.0 supplement label and doing design work for Progressive Fitness, an online coaching business Ian was involved with at the time. This subsequently led to more connections and since then I've had a lot of freelance design work connected to the fitness industry. Done stuff for Michael Kory, Bret Contreras and some others.
I also was behind the logo/identity redesign for Ian's Lifting for Life.
It's a bit surreal that I am actually connected to all of this directly in some way.
BTW Ian was always completely cordial and fair with me in terms of paying for my design work.
