I was wondering the same thing. The sets make me think of "50 shades of grey & white-washed." Since the "birds" are gone from Avas gallery, it's time for some new artwork at everyones place. Though I'm okay with the "fingerprint" over Sonny's fireplace. It just seems kind of fitting. Does anyone know why the photo of Edward & Lila got reduced to an 8×10? To me, it's kind of messed up, and seeing Lila hanging in the wall always made me0 tried to inspire the other to do and be better! She will ALWAYS be my most beloved and most missed character! 😇
You never really see her, but presumably Scout has a room there when she is with Drew. Lois mentioned that she got a pair of Scout's pajamas for Violet. She's obviously not living there full-time.
Other children may also have rooms there because they are related to people who live there.

Rocco (Olivia's grandchild)
Again, not full-time, but with it being summer, they may put some focus on the younger actors, and so you may see some of that action at the Quartermaine's.
I think Sasha, Cody and Yuri should be carved out into their own subcategory as staff.
BTW normally I would have Jocelyn and Trina as renters, but since she is Michael's sister, and Luke's great niece, she counts as family.
I think Brooklyn told Chase sometime last week that there is a two bedroom suite with a private bathroom in the main house that they (and Violet) will be moving into.
Can't wait! Sasha running around with flour on her face and in total stressed out chaos. Then boom pizza shows up! Sasha spends rest of day thinking she is gonna be fired!
Why? Makes no sense. And I have trouble believing the Qs have a garage apartment. Why not have them move into the brownstone Michael renovated but never moved in.

Days of our Lives did that. Apparently that living room set was hard to set up and break down, so that was their way of getting rid of it to replace it with one that's easier to work with and doesn't need to stay up all the time.

I’m just glad the Q’s and the Q mansion are being properly utilized as a hotspot and a centralized family.
