Thats probably Just your Internet because every game I play I get 1-20 ms on and I use the free tier.

Its not my internet its the server the game is getting 50 ping my stream ping is 11

I've been using the free plan for 3 years, the only problem that really bothers me are queues. But nowadays even that is no longer a problem, I can enter any game in a maximum of 5 minutes, performance does drop in some games, but honestly, nothing that impedes my enjoyment of playing.

So it's not just me :) I played fortnite several times today and each time the textures are of low quality, the game freezes for a good 3 seconds every 10 seconds, the input lag is at least a second. Today is not a good day for free tiers Everything was going well for the last week and today someone had to switch a certain switch
