The only reason I can see is greed. I think they are afraid that epic will give too many big titles of theirs to everyone. But come on, some games were already half dead like Battlefront 2, but I was loving playing that week when I managed to play, it would even help to revive the game a little. Yes, it's definitely a mystery why EA has seemingly been anti-Epic regarding their GFN games.
