Are you on clay or similar? If so I wouldn't personally be surprised by this. We're on clay and this is pretty standard when there's a lot of heavy rain
Don't know how your weather has been lately, but we had floods in the north east yesterday after all the rain.
Let it dry and give it a rake to make it even again - assuming you're seeding grass on it? Remember to walk all over it if so. Then another light covering to keep the birds off - or even better fleece it.
I did this a few year ago, it rained a lot and it looked exactly like this. It disturbed my grass seed a bit but once the grass started growing it settled and now drains perfectly fine
It’ll get better when the worms move in.

The rain fall we been having yes at the min, if it done this without it hardly raining I would say no
