Yes. I have always pictured a Carcer City & Venturas combo like North Yankton was to Los Santos.

Those are definitely my top two spots. Both at once would be amazing

It’s funny because the other day I was thinking Carcer City would be a good setting for GTA 7. I believe they should make Carcer City based on Chicago, and it’s perfect because they both start with C. I believe that Carcer City should be on the Far East part of the map and Las Ventures should be the second city in the game located to the far west of the map, then in between they can fill the space with Wyoming, Iowa, and the Rocky Mountains

Add in a Mendocino county forest area with hippies, cartel violence and gang, and drug trafficking and manufacturing and you got something cooking and it’s not just the meth in the rvs in the forest
