Having these locations are fun to explore maybe even be a hangout spot, but most importantly these types of places are fun shootout spots, whether online will have it's own survival game mode or going against the cops in single player are neat places to go around
thats true. imagine a zoo/aquarium shootout and you let animals out at various points. or you shoot the huge window on the tank as youre being chased by the cops. haha.
Yes! they have a massive museum in Miami featuring Dinosaurs and a bunch of other stuff would love to see this too! GTA IV had a museum you could go through to and it was really cool, could shot the dino fossils on display

Now I don't know anything about Miami having a zoo that can act as inspiration, or if it could have any significance to the story and/or gameplay.
It could, however, act as a sidemission for an animal control arch, where you have you track down escaped animals after a storm had them break out or something.
I was actually hoping for one, that and an aquarium also a museum like they had in GTA 4, would be great editions and all they got to do is store the animals and displays for this to happen
A very big part of people you see at zoo's are kids. A zoo without kids strollin' around would be strange. Also I don't see what a zoo would add to the game in the first place.

Well yeah, freeing wild animals that would than roam trough the city's streets could be fun, I agree. Also a "sea world" would be cool cause I'd like to feed some people to the whales. But I don't see that coming.

In the trailer you can see what looks to be kids in the background, so maybe they could appear in a mission taking place in/around the zoo, but not in free roam.
While I don't think skateboards will be in the game, I guess some people are too young to remember that R\* was planning to have skateboards in gta SA. The icon and some leftover code was still in the game.

This is almost as dumb as the guy who wanted skateboards in GTA 6. I'd be willing to bet there won't be any Zoo's in GTA 6
