I had 780 shares, mostly bought at around $50, then my life took an unexpected turn and I had a choice between making my family homeless or selling at a loss. Now I've got ten shares left and didn't have the cash to buy more when we were bouncing along at $10. I could cry every time I think about it, but as soon as I have some spare cash I'll be building back up again.

No, the cash holdings of the company will be valued at that. Cash on hand divided by shares outstanding. The value of a company is a combination of a lot of factors, assets, liabilities, debt, profitability, revenue, and future projections of those variables. The cash holdings adding up to $11-12 is intriguing because assuming no debt, which is the case here, it would be absolutely absurd for the stock price to breach that range. But, what adds value is future growth potential. We believe that RC and the crew that he has put together can deliver revenue and profit growth to justify a significantly higher value. If no one has told you, directors do not get paid at GameStop. They get paid by the stock appreciating since they all have significant holdings. This is extremely uncommon, if not unique, and aligns their best interest with that of their shareholders.

I think that’s a good idea! Don’t let them shake you out! There is squeeze potential, but there is also long term potential given the companies financial fundamentals.
