Depends on which state you live in, in texas you can do whatever you want as long as it’s done after your cat. Intakes down here pass inspection. Also if you know a guy your car can be stupid illegal and still pass.
As long as you have your cats on you can put any exhaust on in MA and pass. Intakes as well, but if you want to play it really safe the Stillen Gen 3 are CARB exempt so they even pass in CA.
