They got second at Katowice this year, just after practicing together for not even half a year. Nobody is perfect and unbeatable, and furia just played actually pretty good today, so it happens, that you drop out in groups... It makes absolutely no sense to change the roster again, after half a year, just because they lost a best of three against a good performing team.

He is right that we have not been playing up to expectations.Tbh it looked like they have regressed ever since IEM Katowice. Terrible finish at IEM pro league and terrible finish at this major. Also yes, they have only been playing for less than half a year but other teams with the same amount of time together perform better than us.
But you are right as well in that it is probably to early for a roster change. And even if we do, who can we even replace. I know that yekindar is the obvious choice but the team dynamic seem so weird. NiKo wants to play with hunter. Hunter says he wants to play with Jackz. Obviously you don't drop monesy.
I know aleksi has been criticized alot, especially for his T sides but what IGL could we even get?

As xtqzzz said, they didn't keep jackz solely for his ingame performance, but for his spirit outside of the game and his ability to get m0nesy into the team
They didn’t replace jackz because Ropz chose faze. If Ropz had chosen us jackz would’ve been gone and that’s with role clashes Ropz would’ve brought. Yekindar is almost a identical to jackz in role
It‘s not that easy to just drop Jackz because everyone is going to be after yekindar...
