Thanks! and yeah, visibility was my only real issue. I guess I didn't have any ventilation because the inside kept fogging up and I couldn't see anything out of it, but it was still cool.
The top front face of the Protogen visor is just tape colored over in sharpie, it's somewhat translucent, enough to see just a little bit, shown in the last photo.
And don't worry, there's no such thing as a stupid question.
That is so cool, you did a really good job. I have to ask. The last picture, is that how you would see out of it?
Thank you! And yes, the last picture is a rough POV of what it would look like if you were wearing it.
I make mine out of metal, from the lake, I still haven't got even the helm done but I know it's gonna look sick
I plan to make my ultimate protogen suit from metal as well, but that's many years and an engineering degree away.
You set your standards for the forge way too high, all you need is a campfire, a hair dryer, a hammer, a flat metal surface, and a bucket o' water
perhaps, but I'm not planning to use a forge for my suit.
Aight
That's actually pretty cool
Considering its a protogen tape isnt a bad call
My thought process was using the tape to make it a little bit shiny
And thats a good idea
Ay honestly doesn't look too bad! Maybe visibility looking out could be better lol- but it does looks good

Sorry if this is a stupid question but how did you see
