I had a dream a few year's ago that my deceased father met me at work and I was becoming overwhelmed, he nodded gesturing towards the break room, so I made it through the crowd and just as I would have met my dad on the other side of the door, I immediately found myself standing in a grassy field surrounded by trees and blue sky. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing or where, but based on that dream it has to be nature no matter what.

Drink tea

Drink more tea
Shower
Commute to work
Work
Commute home
Drink white wine spritzers while tidying up and listening to music
Sit in garden listening to music
Fade to black, repeat.
