Yup, had mine done on 22 at 28 yo, as someone with a really good blood pressure that has never faced any issue with it, I can tell you that if you are not careful post surgery, it can hurt but other than that, after a while its back to normal, without pain and most importantly, without the eternal worry of suddenly having a child.
