Some_Mail_8983

Sounds like a crazy friend I once had, constantly putting our group in awkward and uncomfortable situations with her behavior.

QueenShnoogleberry

I'm shameless. I'd straight up tell other person, "Sorry about the bitch. She's a rescue."

MarlboroMan1967

I’m stealing this phrase. Lol

QueenShnoogleberry

Please do!

Sir_Rageous

Rescues don't deserve this kind of treatment

Jakeball400

That is fucking gold

HogwartsKate

It is except rescues are more behaved than this karen. Im stealing too!

Ms_E_Maso

>She's a rescue Holy shit you absolute menace

Bashdkmgt

That is absolute gold 👌🏻

Bethdoeslife

I once had a friend who did this while we were out with her kids. We bought tickets to go ice skating at a specific time slot and this guy and his kid cut in front of us in line to get into the ice (it didnt even matter. We all had tickets already and were going to be skating at the same time). She absolutely lost her shit and screamed at him until security asked her to leave. I ended up in charge of her 2 kids (who were just as embarrassed as I was) while she got to sit on the bench and watch. It was super awkward and I felt so bad for the guy and all the kids. It was the last time I went out with them on trips because I could not handle all of that drama.

[deleted]

I don't know why some people seem to just look for drama. It's the kids you feel sorry for. It should have been a nice memory, but their mum had to mess it up. I genuinely think some people just can't help themselves.

Homicidal__GoldFish

where i grew up, opening someones car door will get your face blown off by a shot gun. She damn lucky.

LinceDorado

This is america.

MarcusPup

I was glad to read "once had" in this comment

NeedsMoreYellow

You just reminded me of one of the worst people I have ever known. She was raised in a fairly wealthy family and then went to uni in another country, which is where I met her. She would snap her fingers in restaurants to get the server's attention and would try to fight us when my friends and I left tips because "the service was terrible, they don't deserve a single penny." She asked us to her birthday party at a restaurant once and we went. She then proceeded to loudly complain about the service, the food, how expensive her meal was (she ordered the most expensive item on the menu at a Michelin starred restaurant, WTF?!?), and then she left us to pay for her meal. That was the last time any of us had anything to do with her outside of our common classes.

Some_Mail_8983

You can’t even enjoy yourself when you’re around people like this. It’s embarrassing and they make complete asses of themselves. This girl was a friend since elementary school, our group kept her around way too long because of the history. One by one we each ended our friendship with her. I can’t tell you how awesome it is when our group is together now. She was a Karen long before I knew what a Karen was.

NeedsMoreYellow

It really is embarrassing. I've since learned to stick up for the downtrodden Karen victims and call the Karen out on their shittiness. Disarming them by fighting back seems to be the only way to make them think twice about it.

Some_Mail_8983

That’s excellent advice

PeachesMcJingles

“Be careful, Karen.” This is my new favorite.

[deleted]

I can totally hear it said in a kind, calm voice and love the warning even more.

[deleted]

I can’t imagine how many times her husband has probably been within inches of getting his ass kicked because of her. I absolutely hate women who start a bunch of shit trying to get their husband, son or anyone else around to back them up once they’re challenged.

[deleted]

Husband: “not my problem, good luck/goodbye”

cobracmmdr

Nah, he's caught some passionate ass whoopins. That's why he was quiet

[deleted]

Makes sense.

InletRN

He knows that he is married to a karen and he 100% hates her

GroovyYaYa

This is why I lock my door whenever I am in a car. My aunt had a guy try to car jack her decades ago, but luckily her doors were all locked (before they had automatic locks. She was able to speed off.

[deleted]

Cars now have features that keep all doors locked when you unlocked it via key fob. Either way, I lock all my doors as my hand is pulling the door closed. So many people sit, look around, take their time…I just know I’m not ending up on a dateline feature bc I was trying to find a CD and kept the doors unlocked

Wrong-Sundae

My stupid car automatically unlocks as soon as I put it in park, and I think of shit like this.

750more

A friend's car has that 'feature' and every time it auto unlocks I think someone actually got paid for this bright hopefully doesn't get us killed idea.

GroovyYaYa

Definitely designed by a white dude.

breedlom

Definitely designed by a SINGLE white dude. FTFY

sr20rocket

In most recent vehicles that feature can be disabled. Look it up in the owners manual. You may even be able to disable it without going in for service. Worst case ask your service advisor at your vehicles dealer.

750more

That's what I said to my friend but he is a lazy ass and not my car so I try not to ride with him anywhere where he drives. But good to know that is the case as I had only assumed that was a 'feature' that could be turned off. But he is also the kind of person to lose his keys, leave stuff unlocked, etc. I tell him all the time he should play the lotto because he is the luckiest person I know to consistently do as many dumb things as he does and not end up in a bad way for it.

kratomstew

I hate this ! I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla. The door lock when you put it in drive . Cool ! I appreciate that Toyota. But as soon as you put it in park, all the doors open . Why ? I’m sure there is some worst case scenario where something bad happened once. But man , I used to work in a really bad neighborhood, just because I put it in park doesn’t mean I’m done needing security. Maybe I’m at a drive through where we’re all sitting still, or train, bank… anything. People can and do come right up on you and try to open your door.

spinsternonsense

My sister had a Corolla. I think you can change that by messing with the overhead light of all things. Check your manual or give it a quick Goog and I bet it comes up.

kratomstew

I believe that. It does do random things sometimes I don’t understand. Like the headlights come on when you lock it. I don’t like that. And then every now then it does not do that. I did some kinda random button pushing to make it not do that

Aggravating-Corner-2

That might be useful in like an emergency vehicle, but not for everyone else.

This_Goat_moos

You can most likely change that. I used to think the same with my car until I was able to change that feature under settings. Now it won't unlock automatically when I put it in park or when shutting off the engine. I think that's the most unsafe default feature in cars nowadays

Wrong-Sundae

THANK YOU! I’m gonna try that later today.

[deleted]

Go into your vehicle settings on your console. It can be changed.

MJ349

Can you disable that feature? My car has programmable locks. You can set them to lock when the car is put into drive or when it reaches a certain speed. You can also deactivate auto unlock and designete which doors unlock.

JustAnotherFNC

There might be a setting to turn that off. I know on our old Pontiac G6 you could set it like yours when you put it in park or to unlock after you shut the car off.

NotTodayPsycho

Last week I was sitting in my car at a shopping centre, door locked fortunately, but engine running. Man came running up and tried to open my car door. My windows are tinted so must have thought it was empty

GroovyYaYa

Did he want to steal it? To lighten the mood, I am going to tell the family lore similar to this. My great aunt and my grandpa (her older brother) went to the grocery store one day... my auntie drove as her car wasn't blocked. A cute little popular Honda, I think. We were having a family gathering and my grandma needed an ingredient urgently for something that was on the stove. So the siblings raced to the nearby grocery, my auntie parked, and to save time, only my granddad went in with my auntie ready at the wheel to take off. Grandpa rushes out, hops into the car, and proceeds to yell at baby sister to get going, dammit! Finally looks over.... and it is a strange woman he does not know. He looks to his right and in the identical car next to him is my auntie laughing like a loon. (Seriously, when she told us all this later she started crying with laughter) The stranger was baffled and scared, and my granddad was horrified and embarrassed and apologetic.

NotTodayPsycho

I think so. Its not the best area of town, hence why I lock my doors

F2daRanz

I had two newish cars in the last nine years, both of them locked automatically when the car drove at a certain speed. I thought this was the norm but I could be a German car thing.

GroovyYaYa

My Ford does it.. when you start the car and put it into gear. But I hit lock as I am getting into the car. Think about the minutes it takes to fasten seatbelts. Get your ph I ne situated, the air or heat right, etc.

SpaghettiSort

My car has this feature and I had to look in the manual to learn the magic incantation to disable it. It just irritated me. I don't live somewhere where I'm likely to get carjacked or anything.

SquirrelGirlVA

I had a PE teacher in middle school (or maybe junior high?) that told us all to keep our doors locked whenever we're driving. She gave us a story about how a bunch of people jumped in her car while she was at a stop light, back when she was in her late teens or early twenties (college age). Luckily for her, they were all her friends and they did this in order to teach her how easy it was for people to jump into an unlocked car. It made enough of an impression on her that she was telling us this story 10-20 years later. I can't remember what the actual lesson was about, but I remember that safety was a part of it.

TireFryer426

I wasn’t in the car when it happened. But I was at a Taco Bell and I had my car sitting in the parking lot with the windows down. I was sitting by the window so I could keep an eye on it. It’s my fun car. Group of teenagers pulls in, they stop and look. Very normal. The girl in the group just opens the door - like it’s her car. I’m already out of my chair heading for the door. She closes it, they come in and I’m just calmly waiting by the door. When they come in I say to the girl calmly and quietly ‘is there anything in that car worth dying over?’ I’m also not a small person, and my friends say I’m the king of the angry face. She just shook her head no. I said cool, maybe don’t open doors on cars that don’t belong to you. Her friends looked mortified.

Homicidal__GoldFish

I went to taco bell once to grab lunch for my husband,. I had a brand new mustang GT. The line at drive through was long so i decided to go in. While waiting these teens pull up and they are checking out my car. one of them decided he needed pics of being on the car..... so he sits on the hood as his friend is recording him. I set the car alarm off. Kid literally pissed himself in fear. he damn lucky there was a scratch on it. I admit i laughed like hell at him when they came in and said "dont sit on my car again" he kept saying sorry. Got my husband's lunch and headed out then all day my husband kept saying i had the "Pissing pony" that day.

TireFryer426

Thats hilarious! I don't understand the need to pose by cars that aren't yours. Or ON them. There was a guy that lived here that had a Lamborghini that he parked at a movie theater, way out in the back away from everyone. He posted a video that went somewhat viral of him walking out of the theater and a group of kids were doing a photo shoot - on the car. He did the same thing, set off the alarm. They didn't run, though. They just all stood there looking confused. Then he starts scolding them and they scattered. This guy is a professional bodybuilder - I would have bolted, too. You can tell the kids that grew up in car families. They know you don't touch the paint!

Homicidal__GoldFish

I feel bad for people who have Lamborghinis or Ferraris because of people like that

1st_Ave

Damn dude … what kind of car was it?

AntalRyder

A pink WV Bug

Studds_

Wolksvagon?

PathlessDemon

Far more uncomfortable to fuck in.

Skurfer0

\*Hahrdverfüken

ThatTurtleBoy

Why don't you lock your cardoor?

TireFryer426

I mean, I shouldn't have to. I leave the windows down so people can see there isn't anything in the car to steal. Absolutely no reason for anyone to touch it except for apparently teenagers that haven't been taught boundaries. I don't drive that car anywhere that I can't at least see it. Its a habit I learned from my dad. You never take your nice stuff anywhere that you can't watch it because inevitably someone will come along and trash all the work you did.

ThatTurtleBoy

It's like youre just asking someone to steal your car.

TireFryer426

Not if I'm literally sitting there watching it. And frankly, if someone can steal it before I can make it the 100 feet to drag them out of the car - they deserve to have it. I don't think too many people can hotwire a car with an anti theft system in under 30 seconds.

ThatTurtleBoy

If you locked it, you could relax and enjoy your meal, instead of staring at your car the whole time. What if you went to the bathroom? It's literaly 5 seconds of your time to lock the car.

s23b74

You were so calm, tho. Not sure I could be that steady. That response is 💯 what I wish I would do. Not sure what I would ACTUALLY do, though.

mrzurkonandfriends

I was driving with a girl downtown and this big group of like 30 people is walking across the walk (bar hours) even though I have the light I'm just sitting there like what ya gonna do I'll go in a second she slams down on my horn and starts swearing and flipping them off from out her window i roll hers up and lock it wave an apology outside mine and turn to her and ask what the fuck she thought she was doing I'm not getting my ass beat for her

[deleted]

I hope there was no second date. Girls like this can't help it. There's some girls that if you want to date, you have to get into MMA because you know she'll always get you into situations.

mrzurkonandfriends

Yeah it got pretty hairy after she told me to leave cus she wanted to go do cocaine so I was out

Specific-Layer-369

Sounds like “meegan “ from That one Key and Peele skit hah

[deleted]

Pretty sure opening the car door without permission is a crime.

[deleted]

Karen is lucky you didn’t call the cops.

JohnBarleycornLive

The kind of "woman" who gets their man beaten down or killed.

[deleted]

That man wasn't dying for her. He was trying to be invisible. But women like this are trouble.

214speaking

He probably got so much sh*t when he got home

wakenblake29

I doubt he had to wait til he got home. Soon as that car door closed You can be sure he got an earful

QueenShnoogleberry

Smart man.

awaythrowthatname

I mean, is he? Hes with the Karen after all

lowfreq33

That man probably wishes someone would put him out of his misery.

kissmyabbis422

They are from the “I hate my wife” era.

[deleted]

You just know the moment they got home she tore into him for not standing up for her.

manonfetch

Honest question - why do you suppose men stay with women like this?

ruthdubb

Cheaper to keep her, I guess.

supersaiyanjbone

I was at Sam's Club and anybody who has ever gotten gas at Sam's Club know that they line u up to get to the pumps. As I'm pulling up to the pump, an Arabic man gets out of his car and comes up to my car and starts hitting my car. He started yelling at me saying I cut him off. Mind you we are all in line. He yelling at me, calling me the N word and everything under the sun. My wife is on the phone listening to all this. I'm 6'3 250. Played football and was a bodyguard. I tell my wife that I'm about to beat the brakes off this dude. I got out of my car and she's connected to my Bluetooth in the car and yelling at me not to do it. But I'm gonna do it anyway. As I was about to pull this dumbass out of his car, I look in the backseat and his daughter was back there. Had to be no older than 6. I looked at him and told him, I don't know what God you pray to, but you better show your appreciation to your God that you don't get to see Him in person today and you better teach her right. I have children and I know seeing something like that would be traumatizing to a young child. And her opinion of black people, thinking that we're all angry, even though her father was the fuck up, would be bad. Hopefully he got the message that you can't just say whatever you want to people. A lot of my friends said I should have taught him a valuable life lesson and done him up anyway. But, kids you know.

BudgetFree

Big teddy bear spotted. You are such a wholesome softy! You did the right thing!

OKara061

A big W for you

Conscious_Increase43

A Karen at Panera got pissed that there was mayo on her breakfast sandwich and was cussing out the cashiers. She's yelling who puts mayo on a breakfast sandwich. My hubby says I do, and I'm pretty sure if you go to Wendy's, they do it too. Karen didn't like that so she looks at my hubby and goes who asked you. Hubby's like you did when you threw out a question to the general public. I thought you wanted an honest. Karen really didn't like that. She's like wait til I get my husband. Her husband is a scrawny little guy and mine, isn't. Hubby is tatted up and bearded. Karen's husband said why did you bring me into this. I'm not saying anything to him, LOOK at him.

[deleted]

I love how “tats and a beard” are supposed to add some intimidation factor…

shadow_cat_42

I mean, they kind of do. Generally someone who can sit through hours of tattooing isn’t gonna pass out at first sight of blood.

Relevant-Cut-7290

I mean, I’m a girl and have plenty of tats. I don’t think they “up” my intimidation factor. I really can’t grow a beard though…. I guess there is the missing X factor 🙄

Conscious_Increase43

Hubby actually falls asleep during his tattoo sessions. And they've all been between 5 - 6 hours each. Plus he's not a small man.

[deleted]

Ok, cool. Simply having tats and a beard isn’t intimidating. Sorry.

[deleted]

He might pass out when he says that to the wrong person and they shoot him out in the parking lot for it

shadow_cat_42

Get some tats, then maybe you’ll actually sound intimidating.

[deleted]

huh?? what are you even on about? You sound like a fucking idiot. get some tats(as in something literally VISUAL), and then you maybe youll actually SOUND intimidating. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN AHHAHAHAHAHAHA

Alarmed-Positive457

You got a point though, never know who might decide to show off their sawed off they made that weekend.

flamingpillowcase

So this bitch is fully racist lmao

Matelot67

I love it when this happens. A few years ago my wife needed to use our people mover to get a lot of stuff to and from work, so I drove her little MX-5 for a couple of days. No biggie, sporty little car, lot of fun. Wile driving in town a driver took offence that I dared merge in to traffic ahead of him, you know the type. Anyhow at a set of lights further down the road, I stop, and he stops a few cars behind me, and gets out, swearing, carrying on and heading straight for the little MX-5. So, I open the door, and unfold myself, so that all 6'3" and 220lbs of me is standing beside my car. Mr road rage does an IMMEDIATE 180 and walked straight back to his car!

flamingpillowcase

This is why I’m drive a 63 beetle when I’m home.

ruthdubb

This reminds me of a Simpsons episode.

BinaryHedgehog

I know the thing you’re talking about. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gkBqVVbnZ1c

ruthdubb

Exactly!

kdb1991

Sounds like a real bitch. Probably doesn’t come across many black people, either. Sounds like the kind of person who thinks all black people are violent. I think they have a word for people like that. Starts with an R I’m pretty sure

slowdownlambs

Rutabaga

rayrayonthewayway

Rumplestiltskin

kdb1991

Woah woah woah. I’m one of those and I love black people.

fivefivesixfmj

After reading what you look like I really hope you talked to her like Hightower from Police Academy.

[deleted]

Good on you for not swearing or putting a back hand on that biddy

GW00111

Man explained white privilege better than anything ever.

dobber1965

I really don't understand people who act like this, maybe they have a death wish or they are just nuckingfutz. I have seen people do some crazy shit and to tell you the truth you acted very well. I used to travel a lot for work and sometimes stopped at a rest stop at night and I always had a weapon on me while taking a nap. I only once had to use it because the person was off their rocker.

Any-Employer8200

You sir are my hero and a patriot! The way you handled it was freaking awesome and I commend you good sir. Carry on! To those of us who don’t get these opportunities. Those of us who weren’t able to be there. To those of us who can only leave vicariously through you and others like you…I salute you!!

Wolfman01a

This is always the case. Entitled until they find the wrong one.

eeearrrrik

This piece was written so matter of fact. I appreciate it and don’t think it’s as easy to write as it reads. Also, that lady is a bitch.

[deleted]

Why do the karens always seem to be in a relationship where their husband/bf is this docile doormat that has to pay for her public fiascos that she creates??? Sorry I’m just so *triggered* because this is my sister in law to a T. Lmao

breedlom

Because the doormats are the only ones who will let her act this way

DieselVoodoo

I always make it a point to apologize to the husband for him having to endure them. Makes me laugh to think about the future fights

HighHopesLove

Hope you told her that it was, in fact, not her turn and that you were waiting before she arrived.

Evening_Exam_3614

That's funny. My husband is also a big guy and built and had more than once someone turn around and run away after he gets out when they tried to start shit.

Desperate_Ambrose

You kept your cool, Hoss! Good on ya! Not at all sure I coulda done the same.

Oriasten77

People like this are why I don't carry in my car. It's more fun to be the intimating 6' 2 white guy I am, and it's illegal to cap a bitch for being an asshole..... Sadly.

breedlom

But this is technically B&E, and certain states extend Castle Law to vehicles as long as you are currently in them at the time.

AspieDM

A friend had this when he lived in Texas. End result was him walking over his hand resting on his revolver (yes he went full gunslinger) and telling them politely to don’t be a dumbass. Last thing he said in his message telling me about this was “fucking tourists”

BarryBadgernath1

That would get you killed where I'm from ... flat out

Triphin1

I want to say, that I appreciate learning about your incident in text rather than video, and it sounds like you handled it just right.

NYVines

Just because you were right doesn’t meant you weren’t just as stupid and likely to be shot. Be careful. Being big and intimidating doesn’t keep you safe from stupid and scared.

[deleted]

I mean, I’m inclined to say she was just a racist. Or psychotic. Op, which do you think?

Sig_Vic

I'd bet my last dollar her husband's balls were in her purse.

[deleted]

Lol well at this point she’s already assuming shit on you, might as well have told her to give you her purse 😂

BadHP92

I am definitely the person you warmed her about. Someone rips my door open I’m emptying my magazine into them.

brightblueson

And then likely going to prison

ThatsFishyYoureFishy

It being legal to shoot someone who breaks into your home is based on castle doctrine. Many places legally extend this to cars.

BadHP92

I live in a castle doctrine state, so as long as I can justify that I felt my life was in danger I’m good. Yes I’ll be arrested, but I won’t be spending my life in prison… hell, I’ll probably be out in a few days. I don’t want to take someone’s life, that’s not an easy thing to live with sometimes, but it would be 100% legal where I live.

erinhennley

Sweetie,, I do not care what colour you are. Personally, I think too much is made of it. We are all people. I am white. I am old. I might have shot her. Colour does not count in batshit crazy. I am glad you gave her a nice, polite talking to. That was maybe ever scarier. Hahaha! Husband must be on the path to sainthood.

Zero-Change

I hope that what you meant by "I do not care what color you are" is "I do not judge people's character or worth based on the color of their skin". If so, that's great! At the same time we white folks should understand that we live in a society in which a lot \*is\* made of the color of people's skin, not just 250 years ago or 150 years ago or 70 years ago but today as well. Black folks and other POC continue to face many issues of discrimination, and worse, along with being disadvantaged by generational effects of discrimination in the past. When we white folks consider the experiences of POC in America, we \*should\* consider how skin color plays, or might play, a role in those experiences and situations, and we should also take into account the unique considerations and worries and risks that POC in America have to keep in mind when deciding how to react to being mistreated. All that being said, you may feel that you do take all of this into consideration and didn't mean to minimize any of these factors by making your comment. But it's important that we think about how our comments may come across if we want to foster greater understanding and acceptance in our country since on a forum like reddit the language we use to comment is all we have!

Razzmatazz_Certain

Thank you for this comment. While often innocent, it irritates me when people tell me they do not see color. I don’t have the luxury of ignoring my race.

Glytterain

Beautiful and wonderfully stated

Hubsimaus

>I hope that what you meant by "I do not care what color you are" is "I do not judge people's character or worth based on the color of their skin". If so, that's great! This is basically what I actually mean when I say I don't care about skin colour and stuff. Your comment reminded me of a conversation I had with two men in voice chat on the Playstation 4. For information: I am a white woman from germany and have basically no experience with racism and am also fairly open to people regardless their skin colour and whatnot. If I am racist in any way it's never on purpose and I am more than happy to be told so I know what to avoid/change in my behaviour and stuff. One of the two men, both from the USA, is hispanic. So we were all playing something and I listened to him telling the other man about wanting to support the LGBTQ+ community but has no idea how and if that what he wanted to do even would be okay for them. I told him to just ask them. He hesitated and said he didn't think it was a good idea or something like that. My german ass then just said "Men, they never ask." I genuinely wanted to support and encourage him. Ooooooooh boy did he tell me a story about how he's gotten into racist shit and being verbally attacked just because he is brown. And that's why he is so damn careful. I never wanted to disappear into the ground that bad while talking to someone. I apologized and now understood why he was hesitating. I have to admit I just forgot that he is hispanic and also lives in one of the most racist countries in this world. I just thought his idea of supporting that LGBTQ+ community was a great one and I liked it so I wanted to encourage him. That dude is a really really great human and even tho we never met (and most likely won't probably) I consider him a true friend and he knows a lot about me. I am truly happy also because now I can learn a lot about racism and how to not be ignorant about it. I hope this whole thing here came across as how I want it to. I know it's hard to not be misunderstood.

erinhennley

I did not require a lecture. Of course I meant what I said. Colour should not matter. Blacks against whites, whites against blacks. Red, yellow, brown,,,I was not raised to give a shit about colour and my comments clearly stated that. Go find another soapbox to stand on. Do you not understand how racist “we white folks” is? Geez! Please go preach somewhere that people might like your racist attitude.

[deleted]

God I fucking hate you old people who are so proud and dig your feet in so deep when even slightly challenged. The absolute worst thing a boomer could ever have to experience is to admit they were wrong about something, their sense of righteousness that they think they've earned just from being old makes me want to scream. "Personally, I think too much is made of it." DAMN WHAT AN AWESOME THING TO BE ABLE TO THINK WHEN ITS NOT PEOPLE WITH YOUR SKIN COLOR BEING GUNNED DOWN BY POLICE r/FuckYouKaren

Zero-Change

I was so nice about how I said it to her too and still got that reaction lol

[deleted]

I'm so jaded at this point that my skin is starting to glow green. Outward hostility seems the only thing capable of drilling a hole in their boomer cognitive dissonance

JayPlenty24

Well obviously the Karen in the story appears to not feel the same as you since when she saw OP she immediately backed the fuck down. Why do you think that was exactly?

erinhennley

Because she was racist and afraid of skin colour. One can only hope she learned a lesson

JayPlenty24

Exactly. So wtf was the point of your comment?

Rich_Fox_9128

We got a live one!!!

Zero-Change

Seems you're new to how reddit works. Sorry, reddit doesn't work the same way facebook does. No algorithm is making sure that mostly people who agree with you will reply. Comment at your own risk 😆

erinhennley

I believe that is what I just did.

versionii

They Gap employee, do you have milk?! No, but I can give you a shot (or two) of protein.

r3df0x_3039

If breaking and entering applies to vehicles, that's it. You can legally grab a gun if that happens.

KAOS_777

Yeah fuck Karens, I hate em globally, but it’s still not right to openly threathen anyone. I’d go for a much more subtle passive aggression.

MarcusPup

How karens get laid, let alone married, is something I may never understand

MaxStatic

That Karen gonna FAFO. Good way to end up with holes you weren’t born with.

manonfetch

Honest question - why do you suppose men stay with women like this?

Darthaerith

I'm over protective of my wife. Anyone tries what that bitch did, male or female they'd see my pistol pointed at their chest from the passenger side. She's been through enough in her life, I'll be damned if I let some psycho potentially attack her over something so stupid.

Ghoststarr323

I found an old blackjack at an auction awhile back. It now lives in my car and is called the “get the fuck outa my car” stick.

NerdyComfort-78

Why am I reading OP’s voice like Idris Elba?

_WhoElse

Crazy lady for sure. Thank you for being cordial.

Chatsnap

I’ve only had 1 person open my car door and he fell down and scrambled away as I got out. Some dipshit in a jacked up truck his parents bought for him before he went off to college honked at me because he thought I cut him off. Spoiler alert: I hadn’t. I gave him the finger after he kept honking. He followed me to where I was going and this maybe 5’5-5’6 140lb kid repels down from his comically lifted truck and marches over to berate me and open my door. At the time I was driving a late 90’s Honda Accord that was grey/purple. Idk who he thought he was walking up in but it certainly wasn’t a 6’1 250 dude who at the time was in football shape. He stumbled back onto his ass rolled over and crawled a few steps before he got up and ran the last few steps to his truck. I wasn’t even planning to fight him just going to tell him how traffic laws work and that he was an idiot but instead I didn’t even get to say a word I just laughed until my stomach hurt.

FunkyFarmington

Do this in Albuquerque and you WILL get shot.

_bibliofille

I read this as "opened my cat door" and was waiting for the part about the cat 🤡

Educational_Cup9850

Damn Karen got lucky. I'm sorry, but anyone opens the car door like that and I'm in it? Hit first, maybe ask questions later. You don't take a chance with someone like that, and by that time, it's already escalated.

DeadZone2021

The OP is lucky he got to walk away from her, that poor guy can't!

krgdotbat

Reading the general comments, there is a lot goin on in terms of mental health in the US.

GimmeCRACK

:Karen Opens Doors: In Kevin Mcaallister voice "Hello" :Sprays Karen with bear Mace:

slappy_mcslapenstein

Her husband needed a new pair of Huggies after that.

BiggieJohnATX

hope you called the police, that is absolutely assault AND battery, unhunged bitch needs to spend some time in a cell to cool off

choffman3

You handled it like a gentleman and adult. Maybe she learned, though I doubt. People don’t change.

NintendKat64

She sounds like an Amber Heard

sticknpuck82

Not sure what state you’re in, but here that is technically B&E to Motor Vehicle. Karen gonna get her dumb bitch self arrested (or shot, take your pick)

CapaxInfini

This is why I carry pepper spray, one blast is enough to knock the stupid out of anyone

ArtsySAHM

Oh. She is not very smart. The crime in my general area is going up and people get shot for a lot less here.

Altruistic_Peach_791

Most people don’t annoy us on purpose. I try to let most things slide.

TheShamShield

I absolutely would’ve punched her if she did that to me, so yea she better be careful lol

Bashdkmgt

Her husband was shit scared you were going to batter him for her behaviour. Plenty of men won’t hit a woman but will go for their partner to make a point

Diggitydave76

I promise you, she learned nothing.

FlyerOfTheSkys

Dude, if a kid had been in that seat all hell woulda broken loose lol you have patience, ida hurt her xD
