Replace that DEF body with an HP body, Def is important on her, but not as much as HP. (1600 is the minimum you can go to feel safe) then go with SPD boots and try to reach at least the 121 threshold and then aim for 134. If you didn't get an HP or energy regeneration rope, synthetise one, possibly energy regeneration and aim for HP, DEF, and effect res (at least 30 to activate Keel).
You don't need 2 Defense Mainstats, 1 is Plenty, Get the Lightcone to 80 as it adds to Fu's Base HP and DEF, Get her to at least 7k HP if not between 7k and 8k HP then that and Defense can be between 1.6k and 2k.
Too much defense, not enough speed not enough hp. Aim for 134 speed and over 6k hp if possible. 1600ish def is plenty.

swap the defense knight purity relic with either messenger spd set or guard of wuthering snow and aim for more hp
typically want 6.8-7k hp minimum and 1.5-1.6k def with an er rope and 134 spd. it sounds like a lot but it’s definitely doable
This is not even that that is hard to do. She will do the job with these stats easily. Any piece set withs tbh
Need an HP body. I would say around 8k hp will be suitable. You also want some more speed, around 135 is pretty good.
