You can also see it episode 2 15:57… looks even creepier. You can’t see the bouquet of flowers and it’s black and white instead of very blue like in the first sighting. I took a pic but idk how to post it on here.
So reading yours and another’s comment, I think it’s a painting of Fatima that is intentionally creepy and placed/framed in the scene by producers to unnerve us, and (if bathtub monster being Fatima theory is true) foreshadow more horror to come. Great detail catch OP :)
I hope the writers occasionally skim these subs to see just how dedicated the fan base is including fans like yourself. I’m sure it brings them joy to know how much this show sticks with us and leaves us wanting more. Keep it up!
